Booked our ticket through Khalsa, unfortunately couldn’t travel because of Doha new travel policies and we requested to cancel the ticket, not our fault but still got refund penalty of $800 and for what? At least this is something you could have done for your customer. All I could hear is “oh this is all we can do” but you didn’t do anything. Still Khalsa travel talks about customer satisfaction. BTW I haven’t received my refund yet. Extremely rude. When we asked them over email, and their agent Nikki singh called me and yelled at me. She kept saying this is all can do bcs my boss is not allowing but when I said Let me speak to your boss, then she said I am the boss. We are requesting for our own money, we paid you this much. You’re not giving from your pocket. MANAGEMENT YOU HAVE MY NUMBER, CALL ME, bcs your agent Nikki singh won’t let me speak. Horrible!! Horrible!!! Horrible!!

DO NOT TRUST THEM HOLDING YOUR TICKETS and PRICE! Not the best way to deal when customers when you cannot even hold a ticket for 24hrs. Mr.N @ KTravel, took all our details, date of birth, full names to hold a ticket for India. We called next day within 20hrs and he advised will call back as was busy. After 1hr we called again only to know that they cannot give the price anymore , its up at $250/ticket. So what was the whole holding thing about! ? Again was told, will try best and will call back. But they didn;t have the courtesy to call back. Wasted our time and prices are infact up now. ! WILL NOT RECOMMEND!

I don’t even want to give them one star, they deserve zero. Agents yell at you and mine even threatened me that do whatever you want to do we are not returning the money. customer satisfaction zero or even minus, and if you talk about respect. They don’t even know the meaning of it. Making stupid and ripping them off. GUYS they are Fraud. Agents are dumb, can’t even communicate in English properly. Waste time, money and patience.

Extremely unprofessional, FRAUD, lier. Agent will lie and change their statements after every second. They will hide everything at the time of sell and once you ask for refund they ripped you off. BEWARE Please don’t book your tickets through them. No management. If you ll ask that you would like to talk to manager, they disconnect. Their are other better agencies in Brampton. But please don’t book through KHALSA.
