I am 507 Canadian dollars out of pocket because L & L Travel Management Ltd. booked the wrong dates for a holiday.. The person responsible for this, MILLCENT TRINIDAD, an employee of L & L Travel has acknowledged her mistakes and offered to pay half the amount due to me. I accepted this offer as I realised I would not receive the whole $ 507 Canadian dollars .That was 5 weeks ago ! i have not heard from Millcent since and she has not paid me the the agreed amount of $ 253 canadian dollars. Her incompetence, unprofessionalism does not reflect well on L & L Travel Management Ltd. ( whose help I have asked for in order to resolve this matter ) and I for one will not deal with this agency again. Jane Symon
