I have a gift certificate to use, and I have been calling and leaving messages. 3 messages so far and 1 email NO return of calls or email!! I am truly disappointed and frustrated!! My next step was to go directly in store, but I do not live in Montreal and the branch in Ottawa is closed! Worst service ever!! I feel bad that the person who bought my gift certificate is losing his money this way. What a scam!

Horrible service, absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I have previously purchased through this agency, and had the same horrible experience I just forgot! I REGRET EVERY TIME I HAD TO DEAL WITH Eva. It is not only the rude way they will treat you, but they will sell you a ticket, while leaving out important stuff, which you'll have to deal with once you get to the airport. You are better off buying online or directly from the carrier, forget about the deals that they can offer you it is not worth it!

in an age where travel is done almost entirely online, it is nice to experience sometime the human touch: friendly staff, great location, eccellent service . i booked with them many trips and i receive consistently good service, the minus 1 star is because sometimes they are too busy and are difficult to contact and also i had price surprises (which i was told it was the airline fault) but ultimately we deal w the travel agent.

Terrible customer service, I was yelled at and got hung on on the phone by Sabrina who didn't want to help for a difficult situation (my parents cannot not take the plane because of incomplete information and she basically said it wasn't their problem). Very unprofessional.

Very bad company, worse customer service I never experience in my life. Very bad experience with few agents. She used bad words towards my self after I bought the ticket, and I complained to the CO of the company nothing was done. I will never and never spend my money again trough that agency and I will pass It to my friends.

Propose le remboursement totale, mais cette agence contrairement aux autres nous coupe 100$/personne à la place de 30$/personne. Je ne fais plus affaire avec cette agence.

*Beware Fraud Company* They advertised about a route from India-Mumbai to Toronto-Canada via Oman Muscat during Baned direct flight rule from India to Canada. My Wife paid $2300 dollars for the ticket for her and my infant daughter. My wife and daughter travelled from her own town to Mumbai (1000 kms) and at the airport they didnt allowed to board due to uniglobe Agent didnt booked it properly. Its been a month now They are not paying us back the money.

Please don't even book with this agency, They're a scam. You will never make it to your destination a lot of people I know were scammed they were confirmed and then they were voided from the system. if the deal is too good to be true then that's when you know that your in the wrong hands. A friend of mine bought 4 tickets last year, he gets to the airport one is only confirmed and the other 3 were voided and he ended paying on top of whatever he paid another 11000 dollars what a JOKE. go to your own local trustworthy agency and pay an extra couple of hundred bucks and be on the safe side. i can't believe people like this can stay in business!

Beside the excellent service that they gave me, I got way better prices on each and every trip that I booked with them whether to the US and Caribbeans or overseas. I definitely recommend them.
