If you want a bad service, long waits at the airports in case of cancellations and no deals come to this agency. It’s better off to buy from Flight hub or directly from the airline as the service you get at Sky travel is not worthy to pay extra. Caution to all and would highly discourage someone to buy tickets through them. There are plenty of other options to avoid then to be in sorrow getting tickets via them.

I can't believe they have so many positive reviews. These guys are so bad, I had a terrible experience with them. Air Canada canceled one of my connecting flights from YYZ to YEG and this travel agent from Sky travel by the name "Rohit" didn't know and didn't make any efforts whatsoever to give me any alternate options. I told him that I am not interested in 10 hour or more lay over at YYZ (Toronto) as I have 2 little kids and am willing to pay for a flight that leaves sooner. However, he said I have all your info and will give you update. That update never arrived and I got on the phone with AC to get a flight and they directed me to deal with my travel agent. So I had to contact these guys again and still they were not sure what to do. Long story short, I never got a better flight and I was given another flight with a lay over of 14 hours and due to Covid rules, I couldn't leave the airport for a night stay at a hotel. So with 2 small kids my family had to suffer thru this ordeal. The funny part (which is not funny at all) is I knew about the alternate flight that AC could potentially give me which was the next day so I wanted to ensure that never happens but this guy gave me false assurances and basically I lost valuable time in the hope these guys will give me a better option. But in the end, stay away from these crooks. I would suggest try online as at least you are in control. Do NOT go to Sky travel for any flight deals. It's a scam. I am going to sue these guys for putting me and my family thru so much stress.
