Spoke with Rose 2 months ago about planning my honeymoon. She acted like I was stupid because my information/ budget was relayed incorrectly to her from the secretary. She told me she would put some info/packages together and get back to me. Well aside from her poor attitude, she lacks follow up. She just lost out on a client. I’ll take my 10k and have another agent help us out.

I used Roseborough Travel to book my husband's very special 60th birthday. I only knew I wanted it to be in Jamaica and Rose at Roseborough took care of everything else. I received detailed reviews of several properties that met my criteria, got expert advice about travel into and out of the country and tons of information about excursions. The best part was that I could tell she wasn't simply quoting from a brochure, she had personal experience with the hotels and potential excursions which I so appreciated. A lot of people book their own travel online these days thinking they will save money but that simply isn't the case. The value of a good travel agent is immeasurable and can save you money and all the legwork. The only thing I had to do was decide between several good choices and give my credit card number. So easy! I will be using Rose and Roseborough for all our future travel needs.
