Worst agency ever, won't recommend to book tickets. After service is terrible and ridiculous. Even after one year, my room mate hasn't received the refund, despite of the fact that airlines have refunded the money back already to the agency.

They will just leave you high and dry when there will be a problem with your reservation / reschedule / refund. What a joke when a guy from support told me contact / visit air line office in India to reschedule my itinerary though I booked with these dolts. Try them and regret if you want to. Good luck. Find me a negative star and I will through it to their face.

Do not book from Nirav!! The worst experience, zero customer service!! True nature of his business comes out and personality changes when you try to change your flight date! Recently a flight was booked thru him, but due to vacation approval the flight date needed to be changed. Before booking, Mr.Nirav stated it would be no problem to change flight date with him without a hassle but I was wrong when you have to change ur flight with him. He will NOT accommodate you and will tell you to pay extra even though the flight has gone cheaper! He will give you such a HARD TIME and to be honest, he is not worth your time and money! I don’t recommend supporting this business. Hope this helps whom ever is trying to book with him. DONT DO IT!! End result; was able to get What I wanted NO thanks to him! Absolutely disappointed in him! To your reply: Sorry you had your chance to make it right, and clearly you didn’t follow airline guidelines and policies. Stop giving people hard time!!! Hope you follow airline guidelines and policies when it comes to changing flight dates or receiving credits. Like I said, Airline has a better understanding of it. NO thanks to you!

i suggest to avoiding this agency service. Dont go with any related booking. This is new travel agency they really does not no how to booking the ticket and when u call for book the ticket then they book the ticket after they will give conformation ticket but when will have travel journey then you realize this is not conform your ticket, a week ago recently this issued faced my parents. So i lost my money and time from agency.
