Here is my story with voyage classy - I usually book wit Amro travel agency ; however for a trip I had from Montreal-Casablanca then Casablanca-Beirut then Return Beirut-Montreal through casablance they had refered me to them because they had no more tickets left ; so i booked the following: June 24th : Montreal - Casablanca July 3rd: Casablanca - Beirut July 7th : Beirut - Casablanca July 7th : Casablanca - Montreal Originally there was communication issues with the travel agency where I couldn't receive their emails and their itinerary unless I sent them and email and they replied back and their agent Ragy told me 'they have an issue with their system it happens often' ...fine For some odd reason they had changed my July 3rd leg to July 2nd ; and all the flights departure times have shifted by several hours (thank god I checked online before hand) Voyage Classy claim to have sent me an email however I never received anything. Even if thye had warned or i received the warning... I WASN'T ABLE TO LEAVE ON THE 2ND so I don't undestand why they changef my flight i booked for hte 3rd and not the 2nd!! I get to the airport on the 3rd to take my originally scheduled flight and I am not able to check in as all my flights have been canceled since i missed my july 2nd leg - I had to go to Royal Air Maroc office ; pay a fee and re-book all the flights i had originally booked. When i went to see voyage classy about this issue and they answered me was ''It's normal it happens all the time''... I travel across the atlantic 4-5 times a year and within north and central america a dozen times a year and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me ; not only am i frusrated by the embarassement and the hastle i had to go through but their horrible customer service that came with it. All they care about is booking a flight and taking your money and the rest they just pitch the ball on the airline company and the airline company throws the ball on them so you're stuck in the middle. Last time i ever book with them - go with expedia.ca or an online travel website you're better off than dealing with them i promise you; the 200$ you'll potentially save with them is not worth the risk since you'll end up paying more than that due to useless changes.

Terrible service, unorganized, they loose forms and applications you already filled, had to fill the same forms twice and took them an hour and half to find them the third time because I refused to fill them again, amr is very disrespectful, leaves you hanging for a long time before acknowledging you even though you're sitting at his desk. Si y’avait la possibilité de mettre un 0 étoiles je le mettrai ça serait peut être plus juste pour le service qu’offre cette agence.
