If there was a zero rating I would have chosen it. We had a connection flight from Frankfort to Montreal then to Vancouver but just after arriving to Montreal found out that our flight to Vancover is canceled due to aircraft issue from few days ago and we had to book 2 more flights to Toronto then to Vancouver since all other flight to Vancouver were full. I called Apadana to ask what happened and why they haven’t informed us about this change once they got this information but rudely enough the manager said that I should thank god that my family doesn’t have to spend the night in Montreal. He confirmed that they knew about the change few days ago and had many other passengers complaining about this same issue but this was the airline responsibility and not theirs to even drop an email. So if that’s the case I’m not sure why I should bother to book our future flights with them anymore.

I really like the customer service from this company. I bought my third ticket from them last month and I had very good experience as always. My flight was cancelled on the flight day due to Lufthansa strike and unluckily it was an official holiday; I was feeling very stressful, however when I left a message for Apadana they got back to me within an hour and rerouted my flight as soon as possible. Two years ago I had a similar experience in London and they really helped me to solve the problem.The employees are very friendly and know how to treat the customers. I recommend this company for their excellent customer service.

I have been their client for more than 7-8 yrs. The owner (Mr Kayvan), he is an amazing person with professionalism and perfect customer service. Long story short, I was stuck in Frankfurt Airport with a friend’s dog and desperately needed to get rebooked for getting back to Canada. Air Canada waiting time was 1 hr ( as usual, they were not really helpful) and got disconnected many times. I called and asked him for a help. He found another ticket in less than 10 min with decent price with a ticket for my little buddy. I believe that he always creatively meeting his customer needs in ways that go above and beyond. And he deserves more than 5 stars. Highly recommended

I strongly recommend avoiding Apadana Travel due to the extremely stressful and time-consuming situation that we recently went through with them. They do not update you on your flights’ changes, blame you for their lack of responsibility, and do not value customer service. We found them to be dishonest, unprofessional, and rude. I bought tickets for my mom from Apadana Travel. On her return to Iran, we arrived at YVR 2.5 hours before departure to Montreal and we learned that her flight had been rescheduled for departure an hour and 10 mins earlier, thus my mom could not board the flight. Apadana Travel never informed us about this schedule change. In fact, I called Apadana Travel 4 days before my mom’s travel and asked them about any changes to the rules or anything else that we should be aware of, and they told me that nothing had changed, and we should be at the airport 2 hrs before departure. After asking them about this flight change, they initially claimed that Air Canada or Qatar Airways failed to provide the update. After following up with those airlines, it turned out that Air Canada in fact had sent notifications to Apadana Travel, but they failed to inform us. After confronting them with this confirmation from Air Canada, they finally admitted that they did receive the notification and because it was only 1hr 10 mins change they did not update us. This resulted in her missing the flight and having to take another COVID test for the rebooked flight. Needless to say, this was incredibly stressful. We would have been better off purchasing our own tickets online – why use a travel agent? If you do not want to go through such a stressful and time-consuming situation, I highly recommend booking your own tickets or finding a different travel agency. PS: We sued them in the BC Small Claim court, and they agreed to compensate us for the additional COVID test and time.

Keep away from this company. Terrible costumer service. No reminder or email notification for my senior parents purchased their tickets with this agency for travelling back home and it causes them to miss their flight! When I called and asked them why you are not notifying your costumer about their flight time they blamed me back which it was your responsibility to take care of that. This extra care is what people expect when they book tickets via a travel agent. Poor, unprofessional manner.
