We booked a vacation for August 30 for 3 weeks and a family of 5. We have price match guarantee and while checking prices to see if it has gone down, for the last week the date we are to keave is showing not available. I never received an email that our trip has been canceled so I decided to call...and it turns out it has been canceled. No one contacted us to let us know....and the 2 closest dates available have been cheaper by 500 dollars and now they are even more than what we paid for. Very poor customer service and seems like price gowching rather than price drop guarantee. Very disappointed.

BOOK YOUR VACATION ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!! I booked back in July, spoke to the agent again asking about price drop guarantee, they said I do not have it. Get my tickets now that its too late to do anything and low and behold, IT SAYS I HAVE PRICE DROP GUARANTEE. Called the agent and she put me on hold for 15 minutes while "calling sunwing" to tell me the price drop didnt happen (even though I know it did) and then again that i was not eligible and they put price drop guarantee on every ticket and will only email if your eligible. As you can tell that is NOT BELIEVABLE but clearly she will do anything to get out of the fact that she screwed us out of $250. Our agent was Menuka Pei. Edit; I was called by the regional manager Eva who was awesome and is working with me to do an investigation. Will update once that's done.

Great store, very professional and friendly. Menuka helped me with a booking and gave me useful advise about attractions around my travel destination. Neetu was very thoughtful and caring when I came to the office and wanted to cancel my booking, she gave me advise that helped me to save my money. When I finally decided to cancel my travel, it took me just a few seconds to connect with them( as opposed to long waiting times when you call Sunwing customer service) via phone and everything was taking care of. I am very happy that I made my booking in this location. You can always call or email them with your problem and they will make a maximum effort to help you.

First of all I would like to say I work in the airline industry so I'm able to compare the caliber of service sell off and sunwing(sell off is owned by sunwing) offers compared to its competitors. With that said, the manager that worked there Tina Howe was great. After she left, this office fails to return phone calls, complicates simple matters like rooming the right people with the right family members in group reservations, and when asked for leniency with respect to having to cancel and use the money spent as Sunwing travel credit, they fail to respond and leave you hanging. You get no peace of mind with them because you cant trust them to handle your file properly.
