I had the best experience dealing with Sonia Sagoo. I was traveling from Delhi to Toronto and just booked a leg of a ticket through her. I got stuck in Mexico due to some personal reasons and covid test delays. She went out of the way to help me and went beyond what I have ever experienced in terms of customer service. I just spoke to a lady named sonia sagoo. She is super rude. I asked her the prices of flights and she is continuously laughing and saying online tickets lelo..blabla… and when i asked her another question about tickets. She said her phone is ringing and she cant speak to me. If you guys donot have the time to attend customers then why r you people even open? People do ask questions before booking something. This lady literally needs to improve her attitude.

DONT BELIEVE ME I DON'T CARE ... YOU WILL LEARN IT FOR YOURSELF. I LOST EXTRA $550 TO NOTHING, BUT LEARNT A LESSON FOR MYSELF. USE EXPEDIA, HOTWIRE, FLIGHT CENTRE YOU ARE ASSURED AT LEAST YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AND YOUR MONEY IS COUNTED FOR.

My husband had to travel to India for an emergency, we called a cell phone number that we found on our Lovely Travels agent's number. It was past 9pm, Sukwinder answered and agreed to help us with the booking. He was so helpful, in no time he did the booking he was even kind enough to help us all the way till my got on the flight the same night at 11:55pm. We really appreciate his help during such a difficult time. Dinesh at Lovely Travels is our go to person for travel - such a great person to deal with, always patient, no pressure, gives us options and the best rates if the rates go down he calls and offers us better rates. Big shout out to Lovely Travels - Dinesh and Sukwinder - highly recommend Lovely Travels.

These guys are doing some sort of scam. Booked a flight to india 2 years ago through london UK. Arrived at London and our seats were not confirmed. Here's what happened AC wanted more money and these guys took the refund of our money and kept it. Fought our way and got on the flight because two others missed it. Fast forward on the way back to canada same thing happened again, they called us and changed the entire ticket route. Agents are changing tickets and getting refunds without the customers knowing. Be aware. I suggest people to book directly with airline. If anything ever happens you'll get refund from airlines. Third party agents are sketch af. Other reviews must be scams or probably just happy with some 50 dollar lower price they got. If something happens its not worth it. Airline counters ignore you if you don't book directly.

Went on round trip to India with vacations in London (3days), Delhi (1 day visit to Taj Mahal Agra), Aurangabad (10 Days), Mumbai (10 days) for the cheapest fare of C$1K through Sukhwinder of lovely travels.
