These guys are great.. They help you from start to finish, I was booked at a hotel, and the room just wasn't what I was expecting.. I called them from my trip and they did whatever they could from back home. Upgrading my room and makimg the rest of my trip excellent.. Sabrina Azees was helping me with a trip where she failed to communicate all cancellation details with myself. I had a situation come up and decided not to proceed with the trip (about a week after booking and 2 months prior to departure date) and asked her to cancel the remaining payments and close the trip file. I understood that I would lose my initial deposit. She decided to bill me for the full total of the trip anyway. She was unprofessional, and had many spelling errors in her written communication, which should not be difficult considering there was no technical language required for this type of service. I will never book a trip with Sabrina or Just Travel Deals ever again. I advise anyone interested, to look elsewhere and especially not book with someone so incompetent.

Wow, wow, wow!!!!! Just Travel Deals is the best out there; period. I worked with Sandra Q. and it was the best experience ever. We had a few bumps when we got to our destination and Sandra ensured that it was all straightened out. She kept checking in with us.
