Most horrible experience travel agency I have ever dealt with. Last year it was a nightmare trying to receive credit for a cancelled flight which was over 1000 dollars. After a about a week or arguing with them we had to go straight to the airline(westjet) where they helped us a lot with getting our credit. At that time they had given to us in writing that any ONE person can use the credit in the future. Now when I wanted to use my credit to book my sisters tickets, they straight up denied that we can do that. After a couple phone calls and arguments they called us back saying we can do it but we would have to pay an extra 300 for a penalty. This was so odd because it said this no where in the agreement. So we took the last resort to contact Westjet again about this. They claimed that there was no need to pay any penalty fee and they easily booked the flight for my sister. The airline also mentioned that this seemed like that Khalsa Travels was probably trying to get the 300 for themselves. It’s not worth all this trouble to book with these people, your better off booking somewhere else even if it’s more expensive. They tried to rip us off and that’s horrible especially during such a hard time in this world we should not be doing that to people. STAY AWAY!
