Hopefully Google offers 0 stars soon because thats what these people deserve. This has got to be the worst travel agency in the town. The lady is extremely rude and has no knowledge on what she is talking about. I booked a flight with them and couldnt make it last minute due to my mother-in-law falling sick and they did not refund me the money. I told her I needed refunable tickets before purchsing and she even charged me the extra amount but still did not refund my money because of "company policies". These people are thieves and should be shut down asap!

Gabs Travel Agency is very prejudice towards Pakistani born people , I visited the branch in Abbotsford and I was treated badly , The lady was cold and when another Punjabi guy came in she dropped me and started dealing with him and told me she will call me with quotes but she never did . The Punjabi busnisess in Abbotsford are very prejudice and racists so they should not complain about Canadians . it's a shame !! awful service to me ,

Gaba Travel Agents were a lifesaver. They helped us with a trip to multiple destinations; there was no way (that we could find) to book what they booked. Even in this age of amazing deals/prices online, they were incredible. Gaba truly proves a great travel agent is a must -- especially if you have complicated flight plans! I highly recommend them & will be using them again.

Sky is not The Limit

I am looking for 0 or negative for this gaba travel. Chinese airlines are giving full refund, but they are keeping 100 $ dollar for their service fee. Even the customer is asking for other airline tickets too. So cheap management ever seen End ch ae kehna sab ton sahi rahu... Sire de thug..

Worst place ever don't ever go only if you want to be robbed of your hard earned money taking advantage of old immigrant people who don't understand any better. Very rude there is a million other places you can book your ticket choose someone else if you want yo avoid trouble and a hassle. I would seriously give you 0 if it were an option pathetic excuse for a business strong arming people once you have there money

Don’t go to them they will rip you off. Please do try to book online first or their are million honest travel agencies in the city so go to them.
