We were guided through every step of the way and they were very professional and provided us the accurate information. Never ever go to this place. These guys especially Manish is a fraud. They booked direct flight to India during covid ban without telling me. Didn’t return my money and no credits were given. Not recommended.

I have worst experience with this guy. He is a big fraud and he just focus on making money from their innocent customers by making them fool on the name of changing flights and cancellations during the covid time . I don’t know how , but he always kept the full access of ticket in his hand even airlines are not able to make any changes. Don’t ever visit at his shop. He is tricking my aunt from last 6-7 months who stuck in india. He is demanding senseless expenses for rebooking a flight. I don’t know yet how to deal with this because he is still having the full access of my aunt’s ticket. If anyone knows how can i take access from him , please let me know. Thank you
