This experience was absolutely unreal!!! A breathtaking heli ride up with views beyond the horizon of mountain tops, and then a delicious picnic with SO MUCH FOOD! We ordered vegetarian option and had a BBQ jackfruit sandwich plus side salads and veggies/hummus + *3 desserts* per person. We took the food home and every time we ate it we chatted about how unreal this heli experience was. And then there was the paddle boarding. I have never been so in awe of a SUP experience - it’s like floating in the sky. The alpine lake was crystal clear and a blue I’ve never seen before. The sun was shining and we had lots of time to paddle, hangout, hike around a bit ans enjoy the sights before the heli came back. The service was spectacular - we had Paige as a guide and she set up the SUPs (blew them up), laid out the whole picnic and was an amazing hostess. When she wasn’t setting things up she’d hang back and let us do our thing. We often forgot she was there it felt so private but also very safe. Hand down the most special Whistler experience I’ve ever had - will definitely be booking again when my parents visit!

What an experience. I mean for the price of $600 for two to tour the glaciers and mountains around Whistler was magnificent. Helicopter ride felt like a roller coaster ride in a lot of ways but in a good way. Obviously fighting headwind was inevitable but it was definitely unexpected as I never rode in a helicopter before. This is one of those things white people do that I would recommend. Wouldn't do this again because I'm Asian.

Me and my mom had an amazing experience on our tour. We chose the option where you get to land on the glacier and it was incredible to be able to walk around and see the mountain views from so high up and such a remote spot. It was also really cute to see another couple having their wedding photos taken on a nearby glacier. I would definitely go again if I find myself in whistler.

By Far one of the best helicopter tours around. The staff was all very friendly. Tour guide/pilot was informative and answered any questions you had. Prices were very reasonable considering everything you get to see and time in the air. Would definitely recommend everyone to go see them.

Had an amazing picnic and paddle board tour with a great guide! He was so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Paddle boarding was super fun and the lake was beautiful. This company is amazing! We booked a glacier tour last minute (we were planning on doing the Peak-to-Peak but we are so glad it was closed) and it was one of the best experiences ever! We took a helicopter tour in November 2017 while visiting Whistler. We weren't able to go up the gondola because it was shut down to get ready for ski season, but am I ever glad. This was better than any gondola ride could ever be. We touched down on a glacier and had a very enjoyable, professional experience with Blackcomb Helicopters from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to see Whistler from the air. They all took such good care of us, from the receptionist that booked our tour, to the shuttle driver that picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel, to the helicopter pilot that kept us safe in the air. Such a special Whistler experience - going up in a helicopter and landing right next to a glacier and hiking around. It's not cheap but it's a really cool thing to do and is worth the treat - especially if you get a gorgeous sunny day like I did!

My boyfriend won the BC Experience Tour on one fundraising event here in Whistler, so we just waited for nice weather. Monday July 22nd was beautiful day, so we booked helicopter tour and it was great decision. Driver picked us up in village and took us to heliport, 10 minutes drive from village center. There was already our pilot waiting for us and was smiling all the time! I wish to remember his name. I was little bit scared of flying first 5 minutes, but I felt he is really experienced. He was describing what we can see around and told us some interesting facts about mountains, lakes, Whistler... Wedgemount glacier was amazing, but after he did some fast turns and drops I started to feel really sick and it didn't let go until the end of our flight. But the pilot was still asking me how do I feel, opened window for me and was really willing to help. Anyway, it was my first time in helicopter and it looks like my last time as well, I was sick all afternoon :D

Took the "BC Experience" tour which was a 24 minute ride with a glacier landing. Amazing views - definitely worth the high price tag (even more so if you get the Groupon). The only down side is it's very weather dependent. When we went, it was extremely windy. Every few seconds, the wind would die down and it would actually be very warm.

Our pilot Adam gave us loads of knowledge on the surrounding area, including the mountains, glaciers, lakes, hiking trails, valleys, etc down below. We flew up to the alpine on Rainbow Mountain to elope with our officiant Jeremy, otherwise known as the Whistler Wedding Pastor, and team. It was such a special day and we’re so grateful Blackcomb Helicopters was a part of our Helicopter Gold package and big day. We highly recommend you do a tour with them! Whistler and the surrounding area is astoundingly beautiful.

My Wife, Son and I took a city tour with Blackcomb Helicopters. Sasha took us up in over VVR, around English bay and up beside the sea to skt highway. Sasha was super nice and knowledgeable. We luckily got to see and be in the air with a CF-18 Hornet and the Snowbirds while they were practicing for their upcoming air show. What a once in a lifetime treat! We booked a series of helicopters for our wedding and while the event itself went amazing, the contact person's customer service was lacking. She was blunt and not overly friendly, which made it difficult when our original glacier was unavailable due to weather conditions and we received very little compassion. Overall, we enjoyed our ride and our wedding went smoothly. The pilot was incredibly knowledgeable and took great care of our sensitive flyers. He gave us some information regarding activities that take place in the surrounding mountains and knew the mountain ranges and their details. The guide provided was very friendly and helped with the overall experience.

If you have the opportunity to take a tour with Blackcomb Helicopters, DO IT!!! Coming from someone with a fear of flying, it’s a must when in Whistler. The pilot does a very good job at warning you when to expect bumps or wind. The view is outstanding and worth every penny. Definitely coming back!

Blackcombs made my proposal everything I had hoped for. Coming from out of province and never being to BC before I was stressing knowing that my plan to propose had little room for error as we landed at the airport and went up in the helicopter the same day. 2 days before the heli flight was schedule to take off I received an email saying in Whistler there was a severe thunderstorm warning and we were in need of a plan B… My heart dropped!!! I quickly got on the phone going over options and we were able to have the same flight package out of their Squamish location. After them sending me pictures I realized it was just as beautiful as what I envisioned in my head. We landed on top of a mountain in July, I proposed, she said yes, we popped champagne, played in the snow, it was perfect. Blackcombs being a big well organized company helped me pull that back together 48 hours before take off. If I had of went through a company with only one location my plan would’ve crumbled. Was a passenger in a private helicopter that was disabled(on the ground!)in a remote location north of Pemberton. Thanks to the sharp eyes of BH pilot 'Adam' who spotted us and subsequently effected our rescue, we were able to repair our bird, and were home in our beds by the end of the day! Just wow! Booked a BCExperience tour and we loved every second. The views of the mountains, trees, clouds, lakes and glaciers are awesome. Never seen anything like it. The glacier landing was sort (due to heavy rain coming our way) but spectacular. Cant think of words to describe it. Would highly recommend Blackcomb. Pilot Andrew was fun, skilled, had lots to tell about the surroundings and also just let us enjoy the views.

After a tour over the spectacular mountain scenery, we landed on a frozen lake to enjoy champagne and canapés. The views were stunning and the pilot very knowledgeable about the local area and history. A trip that will live long in the memory
