Worst experience, this guy who answers the phone at this company I had to call him 3 times and kept asking for copy of reservation of my airfair. He had been saying he would send it within 10 minutes every time I rang him now he is not picking my call. This company is scam or something dont trust these guys. Thanks

I would like to highlight that Globalduniya team were pleasant to work with and helped me book tickets for a family member. I had an airline related issue post booking and the team specially James went out of their way in working with the airline in getting this issue resolved and I am a very happy customer. I liked the fact that the team took care of helping the customer instead of leaving them on their own even when the issue was not related to them. Most others would not have done the same. I have not seen this level of commitment from other travel agencies to help customers. Truly recommend their services based on my own personal experience.

Anant Mishra and his team are phenomenal. Everyone promises personal service and that they'll pay attention to the detail, but Anant truly does. I didn't have a huge budget and was traveling to the South Pacific with 2 children for a month. The way Anant planned our flights was perfect, right down to the seat selection. Not a lot of layover time. Seats in rows with extra leg room, etc. And this was working with 3 different airlines in four airports. When I had passport and Visa questions, he was always quick to respond with the answers. A trip like this could've been difficult w/ kids, but it wasn't. Thanks, Anant!
