Alhamdullilah my family and i were able to complete our ummrah trip with NasirTravel. We originally came from Toronto and we were pleased with how accomodating Nasir and his team were with all our needs. Everything was taken care of from the visas to the hotels to the day trips sightseeing. Unfortunately we weren’t able to complete the full Ummrah trip due to a family emergency back in Toronto, but Nasir and his team were so helpful, re-arranged our flights and took care of the hotel situation all for us during that difficult time. I cannot express how happy I was to have booked this trip with NasirTravel simply because they worked so hard to help us get back home as soon as we could. That level of empathy is hard to find in a normal travel agency so i would recommend everyone book with Nasir and his team if they would like the full Ummrah experience with an empathetic and great travel guide. Assalamualaikum, I've booked for me and my mother and sister Hajj 2019, and i will and this is my impression, Pros : Abdulnasir waited for me on Money i was about month LATE very helpful, his employee in Calgary she was very nice and explaining. Cons: Very unorganized ( the trip was a mess; from rooms, timing, overall) The guide on the trip (brother Bashir) was NOT Helpful at all he came for a Vacation. Abdulnasir BROKE his deal with me i paid to be with my mother and sister (triple room for the whole trip) booked us in mekkah for about 10 days we were separated. The flights not as promised he said you can bring 2 checked bags for each, it's turns out 1 each when we got to the airport ( what a mess) we paid for the extra which he REFUNDED. I DON'T know if i recommend it or book with them again.

This was my first time going to Saudi Arabia. I went with my mom and lots of family members. We went for umrah and alhumdillah my experience with Nasir travel was a beautiful experience. Brother Nasir not only had everything very organized he also gave us such a detailed history lesson on Islam and everyone that was on our tour enjoyed the experience thoroughly. Brother Nasir is a wonderful individual and for my first time going to umrah I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Alhamdulillah, my family and I have completed our umrah trip with the assistance of Naasir Travel at the end of December 2019. It was one of the best travels we have ever had as a family. We really appreciated brother Nasir's efforts in order to provide the best service to us. There were little issues here and there, but they were acceptable and normal. He spent numerous personal time in order to ensure that we had pleasant and smooth trips; even when he was supposed to be sleeping. Hands down one of the best travel agencies for Umrah. Their accomodation at Pullman zamzam Madinah and Makkah is absolutely amazing. Only a 2 minute walk to masjid nabawi/kabah. Would recommend anyone to go with them. The agency staff explain clearly the process of Umrah. ????????????????????????

They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable of both spiritual and historical aspects of Hajj and Umrah masha'Allah. My husband and I recently completed our Umrah with Naasir Travel and we were very pleased alhamdoulilah! We stayed in 5-Star hotels both in Madinah and Mecca and also visited all the historical Islamic sites around Mecca and Madinah such as Mount of Uhud and Mount of Hira (Jabal Al Nour) and many many more!! We also booked with Naasir Travel a side trip to Dubai that included guided tours such as the famous Desert Safari and stayed in a five 5-Star hotel. We are definitely going to book all our future travel plans with Naasir Travel insha'Allah! :)

Me and my husband went to Umrah February 2017 with Naasir travel. Ma Sha Allah we had an amazing experience. Brother Naasir went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I would highly recommend people to go for Umrah with Naasir travel. Brother Naasir and his partner are very knowledgeable and they have a lot of experience taking groups for Hajj and Umrah. They are very helpful and they want everyone to be happy and enjoy their trip. They always kept us hydrated with bottled water and dates and they also gave men Ahram and ladies prayer mats as a gift.
