Mun was amazing, so appreciative of all of her help and attention to detail. Mun is very easy to reach and ready with any information I needed ( which was a lot considering we were booked during a pandemic AND over the Christmas holiday). Mun would reach out to me whenever there was new information released regarding any changes or updates to travel rules or even just her clients or fellow coworkers experiences as everything changed so frequently. There were details she mentioned prior to our trip that we would have never thought of on our own that made all the difference while there. Mun even went as far as driving to meet us prior to our departure at 4am to give us paperwork we may need in order to board the plane that we would have never known about otherwise… needless to say, amazing service with Mun and we will be booking all future trips through her as well.

Mun helped us plan our anniversary getaway to Montreal in the Summer and our last minute trip to Mexico in the beginning of December. Traveling during pandemic was so easy with Mun taking care of all the details. We were able to travel with confidence knowing she was only a call or message away, if we needed assistance. She ensured we were always updated with the (often) changing entry/exit requirements and travel rules. I would absolutely recommend Mun to anyone planning a vacation.
