I have always been happy with the service for booking the lowest prices for my vacation package. I know what I like and I have been able to request special perks at the hotel of my choice by going through my well informed agent. When I arrive in Cuba, my special requests have been met. This year I made the booking in June for a December package. Unfortunately the package I chose with Air Transat got complicated. The hotel under renovation it turns out would not be open during the time that we booked. After weeks of trying to deal with the Airline with no results, I want to say THANK YOU to our Selloff vacation agent, Olga Brown for working so hard to find a solution. We now have a beautiful hotel replacement and at no extra cost. No anxiety! We can now look forward to our beautiful beach get-away with a lot of perks. Thank you Olga Brown for representing us. I booked a trip on line (my first time) and made a few rookie mistakes. Before I knew it, I realize I was locked into a trip that was not at all what I was looking for. I bought a trip in march with them. On the site, i saw passenger, date of arrival, date of departure, travel sell by ...when i booked...then i was sure that i booked an all inclusive with a flight. Unfortunaltly no. I call the man at Point-claire the day after because I did not receive the details of the flight. And he said that i havent book a trip with a flight. But it was around 900 $ for april....before the high season. Then i had to pay another 800 $ for the flight. Its not cheap at all like the publicity said, the lowest prices ..I explained the situation by mail at the company at Toronto but always talk to the same guy at Pointe-Claire. The company said i am responsible for the mistake. I think the terms of the reservation werent clear.

Don't Waste Your Money Prior to Covid-19 we reserved our honeymoon with them because I wanted no hassle. We even purchased the 100% insurance over 400$ Since covid has started they have not been helping us at all. Everything was placed in lap. SellOff Vacation washed their hands 100% and referred us to the insurance company. Now the Insurance Company need information from them and they cannot be reached. We have always done our reservation online with other sites. It would have been the same headaches without paying a travel agent for no help what so ever. I feel like they just took our money and ran.

The waves are stopped by the coral reef. The beer Oranjebom is good and the bar closes at 20h. To visit Daniel Jonhson Animal Shelter. And the park for Iguana which are 5 minutes by taxi.On the site you have a dive center you can do your certification on site or simply make a dive introduction. Some negative points: Hotel veillot but clean, the orange juice is sweet .There is no toaster for toasts .Just a panini oven.Dfficult also with the safe and not the good controllers of Tv.Small buffet but very good.Always good fresh fruit. The photos and reviews on trip advisor had very informative. We knew exactly what to expect. We are very satisfied quality price. We will return again. Si vous aimez la plongé et relaxer ,c'est l'endroit idéal.Il a fait très chaud et humide toute la semaine .Le matin un peu de pluie mais ensuite le soleil était au rendez-vous.La plage est très propre et toujours calme sans vent,et l'eau est chaude .Les vagues sont arrêté par la barrière de corails.La bierre Oranjebom est bonne et le bar ferme à 20h. À visiter refuge pour animaux Daniel Jonhson. Et le parc pour Iguane qui sont à 5 minutes de taxi.Sur le site vous avez un centre de plongé vous pouvez faire votre certification sur place ou simplement faire une introduction en plongé. Quelques points négatifs: Hotel veillot mais propre,le jus d'orange est sucré .Il n'y a pas de grille pain pour les toasts .Juste un four à panini.Difficulté aussi avec le coffre fort et pas les bonnes manettes de Tv.Petit buffet mais très bon.Toujours de bons fruits frais. Les photos et commentaires sur trip advisor nous avait très bien renseigner .Nous savions exactement à quoi nous attendre .Nous sommes très satisfait qualité prix .Nous y retournerons surment.

There are fleas over there that bit me and lots others, this is well known over there. also Air Canada didnt switch over my bags do due to that I missed my flight and was delayed 2hrs. I paid extra for spacious seating which I lost due to being put on a standby list for the next flight which wasn't guaranteed. When I told the Air Canada customer service rep my troubles she told me that it happens all the time. How does losing your seats with extra spacing that you paid for happen all the time. Plus de 3 heures passent avant un retour d'appel et lorsqu'elle me rappelle à 18h à 1 heure avant la fin de son quart de travail elle ne semble pas avoir réponse à ma question. Elle dit qu'elle me redonne des nouvelles et là plus rien ils semblent que la dame ma flushé pas de : je transfère votre dossier à un collègue ou je garantie le tout jusqu'à confirmation du grossiste. RIEN. Je décide de rappeler car la sélection de siège gratuits fais que je rappelle, car sinon j'aurai été ailleurs étant pas trop heureux de comment on me traite. Mr Abdel m’a répondu et lui a réussi à répondre à toutes mes questions et à sauver la situation. Il a récupéré le tout comme un pro. Grâce à lui. Je donnerai surement une prochaine chance à SellOff .
