We had Bains Travel organize a 16 day trip for us to Rajasthan in India. For a reasonable price they arranged for drivers, tour guides, train tickets and hotel rooms. We felt like we were travelling independently but at the same time someone from their partner organization in India, Go India was either available to meet us or deal with problems through phone or e-mail. It was so much better than an organized bus tour.

Their representative Ajay Gupta ripped me off. I had credit with them for cancelling my ticket in April due to Covid-19. I wanted to use that credit towards my new ticket but he gave me really higher price than what I was getting online.He gave me the reason that there are change fees, and when I phoned Air Canada they said had waived all the change fees for this year due to pandemic.Then I asked for refund,actually had to beg for it. They gave me 550 dollars out of 925 (original ticket price)+210 (for date change done from march to April). I kept credit with them for almost 6 months, hoping they would give me better price in the future ticket. I was stuck due to family emergency. They surely took advantage of it. Also told me, since we are from the same country I will help you. Get a life, Man!!! You might have made 400-600 dollars out of me this time, but you surely did lose my business for the future.

I booked my ticket to fiji where two check in and one carry on should be allowed according to air canada and air Fiji airways baggage policies but Bains travel only book mine as one check in. Recently me and my spouse traveled to India, where we vacationed our time in Goa, Mumbai, Jaipur, Udaipur. It was one first class experience to go with Bains Travel : Ajay Gupta. He managed to accommodate us with a finest places to stay and the excellence in dinning. At Mumbai we had a wonderful view from Trident hotel that was very luxurious stay in terms of hospitality and locality around Nariman Point, Ocean side. Visited the one and only Maharaja Bhog restaurant by Juhu Beach and must say the delicious and never ending food they serve like a Maharaja style. Goa was another gem place to visit, so many places to describe but in short used their harley davidson bike that rents out and don't miss out the spice garden in Goa. They offer this drink called Feni which is apparently a very strong alcohol shot but a pleasing one comes from cashew nut. Jaipur and Udaipur ... these cities a definite visit, it takes you to the castle stories back in the time and the architecture from the kings time of it is mind blowing. This was a big effort from Ajay to put us through with a wonderful trip. One thing to add, during this entire trip, the person who assisted in India was on time every place with a comfort car and full security. Great vacation planner ! Big thumbs up to you Ajay. So if you dont speak English they will gladly help you as they speak Punjabi and Hindi fluently. As well travel prices always seem to be best in the market, sometimes it seems that they're not making any profit from your travel needs.
