My family and I went on the 3 day Toronto, Niagara, 1000 islands tour. Our tour guide was eddy. who was very nice and funny, he was very patient to introduce all place in Toronto and Niagara falls. We had a wonderful experience with Wonder Travels for Toronto and Niagara Falls two days trip minus the awful food+buffet+breakfast+Lunch. Guides were great. Chris was very friendly withe everybody and Lucas as well. It was on time. They managed everything in time and appropriately. Lunch buffet was awful though. The restaurant organizers were rude and the food was worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life.... but a lesson for next time. Didn't like the breakfast as well and lunch box could have been improved....but anyways, as trip was well organized. we would go with them again but won't take the food and lunch offers.

The Toronto 2-day trip is packed with good activities. The itinerary is just right. We did not feel rushed nor forced during this trip. Our tour guide Susana is very friendly and accomodating and always made sure that we enjoyed every place we visited. Ample time was given for us to enjoy and explore each place we visited.

The journey to the 1000 Islands, Niagara Falls, and Lake Ontario, as well as Toronto, was fantastic. Terrence, the tour guide, was explaining the entire tour in a way that made you feel interested about the places . He also takes care of everything. The bus ride was quick and comfortable. We had lots of free time to visit all of the sights and eat! Thanks to Wonder travel, my aunt and I spent a really amazing 2 days and 1 night trip :)

Louese is very patient, friendly and she explains all the history of Quebec, The falls, the Castle... I leaned many things today. Also, te old Quebec is very beautiful. Myself and my friends have traveled with Wonder Travels twice now, once on the day trip to Quebec and then to the 2 Day Toronto / Niagra Falls Trip. They do their job and are good at organizing activities. The guides are very friendly, helpful and multilingual and inform us about the schedule in between activities. Keep an eye on the ticket prices for the activities / attractions though- I noticed it was almost 30 dollars cheaper for us to get the CN/Ripley Combo tickets ourselves (which we weren’t able to do). They do take you to the major attractions though and are very good at communicating trip information prior to departure with emails and texts. I think it would make more sense to spend the extra hour in the cities which we travel to visit (and grab a bite to eat there ourselves, as time can be limited in downtown areas we visit, or attractions as the schedule is tight ) rather than out in an industrial estate in an optional buffet at $22 a head. The accommodation in the Travellodge is perfectly good and suits the budget ideally. All in all, what you pay for is what you get, and wondertravels is a perfect example of a budget travel company

We did a one day Quebec City tour with Montmorency Falls and it was a gorgeous day. Joy was very organised and let us know what was expected and what time to return to the bus. She even sang for us at the end of the final stop as we all arrived on time and she has an amazing voice. Highly recommended!

Went to Charlevoix, the driver was nice and the guide tour too. The problem was the planning, they ask you to bring cash so you can pay for the activities. First of all, who carries that much cash on anyways? My bf brought $300, and it wasn’t even enough! Cash only is not practical, it’s 2018 already! But then we realized that they over charge you for any activity you want to do and want you to pay them during the bus ride. I know it’s easier if we all pay in one shot so we don’t waste time on line but we thought that if they are bringing over 50 people they should get a discount or so! No way! They make money out of that too, over charging like $3 per person on the buffet for example. The guide texted us the night before the trip telling us about the hotel having an indoor pool, she made a huge deal about it... my daughter was really excited about enjoying the pool but what they don’t tell you it’s that they will take you to a 3 hours long visit to the Amerindians native village right before the hotel and only take you to the hotel at 8:45pm!!! (while they distribute the room keys and you find a map to get to your room)... it ends up being 9:30pm... the pool closes at 10pm... LIKE ARE YOU FREACKING KIDDIND ME!? Ideal was to arrive at least at 6pm so we can enjoy the “famous indoor pool” and maybe get a bit of sleep in. (You need to be at the bus stop at 6:15am and then next day at 7:15am!!!) it’s not a relaxing trip let me tell you that! You are more tired than never before. One of the hotel - resto closes at 9pm... they send you to the other one, and then you need a RESERVATION!??? Why didn’t I know this? Why the agency doesn’t mention it? So we couldn’t eat, we couldn’t use the pool, we just went to sleep! What a great experience. ???? The bus ride wasn’t bad driving up there, although they could have chosen a better way so we could have enjoy the view. The way back tho.... was a nightmare, the bathroom on the bus was smelly and nasty! There’s no need to use that bathroom as often as it was used for a relative short trip (we had many activity stops on the way) they should NOT allow people to use the bus bathroom on this types of trips if you are gonna end up stopping anyways 3-4 times before getting to the stupid hotel. Anyways, there were highlights of the trip but I DONT RECOMMEND IT... if you like to be free and don’t like to feel controlled by time and situations. Too bad! Was and I am extremely disappointed. ????????

Had a great trip with this company we took the independent 3 day new york trip. Me and my girlfriend wanted to go to new york but didn't know how to get there and where to sleep. This tour took care of all of that. Slept at a hotel 40 min away from New York and the Buss took us to the main area we wanted to go to. The Tour Guide Jacky was always there to help us and answer our questions. Was also a good price.

TLDR - DO NOT go with Wonder travel. The tour is good in that you'll see the falls and old Quebec. That's where the "good" ends. Why? Settle in this will take a while. We went to their office because we were close by and wanted to chat to them about seeing Quebec. As soon we got inside the door the woman on the desk was brusque and just about shouting, she DID shout at one of her colleagues. As soon as she directed us to the desk of one of these colleagues they demanded our money before they told us ANYTHING about the trip. The bus you'll travel on has no suspension. So instead of a relaxing ride after an early start you'll feel EVERY bump in the road between Montreal and old Quebec. That's THREE hours. They also forgot to put the air conditioning on for the first two hours so we all roasted. On this ride they make you pay for entry to all their destinations before you know what you're doing and guilt you into going to them if you say you aren't interested. The tour was relatively cheap THEN they add around $85 per person for the extra things. None of these things are all that amazing. For example, for Montmorency falls, they'd made us pay for the cable car. It's free to walk up the stairs next to the falls.... but they don't tell you that. The activities are "optional" but the options are "do the activity or sit and wait in the bus for up to an hour". Lunch was the worst meal I have ever consumed. A buffet of "international" food that tasted like glue and which made us feel sick for the rest of the day. We were told we would have 3 hours of exploring in the city. It was 2.5 hours and it was very very rushed. When they dropped us off back in Montreal we were half an hour early...why take away that half an hour? 2.5 hours is not enough in Old Quebec, especially if you want to see the Citadelle or a museum. When, on the way home, they asked for our review of the tour, the guide stood over us while we filled in the paper. Then she asked us to go onto Google and give it a 5 star review. NOT A CHANCE. Also, they took us to a bunch of places but didn't give us any kind of a tour of Old Quebec. WHICH IS WHAT WE WANTED WHEN WE BOOKED A DAY TOUR OF OLD QUEBEC. Wonder Travel, some advice: TAKE THE PEOPLE TO OLD QUEBEC, THEN PICK THEM UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. Also, you telling us the tour is $24 and then "make sure you bring cash on the day" is all kinds of misleading. They're lucky Old Quebec is beautiful and fun. Otherwise we'd be really bloody cranky.

The one-day tour to Quebec City was a wonderful experience. The Montmorency Falls are breathtaking and a must see. The short trip to the Copper Museum was interesting, especially since you get a chance to make your own souvenir! Our tour guide, Vincent, was friendly, courteous and extremely patient, and great at herding people to make sure they were always on time :)

Took a 3 days tour to Toronto - Niagara falls. Everything was great, luches are totally worth it. We had plenty of free time, as well as activities. Visited everything we wanted to. Our gid, Lucas did a great job! He is funny and nice, and totally deserves 5 stars. Hotels are nice, clean and comfy. The only thing, that bothered us on the bus was little kid, who was screaming all the time, mostly without a reason, and parents didn't seem to care . (They also changed his diapers right in the bus, so everybody was choking because of the smell), but I don't see how this is company's fault. Although I would advise families with little kids NOT TO TAKE SUCH A LONG BUS TOUR, because it will be difficult for kid, as well as for the rest of the bus. Other than that, it was totally worth it

My room in Quality hotel Inn was renovated one but it was poorly executed. Or maybe not finished yet. But altogether it was a pleasant experience and I would totally recommend this travel agency

I had a tour for ottawa with Wonder Travel. I didn't have a good experience with them, I had plan to take toronto and newyork tours with them too, but for sure i will not do that. - Tour guides were nice. - Time schedule was good and they were on time. But the order of visits was not appropriate for that day. Because since one week ago the weather forecast showed there will be rain in afternoon and we could have visited tulips park in the morning without getting wet and visit all other indoor places later. - If they offered you for Chinese buffet do not accept at all, we went to out of ottawa with about half an hour driving just to have lunch in a Chinese buffet, the restaurant was very dirty. "My wife found something inside of her glass" and i have no idea what was that! But it was obvious that they didn't washed the glass before. I don't want say anything about food quality. I wish I didn't get buffet and could get a pizza near there by myself.

The trip from Montreal to Niagara Falls in my opinion is a must, the bus was comfortable enough to take us there without a sore neck! When we got to the hotel I slept like a baby because the bed was very comfortable. The bus driver and the tour guide were very accommodating and extremely nice compared to another trip I took with a different company. I suggest taking the same trip with the best tour guide I’ve had so far: Vincent, he was very nice and thoughtful to our needs and if I could’ve made it a 3 day trip I would’ve! The view of the falls so upclose was also a plus.

Really good trip to Quebec City, our tour guide was Grace which is a lovely person! The tour itself starts with the falls, where the cable car is really worth it, after that there is the copper museum where they teach you the techniques to work with copper, later is lunch time and after that the observation site and then we stayed at the city center for 1 and a half hour.

Joy we had such a great 1day trip to Ottawa. The cruise travel was great and the service was amazing. We would love to come again! There was always something to entertain us , especially the singing if you were late. The buffets we stopped at had great food and the quality and quantity amazing. Eddy, the tour guide was really awesome. Had been on Quebec and Ottawa trip. He was very patient and nice person. The trip was great and recommend anyone looking for a tour. Update: 7/31 - I am taking back 5 stars and giving 3 stars, because they give you coupons which cannot be utilized. Lot of restrictions like you have to physically book in office doesn't apply for tickets booked online remember you eventually pay more when booked physically, so it's useless.

I won’t make any reservation with this travel agency anymore. Be award that do not put your life in danger traveling with their mini van on the road. I recently did a trip (3 days trip of 1000 Islands, Toronto, and Niagra) and feel that the tour is less informative. Also, for lunch, the bus use to stop at some isolated and expensive places, where you only have limited options. But the overall trip was amazing. I’m satisfied.

The tour was inexpensive, planned out well, and met all of our expectations. The activities included most of new yorks touristic hotspots without being too overwhelming. The service was great with our guide timing everything perfectly and being clear and concise as to what we could do in the city.

I'm of mixed opinion. The $350 or so Canadian I spent for bus and hotel to New York for 2 people is a good price (but there are additional fees payable in USD cash only). And I enjoyed the visit to New York. As well, the trip seemed reasonably well organized. However, soon after the bus left Brossard, the guide Richard, who has a poor handle of the English language and an even poorer handle of the French language started speaking. This was the case throughout the tour. There was no "guiding" as such; just someone organizing the trip. Richard is a pleasant individual and gold To talk with but he didn't say much about the sites we visited. An easy solution to the language problems would be to play a recording of the needed information...by someone completely fluent in English and also someone fluent in French. It would be easy to do and a big help. We were on our own. Anyhow after his quick speal, he handed out little sheets of paper (see picture) and told us we had to give him almost $200 in cash in US dollars EACH for activities...no receipts were available. We were expected to give the 'tip' of $21 USD before services had been rendered. The Chinese buffet in Albany was horrendous and not worth $16 USD. The price we paid for tickets to the attractions was close to full price yet I saw coupon books offering significant discounts. You would think that a tour company would manage to arrange significant discounts. Ah but maybe they did. In any case, they collected a significant amount of cash from the 45 or so people on the bus.... I hope that they are letting Revenue Quebec know about this regular huge cash revenue inflow. The hotel was 45 minutes away from New York; it was a 2 star hotel; run down...blood on towels shabby. The 3 or so hour long shopping trip on the way back to Montreal was at a place that was isolated...there was nowhere else to go near by. The prices were very high, not what you would expect of outlet stores. And the food court, although offering choices, was expensive; McDonalds meal was $15 instead of the usual $8. We had to meet the bus at around 12:30 and there were NO other stops for food along the way. We were told not to eat or drink on the bus and the bathroom was not to be used other than for extreme emergencies (unlike what you would expect of a deluxe bus). Would I do this again, knowing what I know? Yes probably. But I wouldn't pay for the buffet or the attractions and I would negotiate a reduced 'tip' for the guide and driver ahead of time and only give it at the end of the trip. Also I would bring snacks and water and some kind of entertainment with me to the outlet mall so that I'm not bored crazy by the long shopping trip. I took note afterwards that there was another strip mall close by but hidden. I would also eat and drink on the bus and use the washroom.????

A perfectly okay 6-day trip to the Maritimes+Gaspé. Pros: -saw a lot of places in those 6 days -only a few activities were manditory Cons: -the guide didn't explain much about most of the attractions nor did he care. -bus didn't have outlets or Wi-Fi which is a must on a 6-day trip I would book with them again, but only for shorter trips. You get what you pay for and I definitely got what I paid for.

I dont suggest wonder travel to any one! I took the Toronto-Niagra fall and I was very unsatisfied with the service. first you see the price and You say: oh such a good price but then you realize you get what you paid for. the hotels they take you are cheapest and far from the city(our hotel in Niagara didn't have breakfast not even tooth paste and the hotel in Toronto was so far from town even though they said its close and we can take Uber to go to town but it was very far. Never pay them for tours!!! if you buy the tickets by yourself it will cost you much cheaper! the same for restaurants! the restaurants are all Chineses and they will give no other choice so you will be obliged to pay them for the restaurants. our tour guide was a cute helpful responsible girl, very on time (and she actually helped me with my lost bag in hotel). I wanted to take the Quebec tour with them too but then i changed my mind. My first and last travel with wonder travel!

Worst tour ever! Liars! Don't trust them ever! They lies! I have proof of what they did and we will take them to court! For God sake, don't trust them! They said we are going with Deluxe coach to 6 days trip and they changed it to small van. So uncomfortable, no seatbelt, no safety, you don't wanna bring your children with that van! It was a long trip and the worst part of it was they said: either you gonna come with us or you lose your 1000 $ money. Customer service hung up on me! Tour leader called us crazy! Don't trust them! New Year in New York This trip was my second time in USA and I will be never tired of visiting this amazing city. The tour was pretty organized and dinamic, you can enjoy different attractions like the famous wax museum and gorgeous landmarks from the city like The Liberty Statue, Rockefeller Center and Times Square. I feel lucky because our tour guide was Janet, she was so helpful and nice. She always gave us valuable information in the right moment and good recommendations to enjoy our stay in NY. The time flies and the city never sleeps. My Recommendation is wearing comfortable shoes. Planning ahead of the time if you want to visit another museums or attractions that are not in the list that the tour offers to you. No worries you will be have some time for yourself.

I booked for a 4 day trip to NYC in the middle of summer, called at the time of booking to see if there was a risk of the trip being cancelled as some reviews said this may happen. The guy on the phone assured that it is no longer a problem. 2 days before the trip, yep they cancelled it because not enough people booked. They actually had the gall to say that the trip was changed to a 3 day trip on a different date - sorry but that is not how vacations work. I requested a refund which was not processed in the 7-10 days they promised. It took multiple more emails of nagging for them to provide a refund receipt, the refund still have not yet been processed to my credit card but at this point I assume its the credit card company that is taking time. I would not book with Wonder Travel again, they are not reliable, you have to make back-up plans due to the high risk of cancelled trip, and the refund process requires an excessive amount of effort on the part of the customer. At least they told me about the trip cancellation 2 days before, instead of the morning of which happened to some people.

Took a 3 day tour to NY from Montreal. Tour is really affordable, there are some hidden costs ( mandatory museums ) but that is reasonable due to the low cost. Tour is very organized, being dropped off in Times Square and picked up there later is very convenient. Accommodations were basic, but is all you need, with continental breakfast included. Our tour guide Jackie was really kind and caring about the group, I wish he had provided more details in the walking tour (for instance, we walked by Zuccotti park but there were no mention of "occupy wall street" ) Overall good introductory tour to NY, good price benefit, and very well organized!

Where to begin.. unfortunately, I was part of a recent NYC trip tragedy. I found it very unprofessional from the very beginning because the tour guide Richard demanded $21 USD cash as tip immediately before we even arrived to NY. Normally, you'd tip after service is granted; not before, because the service Rep would then no longer feel it necessary to provide service. Our bus broke down in the middle of the highway at 7pm to 11pm. The bus atmosphere was terrible- no air, no lights, no bathroom, no security. The next morning, a substitute bus arrived. This substitute bus happened to be from another tour group, so their belongings were all over the seats... if I knew my bus was going to be shared with another group of strangers, I'd be concerned about leaving my personal belongings there... but this group was likely never told to remove their items, but instead they did it behind the scene. The only sense of "security" was the tour guide asking "you will see personal belongings from another group, we ask that you don't take them!" Also, the hours lost due to bus maintenance failure was never compensated. No sense of professionalism. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and book with another company.

She made everything clear and one thing in really liked was that on the bus the majority of travellers spoke Spanish and she made sure everyone understood everything. Trip was good. We booked a 3 day trip from Montreal covering Niagra falls ,1000 islands and Toronto. The hotel for the first day was good and they had good breakfast in the morning. But it was at WoodStock , Ontario which was quite far from Toronto and the next destination was Niagra. They could have stayed us at Niagra or somewhere close to that instead of there thus saving 3 hours of unnecessary journey. That's the only drawback of whole trip. Overall the experience was good. The tour guide Eddy was excellent. I highly recommend his services. He did his best to make our trip pleasant.

I used this agency two times. One was not bad except of bad air conditioner, which didn't seem to work properly even though 1st July. I used it one more time two days later. Then, The bus was broken, so we had to wait for 2 hours for another bus. Furthermore, the changed bus's air conditioner was not working properly even if it's the hottest day in Quebec. During almost 14 hours going and backing to Toronto, we were stuck in the bus under the worst condition. I've heard the news that many people in Quebec were dead because of the unexpected heat at that time. After getting back from that journey, my mom were bedridden for several days. Of course, we had to cancel our next trip to New York. I know my guide tried to solve out the problem. And I thank him an effort to help us. But it's inadequate for making good trip.

I would highly discourage anyone from booking with Montreal Wonder Travel. Customer Service: Non-existent. In my 40 years on this earth, I have never experienced that level of discourtesy and disrespect for paying customers. Read-on to understand. The Bus: We did not travel on the advertised coach bus. What we were greeted with for the long journey to the East Coast was a shuttle bus with no shocks, no where to put your luggage, and no toilet. The bus driver (I believe his name was Steve) will be happy to put your life in danger by over-passing every car on the left, no matter what speed it takes. I feared for my life on the one-lane highways... The luggage hanging from the over-head, already terrifying, hung precariously over our heads. On two occasions they fell on us. We were told to expect large windows with a view - forget it. They were small windows, and how little effort it would have taken to at least clean them................ Furthermore, wear sunscreen! No shade. I learned that they used this bus because they only had 20 people booked for the trip, but many people had called to ask what kind of bus, and were told it was a coach bus. So imagine when you show up to a little 20- seat shuttle bus. I felt especially bad for the handicap woman who upon learning the "bait and switch" tactic, had to still embark on this bus because her friend was visiting from far away and they couldn't cancel (this woman had called them three times to make sure of the accommodations). In fact, no one could cancel. It was too late. We were stuck. When we protested, they ran away with our luggage for a few minutes to scare us. When we protested more, the manager came on the bus and told us not to tip the tour guide. Was it his fault?? Their behavior towards us was revolting. Organization: Since the bus had no toilets, we had to stop every few hours. Stops were always in really odd places, off the highway and with one toilet. We never knew where we were really headed either (tour guide Raymond doesn't talk, he is only there to collect your money), and while in some places we were given ample time to walk around, in other places we were rushed through. Peggy's Cove, for example, was extremely picturesque, but I know many people who didn't eat that day. We only had an hour there (nowhere to eat). Same for Green Gables. From that point, most of us started ordering food to our motels because food stops were just too scarce. It seemed like after most of us boycotted the Chinese buffet, the tour guide stopped caring about feeding us. I had come to find out from one of the waitresses that Wonder Travel gets a discount for groups at this particular buffet, but charges us the regular up-front, and pockets the rest. There were other shady deals going on between the tour guide and other tour operators, like the boat to Bonaventure island in which we overheard him getting a deal, but not sharing it with us. Maybe I wouldn't have cared, but from the time we left, I felt abused, so its all worth noting. Accommodations: Of course they were far from the main attractions. I can't say that I was surprised by that, but some of the motels were about 1-star with somewhat shady characters hanging about, but since I was always so happy to have survived the bus trip, the motels became respite. Last comment: To anyone considering this trip, you should to stop now and look at another company. Thanks! :) JT

Overall experience is good. Pauline explains about every place very nicely. She was very friendly to everyone and answering everyone’s questions with a smiling face. She had a good knowledge of the trip to Toronto and Niagara Falls and she makes everyone be punctual (just one time one people was late) it’s good because otherwise everyone is punished. We had a good Sheraton hotel for our night before Niagara Falls, with confortable beds and high speed internet. We ate two times at buffets. It’s cheap, it’s not the best quality but it does the job. Overall it was a good trip and I recommend it!

Very organized company, they stick to their well planned schedule which gives enough time for each visited attraction. The tour guides are really nice and well experienced. They give you a description about each place you're visiting, with its historic background, both in English and French.

Very well organized. The tour guide was awesome. Before you pay for activities and you plan to do something extra please ask tour guide first as some activities included everything. I didn't know that and ended up paying for the general ticket as well as the premium ticket for CN tower edge walk. But overall experience is great.

Horrible scam, canceled and changed dates on us twice which led us to change our hotel itinerary and lose money in fees, and last second we had an emergency where we could not cross the border from the US to Canada so we emailed to cancel and refund and they did not respond and absolutely ghosted us, and ignored us. Maybe if they responded to us and had a chance to explain why we cannot receive a refund, I might give a better review, but they just completely ignored us when we had 2 tour trips scheduled for the week ahead and took advantage of our situation. Absolute scam, sketchy business tactics, and no ethics.

Me and my family did the Toronto/Niagara 3 days tour. The only thing I was disappointed with, was when whe changed our bus for one without charging outlets but besides that tiny detail it was great. I had a wonderful experience on the 1-day Quebec tour. Considering it was only a day tour, we were able to see a lot. The Montmorency Falls was spectacular and definitely an attraction not to be missed. Our guide Vincent was very friendly and helpful and he was able to accommodate all of our group in both French and English with ease. The WORST customer experience I've ever had. They cancelled our 3-day tour to Toronto, and switched it for a 2-day tour, promising a refund for the third day. The tour guide made my daughter sign the receipt and she didn't gave her the money back. I didn't know that, since they promised to refund me on the credit card; when I came to the offices to ask about the refund, and the woman in the front desk definitely has not the slightest notion of customer service. She yelled at me and called me crazy, liar and cheater, instead of taking 20 seconds to lower her voice and try to NOT loose a customer over $99 ... I guess it's my fault for buying cheap tours from cheap companies. Never again!

I went on their Quebec City and Montmorency falls one day trip. It was a great choice of sight seeing and unique experience stops. The sugar cabin was really amazing and hands on and something I would never have been able to go to on my own! Even though the day started so early to get to everywhere on the itinerary, our guide Tiffany was really cheerful and made us excited about the trip. She showed a lot of care for the different visitors on the trip and her fluency in Mandarin, English, and French was impressive. Overall it was a terrific experience.

Can't demand much more for the price 20 canandian dollars for a trip to Québec City is for sure the least expensive option available in Montréal. Although it's not easy to find on the contract, they demand you to participate on at least 2 activities with them. Plus a service charge of 7$ must also be payed. On my trip the tour guide was insecure and unprepared. The bus driver was very careless with other vehicles. I recommend it if you're on a budget and are not willing to plan trips over bus stations, subways and hotel rooms. Nevertheless be aware this is a BUDGET AGENCY so you don't get frustrated.

This is not a fake review, sadly! I have too many terrible things to write. Where to start? I’m not reviewing Wonder Travel other than in Montreal based on one bad trip.I guess we were just unlucky as most reviews for this company appear to be positive.I could not see any reviews of the trip in question so let me at least share my thoughts. This Wonder Travel tour out of Montreal, the 6 day trip to the Maritimes, in our case was booked through the agency TourRadar. I did it this way feeling if there were any issues tour radar would have my back. Not so. My family arrived at 5:45 a.m.downtown on Stanley street. A few fellow travellers trickled in and within a few minutes we were approximately 20 people waiting for “the bus“ which arrived promptly at 6 AM.. We were all in a state of shock when we saw what “the bus” they planned to take us i. was a 24 seater shuttle bus. There was almost a riot as everyone was in rage and the police arrived to calm us. No luggage hold snd squeezed seats.The leader for Wonder “you get on or we leave without you”..eventually we felt coerced and we got on, but still angry and totally helpless. A passenger contacted Wonder Tours, but they hung up on her! Absolutely no help with our luggage that had to be squeezed into the overhead rack!!! Many senior folk! This shuttle was possibly not legal, but definitely unsuitable for the 2500 km trip. Off we went 2 hours late to depart ..no worries as the driver drove 140 km per hour, steady, the entire trip mostly, in the passing lane!!! The suspension on this 10 year old clunker was broken and we bumped up and down all the way there ..and back ...I could write a book on that, but I won’t .I will just add the sights were lovely the motels 3star adequate, but as the guide/leader knew nothing, he could not offer a narrative and I mean Zero ..it was summer job for him he admitted.. ..totally useless. We only needed the driver. Back to the main issue ...The bus was not the deluxe coach and they tricked us with the bait Deluxe Coach that was promised in the information about the trip..small print. Wonder tour can change bus types if there are not enough people..they have no obligation to warn about this. Many people called to ask what kind of bus and were told a large coach bus. Those people were lied to. Several times the air conditioning failed and people were in serious discomfort. Three hours between rest stops along the trip was not unusual since shuttle buses don’t have bathrooms...at another time our planner even made a mistake and we went to the wrong motel. We were often lost, but were close enough that the gps on the drivers iPhone got us there. On the first day prepare the cash and forget any receipts ..The guide comes and tells you what you own..later you find out you overpaid .,eg. $18x20 people for the boat ride to Bonaventure Island but we paid up front $42... Chinese buffet ..another trick as he collects $20 and it costs $15 or less if you are senior. I could go on but I will leave by telling you .Forget Wonder Travel Montreal...unless they modify their dishonest behaviour.TourRadar who sponsored them handled my complaint fairly politely but sadly predictably.They were always in responding and though appeared to believe me as I supplied photo proof of everything written,I guess they have some business or contractual considerations that hinder what they can actually do...I only hope that my complaint will lead to changes and prevent other unhappy travellers from being tricked .I did not ask for compensation whatsoever.My point was and is to get this out there .You the reader have now been cautioned We really got taken for a ride and the bumps were symptomatic of this experience. I’m trying to figure out how I can post my photo proof on this sight..perhaps another traveller can let me know as it will affirm that my revie is not bogus.

Great service by Wonder Travel. The guide, Richard, is very friendly and made his best effort to accommodate the passengers while maintaining the schedule. I would suggest using a nicer bus though, although the one we got was not so bad, it would have been nicer if we get a more comfortable one. All in all, great service. well, if there is one reason that made my trip a once in a life time experience , then it has to be the tour guide Tiffany. Her energy level is so awesome through out that actually makes an average place exiting. She is courteous and ready to answer always. her knowledge of the place is amazing and i actually verified few things that she shared during the tour. I still remember that she always counted the number of people every time we were leaving a site just to make sure that no one gets missed out. i appreciate this as a tourist as its about my safety.and how can i forget when i demanded a window seat without requesting in advance , i still wonder how did she manage to give me one without disturbing anyone else. the best tour guide i have ever seen in north america and europe. and lastly she is very charming :)

We were very lucky with the driver Andre and with the tour guide Richard. They were organized, patient, extremely nice and experts in their domains. We took the 3 day tour in NYC, I recommend the intrepid museum especially if you have kids in the group, the wax museum was fun as well, and of course not to miss the cruise to the Statue of Liberty. The view from the top of the rock was breathtaking however going up was much easier than going down, the line up for coming down was long. We had plenty of free time to shop, visit central park and of course eat the best food!

A very bad experience with Wonder travels Day 1 tour to the Quebec City. - Provided with an old, dirty, dusty, cracking noisy shuttle bus with no seat belt - Fellow passenger shooting his cell phone with video, getting closer to the driver in a moving vehicle in the highway without being objected by the driver or by the tour guide. - Driver using his phone on his hand, browsing, skipping, playing music on his phone the entire time during the trip while driving. Later he claims to the tour guide that it was hands free just because he was using the earphone. No sir, it was Not! I have the photos and videos of you looking at your phone, browsing, skipping, selecting and playing songs while driving. Do you think I would ever consider Wonder Travel again while with the same price you would get a deluxe bus with much safer and better services elsewhere?

Bus #68 Sinorama. I finally have the courage to write. My first time experiencing Sinorama, leaving from Chinatown Montreal, and I am very disappointed. Our tour guide who is of Chinese background, speaks English/French/Mandarin. This travel has a lot of pros and cons. When an issue arised in the bus, no matter what, the bus tour guide would try to take your side but really not help solve the situation. It was more giving word but not giving action towards it. Many tourists were late, and because my family was 2 min late we got yelled at and the behaviour was so bad that he even called it out on the bus. It’s fine, giving warnings about being late but calling us out in a rude manner is wrong. I feel he also favoured his type of people rather than accepting and understanding towards everyone. Where as other tourists of his culture, were half and hour late they only got a personal warning and were not called out until it happened 2-3 times more. We also weren’t allowed to eat on the bus, only drinks were allowed. Sometimes the rides get very straining and we weren’t allowed to use the washroom on the bus unless it was the last couple of days. Another issue that was very annoying is that the program they gave us for the journey was not very clear, especially in regards to food and extra costs. It isn’t fair to tourists when we can’t even understand clearly. When asking questions to our guide, sometimes his behaviour would be ignorant and not very understanding. He would speak in 3 languages ( French, Mandarin and English ) the interpretation was very unclear and not concise. I was still left confused and clueless. Hotels were also an issue as some places had no water access to drink, some hotels were very good but out of all hotels only 1 or 2 were excellent, but that’s because the hotel did a great job taking care of the tourists and the environment was pristine. Hotels written on the program are not most of the time the same hotels they take you too. Which throws you off. I feel Sinorama needs to work on many things, especially their mannerism, listening and clarifications. Right when I got into the bus I wanted to use the washroom, and his behaviour was so rude, I mean you don’t clean your bus? It was learned they clean the bus after 7 days. Also since we weren’t so clear on the program, my family wanted to remove the food packages, since we didn’t enjoy it so much and all they gave as a choice was always an Asian(oriental) with some Canadian choices buffet. My Father was also having trouble paying the tour guide because he would always calculate different numbers. WE WANT HONESTY & CLARITY. They did not have a credit/debit machine, and gave us no warning about this whole expense being based on cash. I even experienced racism, which is so uncalled for when we are in 2018. I also got into an argument with tour guide, and it just felt that he was not hearing out what I had to say. It was completely unfair. He kept phrasing, “ I don’t care “ when someone says I don’t care, it just shows that there is no care in their heart. Sinorama as a company really needs to work on getting exceptional tour guides (can be heard and understood in the language known), clearer programs, access to resources for their tourists, as well as warnings about what to bring and what not to bring. Clear instructions on payments should be worked on. I experienced racism, disrespect towards my family. I am so hurt and never felt this much hatred towards a person and an overall company. There is too much bus time, less touring time, and the spots that deserve to be seen is not given as much time. I don’t appreciate how the tour guide tried apologizing but whenever I would defend myself he would turn around his words and be disrespectful again, and repeatedly state, “it doesn’t matter.” Disorganized to the point where they dropped us off at the wrong hotel , I felt horribly bad for the bus driver who was told to come to that specific hotel he was not at fault. They need to be aware of the extra work that they added.

I really enjoyed my 2days trip to Toronto ans Niagara falls . our tour guide was Vincent a very nice guy . the only negative experience was the buffet at kingstone not much verity and the food was tasteless and also the very short stop at the Village near Nigara falls. the place is beautiful but we did not have time to fully enjoy the activity . last but not least the hotel was amazing with a pool and spa :)) loved it

The trip with Wonder Travel to Toronto/1000 Islands/Niagara Falls was very good, including the bus, tour guide, hotel, entertainment and itinerary. All of it was organized and clearly explained, so it was very easy, fluid and enjoyable for every one. There was a reschedule days before the trip, but I have been notified and properly rearranged. My only complain is about other trip to New York, that I booked 4 months prior to the date of departure. Days before the date of departure I contacted Wonder Travel to check if everything was ok and they spent 1 day to gave me an answer. The answer was that the trip wouldn't happen on the date because they "didn't get enough people". Once I couldn't make the trip in other dates offered they refunded me properly. Despite that I am a little disappointed for the time spent to have an answer once I have booked a long time before the date. I think I could be warned early. So, I'm just a little bit disappointed about the booking system and "office organization", but the trip was very good.

Really satisfied with Wonder Travels. Went on the 1 day Quebec City and Montmorency falls tour. Wonder travels offers an unbeatable price (20$) that is not matched by any bus/train service available. The tour guide Lena was very nice and just as excited as everyone else on the trip, if not more. She kept us entertained and lively throughout the long bus journey with fun trivia and singing. The description of the package on the website is quite accurate. Remember to carry cash. I would advise attending the buffet recommended by them at Buffet des Continents, Quebec City. It's a really good deal at 21$. Would definitely choose Wonder travels again for their Niagara Falls Tour and hope for the same quality of service

I used Wonder Travel in 2013 and all was well. But my latest experience? Just TERRIBLE customer service. They cancelled my trip but rather than ensure I properly got the memo, they claim to have sent me an email which never reached me. They didn't bother following up to see if I actually got that email (which I didn't, for whatever technological faulty error). The thing is, they cancelled the trip a full week in advance, but didn't think of calling me again during the week or emailing me again to confirm I was aware of this change. I specifically took a day off work to take my mother out on her birthday, and as a result we left at 5 AM to make the bus and ended up waiting outside in the cold for over an hour. As a result, I missed a day's worth of work, and they didn't even compensate me beyond the useless $10 ticket. Very, very bad service, and I will make sure not to trust them again or recommend them to anyone. I am very disappointed.

Lie. Untruthful. Unfair. They got our money $ 74.97 (3 people) for the trip go to Quebec city on October 20, 2019 but they canceled it and still haven't refunded to us. Before that, I asked them if customers have reason to cancel the trip, will they be refunded? They say NO. But then they canceled the scheduled trip with the customer with a very funny reason: Don’t have enough customers for the trip. I asked them: You, Wonder Travel, made the schedule and you got our money as an agreement. Why you can break it? It’s unfair, no responsibility at all... This weekend we went to Niagara falls for 3 days with my mother who is visiting here in Canada. She was so please with this experience because it was her dream for many years. At the beginning we were planning to go by car. I'm so glad we decided to go with Wonder Travel because we never been there before and there is so many Great places to visit but the Guide Antoni with the experience selected I think the most important one's for the group! Few problems with the traffic here and there the bus driver i little impatient, with some situations. Many people everywhere which apparently is normal on a weekend like that. But in general my mother my family, my kids where so happy and that is the most important thing for us thank you Wonder Travel! We are planning to go to New York city now to visit Liberty statue and maybe some shopping.

She spoke in English and in French for the families that doesn’t speak/understand English. Susana gave us enough time for everything. She was really opened and very kind and welcoming. Been to so many places with wonder travels since I arrived in Montreal in 2010. Also, always recommended friends to tour with this agency since I have good experience with them, but some how from past two years my experiencing has been deteriorating because of the buses used by them. Just arrived from Toronto - Niagara - 1000 islands (04 people, 02 days tour, started on AUG 15, tour guide Amber), we were literally sweating buckets. Air conditioning was very bad and this hasn't happened the first time. I know it was a hot days (33 deg cel), but isn't that the reason we have AC on buses. Not sure I can travel with Wonder travel again if they keep using such buses. There is another tour agency in Montreal that promise deluxe buses for few more bucks. Will try them next time. That being said, tour guide Amber did manage tour nicely and no complain about the driver either but buses must improve.

I gave them 1 star just because it's the requirement to be able to leave my review here! Me and my wife booked a 3-day "Niagara Falls" tour from Montreal. They forced us to sit right in front of the washroom in the bus and it was totally a nightmare. While there were the tour leader's seat plus one more seat available in the front row, the tour leader (called "Elsa") did not accept to exchange her place with ours although she saw we could not breath easily due to the odorous smell of the washroom. The tour leader was so rude and she happened to have issues with several passengers because the stinky bus frustrated most of the passengers. We wrote our complain and signed it (more than 10 signature). Please do not waste your time and money, and spend more and book your tour with a decent agency. Moreover, I know that some of my friends have given them 1 star here and complained a lot, and they have called them to persuade them remove their reviews. As well, I have heard many of the 4 and 5 stars here are given to them by themselves. I can say that that was the most horrible experience in all my life to date. Also, they rush you at each stop, the bus stops in the middle of nowhere where there's just a Chinese restaurant and you do not have any other choices, but having your meal in the Chinese restaurant. Last but not least, we were supposed to stay a night in Toronto, but they had booked a hotel room for us in a place within 1.5 hours from Toronto. They didn't let us enjoy at the Niagara Falls and left Niagara Falls without letting us discover the place. not recommended to anyone cause it's torture by definition.

Went for a two day tour to toronto and niagara falls. I will describe my whole experience. There were some pros and some cons. At first i wanted the 3 days tour and customer service told me that they are not sure if there will be this tour. They will let me know on thursday or friday if they are doing the 3 days tour on saturday! Really? Finally i took the 2 days tour. The guide and the driver were very nice. The bus also was new and comfortable. We went to 1000 islands but could not do the tour due to bad weather. Afterwards we went to cn tower and ripleys aquarium. It was so nice. We also had some free time before we went to niagara falls (but it would have been better if we went there directly)So far so good... about 9 o'clock we arrived a motel (which they call a hotel!). It was quality inn but it was in another block...like a commercial block... didnt like the room but it was clean at least! The next day we left the hotel at 8 The breakfast was horrible. They have a package that include 3 activities but we went to on the cruise to see the fall(which was a wonderful experience) we had to go back immediately as there was a 3rd activity waiting( which is a film on niagara falls-they could have cut this off!). We did not have free time for a walk. Which means that basically u go to niagara falls and stay by there like 45 minutes (cruise time included). We had to leave at around noon because we had to visit a village for tourists called niagara on the lake. It's not written in their plan but it's compulsory and costs 10$ p.p. it was not worth it at all. Would have been better if we had these 2 hours to stay at niagara falls. We arrived in montreal at 10. I went with other tours before and personally i don't think that i will go with wonder travel again.

We took the tour to NY with Wonder travel. It was good way to visit NY, so many location to see and have fun. The hotel is good but you need to be careful it is not in New York. however, it was not that far about 30 minutes from times square.The guide was very informative and polite.I liked shopping in NY. I bought a camera $100 cheaper than in Canada. That is great! I plan to go again at the end of August. By the way, the trip is affordable.

I and my family had an amazing experience on our 3 day trip to New York. As we all know New York is so crowded and with lots and lots of traffic and the trip is designed to be very time bounded, which was very well organized and executed by our guide Mr. Vinvent and our driver Mr. Peter. They were very nice, humble and helpful, very much professional and on point. Our driver Mr. Perer was a saviour, he was very ahead in driving and leaving other buses behind, that saved us a good 1 hour and a half at the immigration. All in all, a very well planned, organized and executed trip! A remembrance one! Thank you Mr. Vincent and Mr. Peter! :)

We took the 1000 island-Toronto-Niagara Falls 2-day tour. Raymond was an exceptional tour guide - always accommodating and friendly. He went beyond his call of duty to help us with our requests. By giving us his cell number, we were able to keep him informed of our whereabouts and keep in touch when we were away from the rest of the group. The itinerary included enough places of interest to visit and gave us ample time to complete them without too much idle time. We also had the flexibility not to participate in some activities if we chose to make our own plans and explore a free and easy schedule - provided we came back "on time" to the tour bus. The hotel was "no frill" but comfortable. The buffet - Scarbrough Buffet restaurant - had a nice selection and good meat dishes. There was an "open kitchen" that prepares special meals on the spot which compensates for the lack of variety for vegetarian options. We will definitely join Wonder Travels for other tours in the future!

Wonder Travels promised me unforgettable experience In Toronto and Niagara Falls. Just before departure they said, there could be difficulties with accommodation in Niagara Falls, ON during the long weekend, but next day they overcame them. Company and the Team really value what is important for you. Hotels were good enough for reasonable money and the sites were stunning. I am pretty sure I will come again to many of those! Luke was the best Tour guide out of them all (and this is my 4th trip with the company, I know what I am saying). Just enough information, extreme devotion to organization and high level of professionalism complimented by experience. Wonderful weekend with Wonder Travel and Luke especially.

Visited Toronto and Niagara falls with Wonder travels last weekend(9th -10th March). This was my second tour with Wonder travels during my trip to Montreal and it was also an amazing experience. I was really happy with the planning and organization of this tour. Thank you to our friendly and awesome Tour Leader Jack and our driver(don't remember his name) for making us feel safe. Jack is very polite and helpful. I was travelling alone in that tour, he was keeping a check on my security and safety all the time, i am very thankful for him. I would definitely recommend their tours and would love to have another tour with them during my next travel to Montreal. :)

Wish I could give it zero. From misleading and pressuring behaviour, to a rushed tour, we did not enjoy this at all. Wonder Travel office is full of shouting and bullying staff. The bus is incredibly uncomfortable. The stops were not enjoyable. The woman at the copper place was arrogant and sounded tired of tours. The lunch stop was a sad buffet of poor quality food.

My first trip with Wonder Travel and it was a very good experience. Our guide Veronika was amazing!! ... she was very organized, clear and always smiling. I hope she can be the guide in in my next trip. We stayed in Holliday Inn in Saddle Brook NJ. The hotel was also good not too far from Manhattan. The Check In was fast and the rooms were clean. The employees of the hotel were also very friendly with us.

Me, my family and some friends took the 3 day trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto.It was a very bad trip. the tour guide and the driver were extremely rude to the passengers, they yell at people's faces and talk to them like they were giving orders. And this is the second trip we took with wonder travel. The first trip we took was to QC city and everything was the same. Si this is surely the last time we travel with them.

My family came from Europe and we booked trip with Wonder Travel to New York. We booked the trip for September 11-13. On September 8 Wonder Travel informed us that the trip was canceled due to insufficient bookings for the dates mentioned above. My relatives from Europe lost their change to visit NY while their return was on September 15 and also 400€ that they paid to obtain the US visa due to Wonder Travel cancellation. Don’t book a trip ever with this company unless you wanna waste your time, money and most important destroy your vacation.

The 2 day trip to Toronto was really beyond my expectation. The activities were very interesting. Besides, there was enough free time for us so we could enjoy the city and attractions in our onw way. The schedule was well planned and the whole trip was well orgnized. Our guide, Vincent Wang, is a lovely person. His excellent language skills, great sense of humor and professionalism made the tour even better. Thank you, Vincent. We will definately choose wonder travel again.

Though price looks cheaper as one day trips from Montréal are under $20. Activities participation is optional, if you don't want to go museam or eat lunch, you can refuse. But they take only CASH in the bus for service charges, entry fees and buffet lunch. I have noticed they don't pass the group discount to customers. For example in Ottawa, they have taken $40 for two museams, whereas group ticket costs only $16. So organiser made money of $24 from each passenger. This is cheating... I hope revenue dept and #Canada Govt is not aware of this cheating. Rest is well organized.

We travelled with Wondertravel for USA 4 days during Labor Day through New York, Washington and Philadelphia. Everything was wonderful. The tour guide Janet was very nice and knew a lot about the US history so we enjoyed every bit of it, she taught us a lot. We stayed at different hotels not so far from the cities and it was clean, the service was great with breakfast included. The bus was comfy enough and the toilets were clean, no smells in the car. We also enjoyed watching movies on the road. I used to travel with other companies and I had a lot of disappointment but this one was worth the money, everything was well organized and we had free time in each cities as well as guided tours (by bus and also walking). I would come back again for sure and I highly recommend this company.

I like the way how he handled us in everything , the hotel room assignment, in explaining what do we have to do . He is strict but really good for the benefit of each and everyone of us . we went Washington DC cherry blossom tour ,these are my experience for others who want to book any tour with this company: First: most hotels are the cheapest hotels in any cites 2 or 3 stars . Second :the breakfast is simple and some time there is NO breakfast (Red Roof Hotel in Washington NO breakfast and bed bugs bites my wife !!!AND Hotel Inn in Baltimore was very very simple only bread , coffee ,pin nut sprout almost nothing !!)The Chinese buffet in Washington was horrible ,dirty floor, wash room,........., they also do not respect , looks lke those people are having dinner for free ! Third:NEVER pay for launch or dinner earlier to the guide in bus , you can go the same restaurant and pay less and more respect of waiters! Fourth : during the trip in Washington without our permission they changed our clean bus to another bus which was belong to Tour and was going to New York city , that one had problem of flat tire , so we scarified and our time was wasted about 3 hours for nothing, in this time we could visit one or two museum !! Fifth: The cruise in this tour which suppose to be Luxury the tour choose a simple boat in quite area of river with no attraction !! which were wasting time and money ,you can do it by renting paddle boats in the lake front of Jefferson monument much better. I hope the manager of wonder travel instead of saving money for every things , adhere minimum standard of Bus, Hotel and Guide for all Tours. The funniest thing is that after writing this review , from the company someone called and threatened that for this comment they will sue us !!! She refused all the problem and said " cruise is not in their hand " , which is acceptable , but I think they should omit the word of " LUXURY " in their itinerary for cruise on the river and charge us less , then our expectation will be less ! Above all of those , instead of threatening us to sue, they could explain and correct our mistake " if there is any " !

Coming back from a 3-day trip in NYC! Never seen such a journey for this price (we were 4 so very cheap)! Here are some positive points : - The guide and bus driver were both very funny. - We even changed our tour the first day and get refunded 160$CA ! - A la carte menu and well organized. - Air conditioning in the bus. - hotel with buffet breakfast. I highly advise using Wonder Travels, very nice trip! Of course they are some drawbacks which are - hotel 45min from Manhattan (we took a 100$US uber to stay 1 nigth in NYC : amazing !) - 16$US chineese buffet (poor quality) the first day (but if you want, there is only a supermarket close to it) - depart from NY to the hotel : 6:30pm the first day but 8:30pm the second. - last day : depart at 8am to a shopping center far from NY (the last day we didn't see NY) My hole week-end was 300$CA (from Montreal), including food, transport, 3 visits, hotel. (Wonder Travels is renting the bus to the compagny La Quebecquoise)

Mother's day tour with wonder travel, can't ask for any thing more. Me and my son spent the day together in Otowa on mother's day, on a one day tour where we visited the tulips festival. There was so much to do in one day, there was no room for boredom. We all had lunch together as a big family. Terrible experience in Quebec one day tour. Tour guide did nothing and totally know nothing about the places and bad attitude but still charged you service fee. Also they will force you to buy "optional" activities. I have never had this kind of experience before. Also the tour guide would give you a piece of paper to leave comment , but they would get rid of it if someone left bad comments. I do not recommend this company. Unless you want the worst experience in Canada

We had good experience with wonder travel, but after this travel our opinion is changed completely. The tour leader did not introduce any place, 2 min before arriving to the place, she just said “please wake up and come back at ...h”. She asked us to leave the tour (in the middle of way) because we could not participate in activates and pay the fee due of the medical problem of a family member! The attitude of tour leader was really bad and unprofessional. She just transfer her stress to the traveler. The hotel was very far and we waste 4hour in the road just due to the place of hotel. We did not recommend this tour!

24/06/16 - 4 days/3 nights tour of Boston/N Y / Manhattan / Philadelphia Although hectic , this particular trip was quite enjoyable . We managed to fulfil all the schedules though we suffered 3 hrs delays @ the U S border control . Credits to our guide Veronica who's very knowledgeable & helpful . She gave us all sound advice how to go through border/custom controls & stays @ the various hotels which made our journeys very pleasant . She was also very sympathetic & cared during the whole trip an aged Spanish couple who had problems with their diet & ailment . Overall the journey was made more comfortable with her good guidance .

They always choose biggest bus companies and good , clean hotel , with the small budget , Wonder Travel is always best choice , even better than other expensive agency ! And if there is some problems , they always do their best to solve them ! And the guides , they are patient , professional, nice , always be your side when you need them . That's one of the reasons why I like wonder travel ! This time , yes we have some trouble, but it's not the end of the world ! We still have fun ! And also we can see the guide and office , they already tried their best , and solve the problems . So I'll go with them again next time and recommend to my friends for sure !

We took the 4 days tour to New York, Washington DC and Philadelphia. It was well organized and covered all the attractions mentioned. Hotels were clean and decent(not the greatest) but were ok for the nights stay. Our tour guide Janet was amazing she helped us and provided all the information needed, she also arranged for the tickets to some attractions(one world observatory) not mentioned in the itinerary on individual requests at cheaper price. We never had to wait in queues for the tickets anywhere. Everything was absolutely on time. Overall a concise, well planned and economic trip.

Worst trip ever! Took a 3 days independent trip from Montreal to NYC. The bus broke down 30 mins before arriving to our hotel. Leaving us on the side of the highway from 6:45pm until 11:15pm about 4 hours with no food, no clean toilet. We were lucky to call a taxi (Lyft) to pick us up around 10:15pm to get to our hotel because we didn't want to wait any longer but the rest of the tour got to the hotel only around 11:45pm without having dinner as everything were closed around. The next day, the tour guy said to be ready at 8:15am but then said the bus is delayed to 10:15am. Finally when it arrived, It seems like a shared bus with another tour group and of course without their concerns since their belongings were all over and it smells like urine and the toilet is unsuable. I wrote an email to their supervisor and it got escalated, she called me back offering only a 30$ credit on my next booking and we are a group of 4 people.. As if we would ever want to book with them again!! They have no customer service! Also, they will try to threaten people for putting bad but real reviews and say that we are liars. We will never deal with this company ever again!

Had a great day trip to Quebec City with Louese. Went to the falls and rode the cable car. For the more budget conscious traveler, skip the cable car and just enjoy the falls and the surrounding area. Welearned about copper and even made our own souvenir. You can skip the observatory, nothing impressive there. Old Quebec City was the real draw and enjoyed by all.

Hi Kim Tran, Tim Tran, or Cayla Leung, What you said is not true at all. First of all, the bus comes from one of the biggest bus companies in Canada. The bus company inspects their buses thoroughly every time before leaving the garage. Secondly, when the bus suddenly broke down on the way back to the hotel on May 20th 2017, we called the road service right away and tried our best to call many companies to find another bus to take all the people back to the hotel in 3 hours. The tour guide stopped you from calling a taxi and asked you to wait on the bus since it was way too dangerous to take a taxi on the high way. In order to find another bus for the second day, many people from the bus company, as well as our own company worked overnight. Since it was during the long weekend, there was no bus available in Quebec. In the end, we were very lucky to have found an available bus in New York city by paying a big amount of money. In order to wait for the new bus, we had to change the itinerary. The departure time was changed from 8:15am to 10:15am and the returning time from 8:15pm to 10:15pm. Nothing was missed, and we always provided you very good customer service. Moreover, the first temporary bus picked up all the people at hotel by 10:15 am and dropped off at the liberty cruise. The second new bus that is only for our group came to finish the tour. Furthermore, the road shoulder is an emergency stopping lane and is used in the event of emergency and breakdown. It is obviously not dangerous. Finally, regarding the US$21, it is the service charge and not the tips. It is mandatory to pay the service charge in order to complete the sale.

I have been on this tour 2 times once in 2008 and again in 2019 and must say it is pretty well organized and very reasonably priced. Pro: Reasonable price, Itenary of places to visit is good with all prominent spots being covered in the limited time available. Punctuality is highly appreciated. Big thumbs up to the hosts/guides.They are very helpful and polite and are very patient/ considerate Con: Breakfast is not arranged and is a big setback.One is expected to shop for bread and milk to make breakfast for themselves next morning after reaching the hotel at 9 p.m!!! Dinner arrangments are also not made. People need to find places for dinner after reaching the hotel by taxi or else walk around (15 to 20 mins) to find restaurants at night which is not so convenient after an entire days activity. People with kids need to be aware of carrying something for the next day breakfast else they will stay hungry till the next stop. Breakfast and dinner arrangments are a "must do" improvement for this package even if it increases the price a little. Overall it is worth the money but a few more arrangments could make it the PERFECT trip!

Maritime Provinces and Quebec City 5 days. The tour exceeded my expectations. Hotels in most of the locations were within walking distance to great amenities and sightseeing. The hotels were clean and check in by our guide Raymond was fast and easy. Our driver Robert was excellent in navigating the bus and getting us to the destinations smoothly. Our tour guide Raymond was exceptional! From the moment he met the group he was smiling and that lasted the entire 5 days. He was friendly, yet professional. He was organized and had everybody's contact info to make sure things were going well or to check where someone was if they were late and he communicated with over 50 ppl on our very well . On our last stop in St. John we requested a sea view room, if possible, and was pleasantly surprised he made it happen for us. Well done Wonder Travel and well done Raymond and Robert!

They are not always the most fluent in french and don’t always have the most interesting facts to share, but are very well organized and charismatic, especially Luke. Very disappointed with Wonder Travel! The driver was extremely rude and impolite. He was yelling all the time for no reason and we had to wait a long time at the border cause he had irregularities in his passport. Our guide was nice but didn’t really teach us anything interesting about NYC and poorly spoke French. They asked us for a 21$USD tip the first day and we only had the option to pay by cash. They also insisted all the time for us to eat at some Chinese restaurants during the trip and they wanted us to pay them cash for these restaurants. We didn’t choose any of the activities with the guide and we have absolutely no regrets about that, we had a great time in NYC. One advice: avoid the activities if you want to make the best of your trip and really see NYC!

Mr. Vincent is a very considerable leader. He is very polite and knowledgeable by giving us enough explanations and details of the views in three languages. The trip was well organized and we were always the first to visit the sites. No one was late from the second day ( you need to sing us a song if you are late). This is not a fake review, sadly! I have too many terrible things to write. Where to start? I’m not reviewing Wonder Travel other than in Montreal based on one bad trip.I guess we were just unlucky as most reviews for this company appear to be positive.I could not see any reviews of the trip in question so let me at least share my thoughts. This Wonder Travel tour out of Montreal, the 6 day trip to the Maritimes, in our case was booked through the agency TourRadar. I did it this way feeling if there were any issues tour radar would have my back. Not so. My family arrived at 5:45 a.m.downtown on Stanley street. A few fellow travellers trickled in and within a few minutes we were approximately 20 people waiting for “the bus“ which arrived promptly at 6 AM.. We were all in a state of shock when we saw what “the bus” they planned to take us i. was a 24 seater shuttle bus. There was almost a riot as everyone was in rage and the police arrived to calm us. No luggage hold snd squeezed seats.The leader for Wonder “you get on or we leave without you”..eventually we felt coerced and we got on, but still angry and totally helpless. A passenger contacted Wonder Tours, but they hung up on her! Absolutely no help with our luggage that had to be squeezed into the overhead rack!!! Many senior folk! This shuttle was possibly not legal, but definitely unsuitable for the 2500 km trip. Off we went 2 hours late to depart ..no worries as the driver drove 140 km per hour, steady, the entire trip mostly, in the passing lane!!! The suspension on this 10 year old clunker was broken and we bumped up and down all the way there ..and back ...I could write a book on that, but I won’t .I will just add the sights were lovely the motels 3star adequate, but as the guide/leader knew nothing, he could not offer a narrative and I mean Zero ..it was summer job for him he admitted.. ..totally useless. We only needed the driver. Back to the main issue ...The bus was not the deluxe coach and they tricked us with the bait Deluxe Coach that was promised in the information about the trip..small print. Wonder tour can change bus types if there are not enough people..they have no obligation to warn about this. Many people called to ask what kind of bus and were told a large coach bus. Those people were lied to. Several times the air conditioning failed and people were in serious discomfort. Three hours between rest stops along the trip was not unusual since shuttle buses don’t have bathrooms...at another time our planner even made a mistake and we went to the wrong motel. We were often lost, but were close enough that the gps on the drivers iPhone got us there. On the first day prepare the cash and forget any receipts ..The guide comes and tells you what you own..later you find out you overpaid .,eg. $18x20 people for the boat ride to Bonaventure Island but we paid up front $42... Chinese buffet ..another trick as he collects $20 and it costs $15 or less if you are senior. I could go on but I will leave by telling you .Forget Wonder Travel Montreal...unless they modify their dishonest behaviour.TourRadar who sponsored them handled my complaint fairly politely but sadly predictably.They were always in responding and though appeared to believe me as I supplied photo proof of everything written,I guess they have some business or contractual considerations that hinder what they can actually do...I only hope that my complaint will lead to changes and prevent other unhappy travellers from being tricked .I did not ask for compensation whatsoever.My point was and is to get this out there .You the reader have now been cautioned We really got taken for a ride and the bumps were symptomatic of this experience. I’m trying to figure out how I can post my photo proof on this sight..perhaps another traveller can let me know as it will affirm that my revie is not bogus.

The destinations were as described. Pros- the guide was very nice, speaks English with a Chinese accent but is still understandable. Very knowledgeable about the areas. The bus driver was very nice too. Cons- you can't expect to use the bathroom on the bus unless it's an emergency. The buffet lunch at a Chinese restaurant was awful as was the restaurant itself. They apparently have not changed the location even after receiving previous negative reviews. The website states that the hotel is a Sheridan, Days Inn or comparable but a Motel 6 is not even close.

This was my third trip with Wonder Travel. This time I took the 3 day guided tour to New York. The trip was well organized and we got to visit the main touristic points of the city. Our tour guide, Veronika, was excellent. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, organized and provides clear instructions and also very helpful tips for the trip. The driver was friendly too. I went on a two day tour to 1000 islands, Toronto & Niagara falls trip with Wonder Travel Inc. Our tour guide (Jack) was friendly,kind, and attentive. Before booking a trip with this company know the following: •If the date you booked isn't full, they can and will change to date to accommodate a full bus load •On each tour there's activities (CN tower, cruises, etc) the company gets cheaper rates with the groups... therefore cash is necessary, they collect the cash and take note of what activities you plan on practicing in ..Also, there's a minimum amount of activities that are required (depending and varying from tour to tour) We were two and 360$ was enough for activities •Opt out eating the buffets... The food isn't good and there are other food options around (Tim's , McDonald's, subways, bakery's, etc...) •Pack snakes •Go to the bathroom at every stop For the price you pay you get your money's worth! Overall good experience!

He gives background informations of all the sites we visited and more importantly, he is so nice and patient to everybody. I just came back from a 3-day trip to New York with Wonder Travel. The bus ride was very smooth. The guide (Jack) was very friendly and was very clear on pick-up/drop-off times and places. The bus had screens and the guide played movies on the way back to Montreal which made the drive pass faster. We had three hours in the Woodbury outlets, where other tours may only give you two hours. Overall, the experience was great and I would go again with this company.

Had a guide that speaks french/english fluently and who is patient enough to wait if you're running late. Would recommend this to everyone. ^_^

Pleasant experience traveling to Philadelphia - Washington with Wonder Travel, tour guide Jackie. The program included a bit of everything (the visit of West Point Academy was a surprising choice, way better than the overrated outlets, while the Smithsonian multple museums were definitely the highlight of the trip ) Jackie was kind and helpful, dealing with timing issues (hard traffic on a long , Easter weekend), accommodating the travelers' specific requirements or even dealing with the harsh approach of some hotel management ( Clarion in Somerset, NJ)

Worst experience ever. I think I can summarize the trip to Toronto as a total failure. The bus was a traveling toilet, it was smelling all the way to Toronto and back. the stops were very very short and nothing was explained. we had a choice between marina park and a guided tour on Toronto on the lake, we chose the second option. there was no guided tour, we paid for nothing and we had no other option. the 'Chinese' buffet was awful, it does not deserve the price we paid. our way back home I can't even talk about it, I wanna cry when I think how we did feel at the end. my husband got sick, my mother as well. Me, no comment !!! the one and only positive thing was the hotel, four points sheraton something was great, clean, calm, compfy... for myself, I will never travel again with any other Chinese company, it's a network, they work only with Chinese, I don't even believe the positive comments here, they are all from Chinese people. I think it's their friend or themselves commenting for their own business. I won't advise this company not even to my enemy !!!! sorry wonder travel but you are way far from the wonder you promise !

I think going for only one day to Quebec City is pretty impressive. It'd be better if there is a wifi in the bus during the evening (that's the only cons), everything else is fantastic :)

Really bad experience on the 2 day trip to Charlevoix. 1. The stops are at places you can’t find anything close to eat. The places they take money for are really bad buffet restaurants 2. No social distancing. 3. BUS WAS BOOKED TO FULL CAPACITY. No 2meter distancing. While booking we were told so. 4. Truly Worst 5. Hotel that they made a stop at for the night was shady and near the airport where you can only pay for Uber eats. No restaurants nearby 6. Felt like a work trip not a vacation with them.

Mont-Tremblant 1-Day with Jennie was really good! Everything went smoothly. Mont-Tremblant is beautiful, and there are lots of things to do. The first cable car is free. Then there’s a second one that goes higher, which you can buy there along activity-passes if you want. The boat cruise and the little town are great too. Enjoy!!

I went for a trip to Quebec city with Wonder travels covering Ice Hotel, Montmorency fall and Old Quebec city. It was a smooth budget trip with nice and informative driver and our guide Pauline. Definitely recommended

My family went to tulip festival in Ottawa with Wonder travel and we had a wonderful day due to the guide Eddy. He explained very well the whole day’s schedules as well as a lot of things about the city. In addition, he is very sociable, nice, humorous, and his smile is like sunshine, which made us not feel tired at all. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely book another trip with Wonder travel.

I went to the Washington-Dc- Boston- New York- Philadelphia tour for 4 days with my family and had a wonderful experience with Wonder Travel. The trip overall was really well organised and well worth it. Our tour guide Veronika really contributed into making the trip a success. She was really professional and organised. She was always positive even when the weather was bad and always kind to everyone. She has a lot of knowledge of the tourist places is capable of explaining it really well to us while being entertaining at the same time not to forget she is really patient when there's a problem and always manages to find a solution to any problems that occurred during the trip. I would highly recommend this trip for anyone that wants to have a wonderful weekend trip at a reasonable price.

I would love to share the amazing experience that I had with Wonder Travel to Quebec City on July 15, 2017. To start off, the tour leader, Tiffany, despite being young , acted very professionally. She is very friendly and her amiable personality really stands out. She is also very knowledgeable. She taught us a lot of interesting facts about Quebec in a fun way which really made our trip unforgettable. The other important thing which I would like to mention is the punctuality of the tour which allowed us to visit as many places as possible.Just à words of advice, Never show up late! We toured Toronto, 1000 islands and Niagara with them on August 2, 2019. The tour leader Grace Chen is very sensible, cheerful and client friendly. She allocated front seats for us since my father carried a wheelchair. She found my mother when she had lost her way in Niagara horn blower cruise. Extra kudos for singing songs when we all were in time for several activities..????The driver was very cooperative too.

I had a wonderful guided tour 3 days New York. I recomand all my friends to ask for Anthony anytime they take a guided tour. He's a very special guy. We had a lot if fun, he has a good sense of humour and has taken care of everyone. He replied to all our questions and made everything easy for us. It was our first trip to New York and are planning another one with friends and family but we would like to have Anthony. The driver Jean-Guy was very excellent too and patient.
