EXCELLENT. I had a blast. The tour was small (8 people) and we went on a fairly cold day but still, the tour guide was really fun and kept us in good spirit. We went to all the places they said (The floral clock was dead because of the snow, but there was nothing they could do about it) with good time. Not only that, but the customer service in the webpage is amazing. I'm known to be paranoid and question A LOT when I'm traveling alone, and the people in the chat were there at all hours ready to answer any situation. All in all, a very, VERY good experience. I don't know if outside there are others more cheap, or that go to more places, but this one made me super happy and I fully recommend it ♥

Website was easy enough to use. However, when I went to collect the ticket from the Niagara Hornblower office they had great difficulty with the email confirmation which had no confirmation number so caused confusion amounting to a 15min wait at kiosk causing a tail back queqe and leaving me concerned the ticket was invalid.

Decided to take a break and went with a couple of friends. We chose Niagara tours because of the reasonable prices and to be honest their excellent customer service ! The trip was fun and well planned by them! We took the buffet add on and it was a large spread for our hungry tummies after all that walking ! Would recommend and would do it again! Thanks !

The tour guide, Jeet, was amazing and incredibly personable and friendly. She clearly loved Canada and knew a ton of interesting facts about not only the Falls but the history of Canada. I was on the night tour which included wine tasting, a tour of the flower clock, and much more. The Falls are spectacular. I highly recommend standing up front of the Hornblower. Yes, you will get soaked. It is worth it. There was only three of us in the tour, and we were picked up in a very nice vehicle. (I think normally the tour size is larger, and I appreciated that did not cancel the tour despite the small size) I been recommending this tour to everyone! You will not be disappointed.

Awesome trip. Crew was very nice and helpful and the whole experience very well planed. From the start at the whirlpool to the end at the vineyard everything was carefully explained and programmed. There was time to wander around Niagara, shop for souvenirs and even they gave us a mug as a gift from the travel. I surely would recommend anyone to give this tour a try.

We bought the passes for the Hornblower boat ride and the Clifton Hill fun pass online. We decided last minute to take my nephews so my brother bought them their passes online and gave me the receipt. When we got to Niagara they would not let me use the passes for my nephews because my brother wasn’t with us so we had to buy 2 more! I was not happy about this...we had the receipt and they were paid for! We did not have this issue anywhere else we went. Otherwise, everything was great and we highly recommend both the boat ride & the Clifton hill passes.

Coming to Niagara Falls was the most amazing experience ever. However, trying to line up for the Hornblower boat tour was horrendous in itself! There needs to be a better way to keep the lines straight because people were sightseeing in the line, slowing down the people that were actually trying to stay in the line. Also, this would leave huge gaps in the line so people would just cut right in this big gap, with no regard for the people that were already in line for awhile like myself. I got stuck behind this big tour group that kept stopping and not watching the line move!????I was by myself so I ended up running ahead of the group to keep up with others in line! So areas should be roped off or if not, can staff be down there to watch the lines. Other than that the line seemed to move steady! Thank you for amazing boat ride????????????

We had an amazing experience with ToNiagara tour. My husband and I usually drive every where, but we decided to take a tour bus for the first time, since it was going to be a long day, so my husband could just relax and enjoy the trip. We were picked up and dropped off nearby our appartment downtown Toronto and we spent the whole day out with them. Alicia the guide is a lot of fun, we really liked her, and our driver did a good job taking us to Niagara and back safe. They did all what they offered on the site. The buffet at the Sheraton was very good and you can still see the falls from there. I would absolutely recomend ToNiagara.

Too many spots along the way. 12 hour total trip. Not enough time at Niagara Falls. Don’t get the buffet. Overpriced and it further limits your time at Niagara Falls. Boat tour was closed so we picked behind the falls tour. Overrated. Would’ve loved to have had more time to explore neighboring stores and restaurants by the falls. Tour guide was great though. Very knowledgeable and upbeat.

This was a full Niagara experience with a bonus. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and passionate about Canada and the Niagara Falls and kept the excitement levels high. Overall this was a good tour. A couple of points from my trip. Staff offered water at beginning of trip and just left bottles on the seat. It would have been nice for them to have water in a cooler and be offering to passengers as they got back on bus. Also heard some very colourful language which I found bee unprofessional. Feet up on the rail also very unprofessional.

it takes forever, and it's just a way to stop you in every place you can drop some dollars: helicopters to buy a 12 mins ride, a farm where you can buy products, an old city where you can buy products, a souvenir shop where you can buy products, a wine distillery where you can buy products... it feels like it never ends, and all you wanted was to see the falls - which you actually see for just an hour (chop chop chop) on a tour that lasts more than 10 hours - I was at the bus stop at 8.45 and got back home at 21:00

I went to them to them to pop the question to my gorlfriend and it was the perfect place to do it. The staff were amazing and accomodating. The view where/when I proposed is when I was at the top of Niagara falls. Its a breathtaking birds eye view of the falls which definitely made that moment more magical and memorable. I would go and to do this again on a different event. Highly recommended!!

Based on the other reviews I was expecting a much better experience. Our tour guide had almost zero correct knowledge about the history and facts she was providing to the tour group. It is highly disappointing that the information being provided to visitors to Canada on our tour was incorrect. There was not enough time to enjoy lunch without being rushed. If you want to have fast food for lunch than you should have enough time but if you plan on a sit down lunch at a restaurant you will be rushed (50 minutes). I also thought we'd have a little more free time in Falls. It did not seem that the time to line up for the Hornblower was taken into consideration in the planning of the activities. The trip was simply too rushed. Unfortunately, the bus driver was also speeding on the highway on our way back to Toronto. On the plus side the bus itself and size of the group was great. The other stops were also very nice. I did not know about the floral clock so that was a nice surprise to see. The drive along Niagara and into Niagara on the Lake was very scenic and enjoyable. The winery was also a fun stop. We made the best of our experience but unfortunately I would not recommend this tour group unless the above is addressed.

The provided bus and driver arrived on time. It was a nice bus with a non-working toilet but that was OK since our distance was not great. The driver Armon (sp), was knowledgeable, polite and fun. Our 30 passengers could not have asked for more.

This is the first time we visited toronto and we wanted a private tour of niagara falls. This is great for those who have a short trip and only want to see certain places. The tour guide was friendly and very knowledgeable. We got picked up in a nice air conditioned GMC and it had plenty of space.

It was a very enjoyable trip with ToNiagara. Really great place for a walk. Relaxing and exciting. Very beautiful in both daytime and nighttime. Got close to the falls believe it or not, this place is absolutely incredible. There are no words to describe the beauty. Massive waterfall action. It's a MUST to take a boat ride (Hornblower) directly into Niagara falls. Awesome entry into the falls and also into the tunnels underneath the falls. You can hear the gushing sound of the water, you can see the mist hit the rocks and the massive volume of water can be seen. Later that day I went beneath the falls and had supper at the restaurant. The food was great I recommend the restaurant at the Falls. You really need to see this once in your life; nature's force is indescribable, the falls are majestic and incredible enormous.

The experience was great and the people in charge of the tour very nice. The price compared to other companies was good too. Some of the things I think should improve are: the speakers and microphone on the bus. We couldn't hear the person giving the tour (with all the cool facts). They also arrived late, and this made us be on kind of a fast pace during the first part of the tour (Niagara falls). We had to literally run too eat something for lunch and didn't have time to see the Niagara tourist area, that by the way is beautiful. The rest of the tour was very nice, we got to see many things and did everything that was promised.

Great value tour with knowledgeable guides. Arrived at Niagara Falls and were on the boat within 20 minutes, skipping some enormous queues in the process. Multiple stops with plenty of photo opportunities (some not listed on itinerary) and a good hour in Niagara on the lake. Worth the cost alone for transport direct from/to hotel and the boat.

Live & learn. The tour was rushed, 5 to 15 minutes at each stop. The $35 buffet was NOT at all worth the money. Very little selection. Rumor was that we would have been better off eating in the casino downstairs, at least the drinks would have been free there. The only free drink with the buffet was a HOT tea, coffee or water. Only good thing about lunch was the view of Niagara Falls. The other stops along the tour seemed unnecessary. I would have rather more time at Niagara Falls than all the little stops. And our tour bus breaking down on the way back was totally a bonus. Next time we'll just take the tour ourselves. Glad we went alone and didn't submit any family to this.

We went on this tour on July 9 and it was amazing. We loved our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Make sure you check your email because they had contacted us the day before letting us know our meeting time had been moved up. I didn't check my email and was a bit late. The driver called us while we were on our way to the meeting spot and was very nice about it. Seeing the falls on the Canadian side is a must!!! Also, going on the boat ride with this group was great! If we hadn't been with this tour group we would have been standing in line sooooo long. We went right to the front and got on immediately. I also highly recommend buying the buffet lunch they provide. The views were absolutely spectacular. The town of Niagara is a bit touristy and pricey...but that's to be expected. The price of the meal was about what it would've cost to eat somewhere nice there. No place there would have given you the views we got at the Sheraton. We loved Niagara on the Lake. Beautiful town. We're so glad we did this tour instead of trying to find everything on our own. I would highly recommend this if it's your first time going. The bus was comfortable and clean with plenty of water to drink and the driver made everything so worry free and pleasant.

We had a great day with the tour! We were picked up as indicated and transported to Niagara region. When we arrived at the falls, our tour guide got us connected with the Falls staff and we went directly to the boat ride bypassing the long lines! We made a couple of stops along the way back and the town of Niagara on The Lakes was very picturesque! The only irritation with the tour were the tourists who at each stop forgot how to use their watch and were late arriving back delaying the group! This is no fault of the company. The tour guide Haroon was very pleasant and informative adding to the experience!

Enjoyed this tour from Toronto to Niagara. Elisha and the coach driver are 5* in making the tour. Would drop the 10 min stop at the tourist shop. Waste of time no one is going to buy anything in 10 mins. Also didn't really want to go to the wine tasting and therefore didn't enjoy this either. Loved Niagara, hornblower trip and Niagara on the lake. would have liked more time at Niagara with the opportunity to cross the river on the cable car. Bus driver is a great driver !

Excellent day trip with both guide and bus driver excellent. Lots of interesting facts to accompany the day. A minor criticism is that possibly too much was tried on the day with too many short stops - staff were reliant in bus party passengers to return to the bus at the requisite times but often this was not the case. Despite this I would recommend this tour company.

The bus already went past us; however, they sent a separate vehicle to pick me up and got me into the tour bus at another location. I felt happy for that gesture. I recommend them due to their attention to detail and great service.

The trip experience as a whole was good. However, we didn't like a couple of things: 1. The website says they pick you up at your hotel door in downtown Toronto. We were staying at a downtown hotel but they requested us to go to a Starbucks located at 1 km from our hotel. Considering that there are cheaper options, we bough this one precisely because of the pick-up. 2. It seems that their bus fleet is old, or at least it is not in a good condition. The first bus broke down one hour into the tour. Then they sent another one, but that also failed us mid-trip. Although, they managed to find another bus (a chartered one) to complete the tour, the incident should not happen if they are charging one of the highest prices on offer. 3. The buses incident also reduced our time in each attraction. Particularly, we had to rush the wine tasting.

A very nice day trip from Toronto to Niagara Falls. We had a very good driver. He was a wealth of information. After seeing the amazing Niagara Falls, we had the buffet lunch at the Sheraton Hotel. We stopped for an hour in the quaint town of Niagara-on-the-Lake, with it's lovely shops. To finish up we went for wine tasting at a winery nearby. There is a Hard Rock Cafe just beside the Sheraton Hotel. Worth a visit. The Starbuck's attached to the Sheraton is over priced.

Great experience from start to finish . Our bus driver Huron (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and tour guide Joe were very knowledgeable and entertaining. The boat trip itself was amazing plus we had the extra bonus of having lunch with a view in the Sheraton hotel from the 13th floor . Our extra stops at the smallest chapel, the very quaint and beautiful Niagara on the lake and the winery were also great . This is a must do trip if you are in Toronto. Canadian side is far superior over the American side. But still just as filthy. I understand thousands and thousands of people visit there. But cmon. No wonder why there is trash everywhere. The garbage cans are far and few between. Most of the garbage I saw over the ledge clearly has been there a long time.

to Niagara tour was great! The weather that day was not, it was cold windy and rainy but we still went we still had fun and the tour guide Alicia, was awesome ! They pick you up at your destination pretty much on time they tell you all about Toronto and surrounding areas and they take you for a little places that you would never think to go along the way. They stop at gift shops to get some discounts, you get some great views, along the way. Unfortunately that day due to the weather the boat could not go to the falls so we got to go behind the falls which was neat as well. Then they give you about 2 1/2 hours on your own around Niagara Falls to explore but just not enough time it is like Disneyland for adults and kids in Niagara Falls downtown. Then we stopped at a winery it was a very quick stop and then on the bus, we headed for home then we we’re home by 7 o’clock it was awesome, day too bad for the weather . Make sure you bring an umbrella whether it’s raining or hot, there’s not a lot of shelter around and less you’re inside the building. It was a great tour I would totally recommend it to anybody and everybody!!!

I had a wonderful day with ToNiagara Tours! It started rather spontanously because our tour guide fell sick this morning, so the driver had to do his job as well! He really did a good job, being talkactive, funny and informative all at the same time. The stops were very nice, too! Besides the amazing boat ride I especially enjoyed the wine tasting! I would have enjoyed a little more time at this stop to be able to have a closer look at the wines in the store but it was completely ok as it was. I recommend it to everybody!

Great day at Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake ! Excellent tour of Niagara Falls area, well organised by Alisha and driver Eli. Both were very friendly, helpful and entertaining! Hornblower boat took us right into the centre of Horseshoe Falls, which was a fantastic experience - unforgettable ! Niagara on the Lake is a very pretty area, with beautiful houses, interesting variety of shops, and lovely plants & flowers adding to its appeal. Day out ran pretty well to schedule, thanks to Alisha & Eli. I would recommend ToNiagara tour company for a great day out to Niagara Falls and area.

Do not use ToNiagara website to purchase tickets, the receipt doesn’t provide QR code or Booking number necessary for the Hornblower boat ride Update as a reply to To Niagara: why on earth would the tickets be sent 3 hours later and not trigger upon purchase? How archaic is your back-end? Develop a better delivery system, that’s pathetic. The quick boat tour was underwhelming, once in a lifetime thing at best as no one needs to go a second time.

Such a fabulous day. SO much packed in. Great value! Really helpful tour guide, although the sound system on the bus wasn't great he didn't mind us asking him questions to clarify! Strongly recommend - and the queue jump for the Hornblower means you get so much more time to see the surrounding area. An experience of a lifetime!

Excellent service! Experienced tour guide well managed the itinerary even though heavy traffic on the way to the falls. Good communication before and throughout the tour. The boat experience was terrific! Good view for dinner at Sheraton hotel. So we could see the light projection on the falls as well as fireworks on the US side whilst we had dinner. Memorable experience to see the fireworks on the falls. Highly recommend!

Horrible experience. The worst tour operator imaginable. Cancelled tour 24 hours prior to arrival. Offered alternative time tour which was not possible for us to make as our flights were prebooked. Left us stranded without assistance and ironically with no way to get "to Niagara". Would not recommend this tour company, there are dozens of alternatives. Furthermore the website is filled with fake reviews - I should have heeded all the warning signs. 0/10 do not book.

Spend more time on the bus picking up passengers and waiting for them then you do touring. We were told to be outside hotel by 830 - it took well over two hours to pick up passengers which is way too long especially when all hotels were downtown and there was no construction or heavy traffic - we were offered the helicopter tour which we took but we had to wait no quick line for tours - by the time we got to the falls we were rushed to do the boat tour and lunch. We arrived at the hotel for lunch at 215 and were told to get you food as they take it away at 230. Then had to be on bus to leave at 3 so we basically did the boat ride and lunch - no time to walk around. Very unorganized when it came to payment - I paid when I booked we shouldn't have guide going up and down aisle asking if you paid I recommend doing either the helicopter or boat tour but not both as there isn't enough time - we would have had enough time had we arrive in Niagara on time like the schedule said at 11 am

The bus was comfortable, and we had a really funny and very knowledgeable guide that thought us a lot of very interesting things about the Niagara falls. The lunch was excellent and the other places we visit aside from the falls were the best complement.

Highly recommend the tour to all. Only improvement would be to spend more time at the falls and less stops on the way back.

This was almost a great experience, the flight itself was smooth and the views fantastic IF you were not sitting in the middle seat at the back of the helicopter. Whether you get to sit in the front or not depends purely on where you are in the queue. If you are numbers 5or 6 you get the middle seats behind the pilot, which means you get to see very little because there is someone obscuring your view from the front and the two individuals by the back windows are obscuring your view there because obviously they want to take photos and look down. I would suggest limiting it to 4 people because for numbers 5 and 6 It’s a bit of a let down.

My husband and I booked this trip a week in advance and were surprised at the availability. We weren't sure what to expect, but were excited to see Niagara. The host and the driver were so much fun! They kept everything on track for time and took us to a lot of really neat places. I highly recommend this tour as it was well organized and a lot of fun!

if only Niagara were the star! This tour is clearly one with many 'buy-in' companies, it became a shopping trip with constant stopping and starting for purchasing - yet, the time given in most of the locations was too brief to browse and for the most part the quality of products was tacky. The day did not start well when our 8:45 pick up still had not arrived by 9:30; this late start then inevitably led to being caught in traffic and the pattern of running late was established - the 9.5 hour trip became a 12 hour trip. The bus was in poor mechanical condition, with constant pulling to the right under braking, and the variation of seat space dependent upon where you sat was annoying. The guide talked non-stop with unnecessary repetition, condescendingly presuming that adults can't listen to instructions. The tour itself, at Niagara, was great - well-organised and avoiding crowds. I would not recommend this company to friends, there are plenty of other options.

Unprofessional, pick up time is 0830 to 0845 should arrive 5mins before time. Bus arrived 0927, tour guide was rushing. Driving recklessly on rainy wet road. Tour guide “sam” not knowledgable of the history and facts on what he is saying, bad english. Focus on his & apprentice’s free lunch & wine tasting. Bottled water was not even chilled. Tour guide wont engage a discussion, except pretty ladies from mexico. Buffet lunch cheap chinese eat all you can. Bad experience wont do it again! Too expensive!

While visiting the Falls, Niagara-On-the-Lake, and an Ice Winery were highlights of the trip, it took WAY TOO LONG (2 hours) to pick everyone up on the way there from 3 different cities all 1 hour apart. Same was true of the drop off on the return trip. Save your time and rent a car.

Packed alot into the day trip! We left our apartment at 8.35am, picked up at 9.14am and headed to wonderful Niagara, arriving at 11.15am. Plenty of time on our own till lunch at 1.45pm in the Sheraton with great views over the falls. I would recommend lunch only because choice elsewhere is poor. It was unfortunate the boat trip was cancelled as the weather was bad but we enjoyed the trip up the tower instead. Superb views! The helicopter tour was advertised on the trip for an extra cost but unfortunately it was very busy so we were unable to take advantage of that which was disappointing. Enjoyed the drive down the Niagara River. Really beautiful, with a few stops on the way. Particularly enjoyed the wine tasting and learnt a lot about ice wine! Finally arrived back in Toronto at 8.15pm so a long, exciting day. Thanks to Airline tours for a memorable Niagara experience.

Great tour! It was the best option to enjoy Niagara Falls. As a female-lonely traveler, security is my priority. We had great time with the tour guides and the other travelers. Having the VIP entrance to the boat let me enjoy more time of the landscape while I took a lunch. The wine tasting was good very as the visit to the surrounding towns. Thanks for the coffee mug!

Excellent day - fantastic tour guide Elisha - she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and good company. She dealt with two passengers who constantly held the bus up in a patient professional manner. I was originally concerned that it was a full day with many stops but they were short stops and helped to break the day up. Niagara Falls were amazing and we were fast tracked onto the boat tour which was good. Lunch at the Sheraton was good with a plentiful buffet. The driver was excellent as well kept us safe on a busy motorway. I would thoroughly recommend this tour and Elisha and driver (sorry forgot his name) Great memories of Niagara Falls were made.

Enjoyable adventure for all ages, even our mother in a wheelchair was able to go onboard Very informative and fun. Prepare to be sprayed with mist if you are on the outer decks. The boat provides rain ponchos at no cost. There is room on the inside to avoid it if you prefer not to be sprayed. Plenty of room and restrooms available. Well worth the money.

My only negative was the lunch at Sheraton. Not enough of a variety, actually no variety. Regretted that. But overall I enjoyed the tour.

We got right on the Hornblower with no waiting and it was the highlight of the tour. Niagara on the lake was absolutely beautiful. There were gorgeous flowers everywhere. The tour of the Sampling of Ice wine at the winery was delicious! All in all a great day and I highly recommend this tour!

The tour was late to start with: The advertised pickup time was 8.45am and we were told to be there for 8.30am. The pickup was at 9.20am, so we waited 50 minutes in the cold, at the beginning of the day, unnecessarily. The tour guide was unknowledgeable: she was more keen on saying "you will have a good time" rather than giving out any historical, geographical, or geological information. For the price we paid, we would have expected a lot more. She didn't explain how the falls at Niagara were formed, or about Charles Blondin, or about the history of Niagara-on-the-lake. This meant we needed to spend a lot of time reading the public information at the locations, rather than enjoying the view. The tour guide's Spanish and French was laughable for a person who had worked in Canada for 30 years. My schoolboy levels of French and Spanish were better than hers, and I (as a guest) had to act as an interpreter on occasion to other passengers on the coach. The amount of time spent at the locations was far too short: we were actively discouraged from seeing the beautiful floral clock (which we got out and did see anyway) and were given a measly 30 minutes to see the whole of Niagara-on-the-lake, including the star fort at the end of the town. Walking back from the town, the coach DEPARTED WITHOUT US just as we arrived back at the meeting point. Frantically, we got a person to call the driver, who then turned around to pick us up. If he hadn't done this, we would've been faced with a very expensive ride back to Toronto. The helicopter flight video was the cheesiest video I have ever seen in my life, and it focused on "impressing your mates on Instagram" rather than about enjoying the helicopter ride (it included a segment of people taking photos, and having their photos taken in front of a helicopter - pointless! Just show us what this fake nuclear family can actually see!) All this said, we wanted to see Niagara, and ToNiagara got us there and got us back. The wine-tasting was good and the ticket for the Hornblower (the boat on the Niagara river) was included in the price. These redeeming points allow me to give two stars (rather than one). In order to improve, I would recommend the guide give more information about what's around, stop making pointless jokes ("it's my first day working here!" and "26 guests - that's my age in years!"), and stop ending every sentence with the word "yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!" (it's really irritating).

Went on the tour with an Airtours coach with my 2 grownup kids as well as my 14 year old. From the start we were welcomed by both host Galicia and driver Eli. This welcome and care genuinely extended throughout the trip. The hornblower experience on the river was the first activity was incredible. Get to the front asap. Wear a short pants and light tee shirt and sandles as despite a light plastic poncho you will get wet. Well worth it and you do dry off. I had a small backpack with a change which kept dry. The additional cost of a buffet lunch at the Sheradon hotel was worth it. Too much food !! All delicious. Go to the balcony at the back of the dining area for wonderful photographs of the 2 waterfalls over both shoulders, particularly when everyone else is queuing for food, because it is a small balcony and there will be queues after dinner. THEN get diner when the queues there will have dissipated. Visit Fort George at Niagra by the Lake which is an option if you like history. The layout, buildings, life portrayed and if you arrive on time a reinactment of soldiers musket firing can be seen during the Summer. Stops at a souvineers shop, market centre and a winery was also a great was to buy unique souvineers. A very enjoyable day that kept grown up kids engaged as well.

Would've put 0 stars if I could. First, the tour bus arrived at the hotel 30 minutes after the expected time, then it broke down after 30 minutes on the road and we were forced to wait by the side. We were told that it would take around 40 minutes, but it ended up being a 2 hour wait. To make it worse, the bus broke down two more times afterwards, but each time the mechanic and the driver both made the decision to continue forward. In the end, the bus completely stopped in the middle of the highway and we had to return back to the hotel. We were on the road for just over 5 hours and we only traveled 24 kilometers. If the mechanic made the smart decision to call off the tour the first time the bus broke down we would not have wasted that much time; however, they decided to wing it and we paid for the price. We were only in Toronto for two days and hoped to see the falls, but the only waterfall we saw was the shower in the hotel.

Went on the trip yesterday and had a fabulous day. Was advised pick up would be between 8:45-9:15 and as advised at approx 9am the big green bus appeared. The driver/tour guide, Haroon, was very friendly and knowledgable and enjoyable to spend the day with. Bottles of water were offered and we were able to take them throughout the trip if required. Sadly the hornblower boat trip had to be switched to a trip behind the falls due to the snow/ice but this is out of toniagara's control and we were advised of this change beforehand. Niagara on the lake was stunning and we loved wandering around the shops. All in all a great trip, well worth the money and well organised so thank you for a great day
