My aunt needed to book her ticket to Toronto. She contacted one of the guys over here. I don’t know his name but I was so impressed by their customer service when my aunt told that she was unable to get her ticket because she had no one to drive her to their shop, that guy actually dropped the ticket off himself. Sometimes little things can make a big effect in someone’s life!
