Got locked out of my car lastnight at a gas station. In under 15 mins a technician by the name of James arrived! James was in my car under 30 seconds no exaggeration. I’m am so impressed with this guys work and he was alone! Btw this is the second time I’ve been locked out! My car does this automatic lock thing....so annoying. The first time two guys came and they got in in under 5 mins. James is super! Credits to you you are highly talented.

Great service and very nice staff members. Inside this location, you can request for paper maps from all over Canada. They have several maps of USA. They also have a section inside to sell stuff such as travel bags, travel suitcase, passport protector, water bottles, keychains, pins, road maps, umbrellas, Tilley hats, travel adapter, slippers, toiletteries, locks, headrest and many more.

Called the customer service to ask about the process for obtaining an IDP and the person (Debbie) who answered the call told me I didn’t need to mail in an application but just come in to the office. When I asked her if I still needed two passport photos, she didn’t hear me clearly and when I tried to repeat muself, she just hung up the phone. Tried calling back but was just going into voicemail. This is totally unacceptable that someone would act like that.

I have been trying to reach you guys from past 2 months. Left you so many voicemails. Nobody comes back to me. Whenever you are charging the customer, their credit card statement shows "Century Solutions Inc Brampton" and when they google it, our company name shows first which is "Century Business Solutions". We have been getting multiple calls everyday that we have done fraud transaction with their credit card, which apparently we haven't. I am suggesting to please look into it so that you can add CAA in your banking info so that we dont have to go through this hassle again. Hoping some action would be taken now. Else, i will have to keep posting these kind of feedbacks
