We found out that SportVac agency "booked" us during the week of the Gaypride festival in Whistler. We go for skiing, but spend $ 3000 each, I would have liked to be informed of such activities and have the choice to go or not during this festival. But we agree that we go for the atmosphere of day and night in addition to skiing and the events are quite exclusive to anyone wanting to participate in this festival. The excuse is that it has festivals in Whistler all winter and it's a festival like the others. We will have fun anyway. But another reason not to use travel agencies! Do your research yourself! Nous avons découvert que l'agence SportVac nous a ''booké'' durant la semaine du festival Gaypride à Whistler. On va plutôt pour le ski, mais dépenser $3000 chaque, j’aurais aimé être informé de tels activités et avoir le choix d'y aller ou non durant ce festival. Je n'est rien contre ce festival, entre autre je trouve ça bien. Mais on s'entend qu'on va la pour l'ambiance de jour et soir en plus du ski et les événements sont pas mal exclusifs aux personne voulant participer à ce festival. Mais, le pire c'est que l'agente de voyage, après l'avoir informé de cette découverte, n'étais pas au courant et ne prend même pas de responsabilité. Sont excuse est qu'il a des festivals a Whistler tout l'hiver et que c'est une festival pareille comme les autres. On va s'amuser quand même. Mais une autre raison pour ne pas utiliser les agences de voyages! Faites vos recherche vous même!
