I bought a ticket from Tanoli Travel & Tours and when asked, they clearly stated I would be able to change my ticket at no additional cost. When the time came to change my ticket they asked me to pay around $800. But when I called Turkish Airlines, they changed my flight easily and without any payment. A number of people have come forward and told me how they've been misused and fallen victim to this company. So beware and don't waste your time as these people are trying to get money out of you.

I would strongly recommend this place to book tickets, I had an amazing experience, Amir booked the multi country trip for my family, I didn’t have to ask to book a bassinet or Muslim meal etc everything was taken care of, received a call a day before trip to ask if I had any questions and while I was coming back to Canada my flight was delayed from Lahore , they sent me a text and an email in advance to let me know about the flight delay. Very satisfied.
