Hello there, I have applied working holiday visa a year ago, and I was planning to enter CANADA in the spring but it really delayed and I was almost gonna lose my visa due to the influence of COVID19. so I decided to try to enter CANADA in preparation for that I might not be able to enter. I have been guided the best Carolina, Aishwarya and Akane. They helped me A LOOOOOT. Really!!!!! Great services in every detail, really nice and friendly people, they were caring me a lot, encouraged me, responding me quickly,, I was pretty nervous for a while, but they were always there, still responded kindly and politely. They have separate sections for each job so it was easy to consult without any confusion. At the same time, their teamwork was great. I am Japanese. My English is not good yet so when I couldn't understand something because the details were too dififcult, Akana jumped in to help me, explained in details and stayed with me until this thing is over. I can safely say they have gone above and beyond usual customer service and have been in constant contact should there be any issues during the whole process. For something that takes a good while, a good few months, a lot of time and effort, they have been so patient and supportive beyond belief. Their support has meant so so much through a somewhat stressful situation; (even during Covid) they made everything run nice and smoothly and with so much ease. Finding Stepwest was the best thing I have come across throughout my visa process. I was at the stage where I felt like I was out of time and had started to give up. I had about a month and a half left on my two year IEC working holiday visa from Ireland. At that point, I had heard so many different options and I didn’t know what I was doing. I knew I wanted to stay in Canada and PR wasn’t an option, (not near enough points) and I thought the next step was to start looking for flights home. I emailed Stepwest and heard back from Carolina fast, to set up a Skype call and talk about my options. We Skyped, I explained my situation to Carolina and she simplified the process of permits and visas and what Stepwest do, and how it all works. That Skype call was the most relieving and hopeful moments of staying in Canada that I had had. Once they had all of my information, and was able to go through it (review everything), she told me it was obtainable and I could go for Young Professional. Before Stepwest I had never heard of Young Professional. As soon as we began the application, Carolina always made sure everything was in order and helped me to gather all documents and information I needed in the nicest way, as if she were a friend. I went into the Stepwest office to finalize the application. Going into the office to meet Carolina was great, because any important applications like Visa documents, always made me anxious because of missing something. Having Carolina and Stepwest there to ensure that everything was in order and as perfect as it could be, was an amazing thing to have had. Throughout the process, in the waiting periods, there was not one question or worry that Carolina was not happy to answer or give advice about, she was supportive and understanding, and just a lovely lady all around. I was very lucky that I was able to get my visa in such a small time frame, and to be able to continue to work in the job that I love in Vancouver. Stepwest made it obtainable and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone seeking staying in Canada because they love their job. I have missed working with Carolina and Stepwest, but two months on since I got my two year Young Professionals visa I am happy I found them, they really are great people and organisation.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Carolina has been helping me get my 2nd IEC visa since before the pandemic. I had all my paperwork, documents etc in order ready to apply in March 2020, well we all know what happened then. She stayed in touch throughout 2020 when the Canadian Gov had shut down its visa and immigration department. She emailed with updates and I never felt I had been forgotten about by Stepwest or Carolina. Carolina clearly and carefully explained step by step what was needed from me and constantly made sure everything was ready to go when I finally could apply. Due to unforeseen circumstances when I finally received my POE letter I was unable to leave the UK. Carolina spent the next 9 months checking in with me and showed me and my family so much compassion and understanding. Finally I have entered Canada and received my visa. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Carolina. I cannot thank her enough. She is a true asset to Stepwest.
