We had always avoided all-inclusive holidays in the past, worried about large hotels built one next to another, bad food and crowds. That allows us to base our travel decisions not only on cost but on time savings as well. Last minute itinerary changes are no problem and we are advised up front on any cost penalties so that there are no surprises. Using Voyageur Travel has given us piece of mind that we have 24/7 support. An example was when Iceland had volcano eruptions. Our employee was able to contact a representative after hours and be booked on one of the first available flights once travel resumed. It is reassuring to know that during emergency situations help is available.
