We Booked a flight from Montreal to Doha to Lahore for my wife and 6 months old baby. They promised and confirmed on the phone several times that it was "NOT baby in the lap" and that it was "for sure baby in a seat". That is what they sold to me. They charged more than 3000 dollars. I didn't bargain and paid them. Then came the printed itinerary. Which was exactly the opposite of that. In short they failed miserably to provide what they charged for and promised. My baby didn't get that "seat" She didn't get anything.. Her mother carried her in her lap throughout. I review services very carefully because people have their livelihoods attached to their businesses. But I also care about my family. I also care about what someone promises me and takes my money for. I expect not to be ripped off and deceived. I am disappointed. It was 2nd time that I employed their services. The first time I was alone so didn't matter at all. but this time my wife and 6 months old baby suffered for 16 hours because of these greedy and dishonest (carefully chosen adjectives) people. I couldn't do anything because i was here in Montreal. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Very unprofessional, they give you ticket print outs you can barely read, they have no cancellation policies and make them up on the go. I personally got shortchanged 300$ on a refund, and only explanation i got it is that; this is how it works. Never will come back here, take your business elsewhere or book yourself online directly. Only reason i came here is for umrah visa. I dealt with Nawaz, he was alright, but had to run to his boss for each and everything. Useless, frustrating, inefficient, unprofessional.!

ILIR Their new agent is very dishonest and rude. He told me that both of my tickets are for 865 but charged me twice. When i received my bank statement i called him to ask him why I have been charged twice as he had told me my total for 2 tickets would be 865. At this point he denied selling 2 tickets for 865 to USA, and changed his words to each ticket was for 865. I had comfirmed many times with him over the phone about my total cost for 2 tickets, yet after charging me twice he denied what he had said before the sale . He was rude and said things like I will block you as a customer. I have shopped with forum travel in the past but will never be returning to this company again. They have broken my trust. Please do not give credit card info over the phone and make sure to record the agent when he is telling you what the cost would be for your flight, just so that he can't lie after the sale. Be careful everyone.
