Bell is a terrible travel agent, he is extremely rude and does not have information to provide to their clients. They get mad at you for inquiring questions about your travel. Extremely arrogant and rude! I had to do more research to figure out information about my parents travel with covid restrictions. It's sad that he is so poor at doing his job.

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided at this travel agency. The travel agent was nothing but disrespectful and not very helpful. He is a man of no words and changed his narrative approximately 3-4 times in one week. My father had a cardiac arrest and he refused to accommodate him accordingly even though he was provided with a note from the Cardiologist in the CCU unit of the hospital. He added on to the stress rather than helping the family in desperate time of need. Also, while my father was in CCU he made me go in approximately four times. During each visit he did not give me an opportunity to talk. I highly recommend not to go to this travel agency as they simply do not know what customer service is. Once they do sell the tickets, they do not care about their clients and only focus on the finance aspect of the sale. I would NEVER do business with this travel agency again.

We had an extreme emergency situation which requires us to fly home to India, Sundip Brar at the Agency made arrangements immediately and made it happen. We were really left out of words of help n support in our dire need. Would definitely recommend them hands down for all your Air Ticket needs

If I could give 0 star I would be happy to. Girl name prety is very lost and confused. Has no idea what’s he is doing. Hold my tickets on lower price and within 10 mins said tickets been canceled as I didn’t know that they hold it for at least 12 hours. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time there

The agents at this location have a very different attitude when you purchase the tickets in comparison to when an unforeseen circumstance does come up. When change is required the travel agents at this location get disrespectful. Mr.Brar forgets what customer service is and makes a point to let you know that you are wrong and he is always right.

Travel agent made numerous inappropriate comments and very unprofessional. To be noted he says something but unfortunately does not follow through. I highly recommend not going to this travel agency.
