If I could give this woman no stars I would. She was rude and horrible. I called to have her help book a trip and she said she wouldn't even talk to me until i gave her $75 cause her information wasn't free. I didn't even know the price of the trip, but she refused to help me until I gave her that money in advance. I've never dealt with anyone like this before. Obviously she didn't get my business and I booked my trip thru another travel agent...don't even waste your time calling her....

Kim is amazing. Have been here a couple times to book trips and will continue to go in the future. Very knowledgeable and looks into every detail. No reason not to go in and talk to these wonderful people.

Heard good reviews so i contacted her and her reply was... I am trying to get to this asap, I am dealing with a couple of emergency issues in Europe for different clients. I will do my best. Kim Island Fever Travel Havent heard from her since. This was in Aug. It is nearing the end of Sept now.

Best experience in a travel place yet! Auburn Ivanisko was amazing! She spent 3 hrs finding us our best bang for our buck as we had 3 places in mind to travel to and she checked at least 50 different places, times, flights, places...ect. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much ladies your amazing!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. She was very rude and ignorant. I was calling to ask a travel question. I would never book anything with her!!
