Hey guys, we booked three tickets from ETN travels by Toronto to Delhi indirect fight stay in Abu Dhabi but they didn't tell us what supporting documents are guided by airline for traveling due to that airlines didn't give our family permission to travel. We called them over the phone many times but they aren't picking the phone. Worsted service ever had in my entire life.

If there was a 6 star review this ETN travels would surely get it. My travel planner and her people on the ground in Brampton made this trip seamless Even with the speed bumps that Covid-19 travel ban from india laid in front of me. My trip was super easy. Everything was perfectly planned and 100% safe. Got tested negative for covid within 36 hours prior departure in india and boarded for Paris. There’s just a plane change in paris. After landing in mexico got covid tested right away and had rest in 5 star hotel arranged by company for layover after a long flight . Got test results after 5-6 hours and boarded flight back to Toronto effortlessly. Thanks to etn travels they made this impossible thing just incredible

Worst customer service ever. They dont know how to make tickets . Very bad . Last week he made ticket for my cousin. And he made wrong . I told him dont make mistake in rush. First he couldn't make ticket . He took long time to make and when he made told us please leave for airport at 2:30 PM. Your flight is at 7 PM. And then he handed us ticket with different timings. After I called him about this . They didnt wanted to speak . They kept putting me on hold. He was talking so rude and bad. Dont go there. Please Save ur money and time .

They are okay, could do better on communication grounds. I wasn't properly informed about air suvidha form and it's details. I Had to face some trouble during boarding because of it. This was agent's responsibility to explain all the details to me but she was too busy doing something else, I assume. Won't recommend to anyone or give a second chance.

My family bought tickets from these people. It seemed like everything was going alright. However my brothers ticket was listed wrong. After having it corrected 2 times prior to departure the ticket, after being assured by the agent that there was no issue, there was still an issue. My brother ended up not being allowed to board. When confronted about this they straight up denied any fault. More over they did not seem to care at all that THEY messed up the ticket information. My brother had to rebook at his own cost and fought to get his ticket refunded. They refunded part of the ticket. Overall, because of these agents and their poor work ethic and 0 customer focus and attention to detail, which is primary in a field such as aviation, my brother missed our brothers wedding, which was the whole reason for the trip. 10/10 will never recommend.

Especially Reshma Gulamhusein, she told me that she was not going to anything for me, and all I can do is just buy a new ticket. Don’t recommend this place at all

Have been booking my tickets with these agents from 2014 and the things went in completely opposite directions this year when I got my jet airline tickets book with them. They never informed me that my flight got cancelled. After reaching their office the same day I got to know the flight got cancelled, they said nothing to worry as they already claimed refund. Jet airways informed me that refund is made to travel agents after 2 days of cancellation. ETN Travels DENIED to refund my money back as they stated they never received money back. Contacted them over and over in PAST 10 months and haven't received a single penny back from them. NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THEM AND NOT SUGGESTING ANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS EITHER POOR EXPERIENCE EVER!!

If you want to save yourself from a nightmare, please don't use ETN to book your trip. I used their services to book a flight from Delhi to Toronto via Dubai. They didn't provide me with any information, even though I asked them multiple times about the COVID testing requirements at the airport. Due to this, I wasn't allowed to board a flight for Dubai from New Delhi airport. I had to spend another $850 to book the next flight from Delhi to Dubai to continue with the trip. I sent them an email regarding this, and they showed zero remorse about it or any apologies. Here is a screenshot of their reply. It seems like they only care about getting your money. Even my name was wrong on the hotel booking. Also, my father's name was wrong on the Dubai visa. They claim to be a travel company, though they can't even verify if the name is correct on the documents they are providing. Nor are they able to provide very important details regarding procedures throughout your trip.

Worst place to purchase tickets. Manager is extremely rude. We purchased ticket from them couple of week ago. After purchasing we had a family emergency we had to change Sanjay Manager told me that its new for you that someone died or sick but its common for him. He was so rude that he didn't even bother to listen patiently. Charges me so much to make changes, even I was able to see the cheaper ticket online. Please be aware people. Things does happen in life.
