The reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because if you cancel it’s a hassle trying to go through the airlines directly for either your refund (which 9x out of 10 you don’t get) OR your flight credit. However, other than that I love it !

Please THINK AGAIN before you get yourself into a lot of headache! FlightHub has the ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE on the whole planet!!! I have not been able to reschedule a flight in 3 MONTHS, have made multiple FOUR-HOUR CALLS (you have to wait that long to speak to them!) and have had to wait for another hour to request and implement the change for which I HAVE BEEN CHARGED --- ONLY TO FIND OUT that none of those changes are actually implemented while I am ROBBED of my money.

My flight and airline was changed from Air Canada to Lufthansa and Flighthub failed to notify me. They also don't allow you to contact their agents and instead force you to listen to automated voice messages that have nothing to do with your issue

It was a great $$, but first class doesn't mean all the flights are first class.... so that was kind of sad... some of the language was a touch confusing, and I don't see the point of spending $20 each ticket so that I can 24 hours to change my mind.... Then another $75 each if I need to change the dates after that.. Kinda seems like a money grab, especially during covid, when not many people are flying :)

I cancelled a flight the very next morning after I booked my flight. I called as it was taking awhile to receive my refund. I continued to receive email asking me for more information which did not make any sense. When I called it was very challenging to get someone on the telephone nor did it give you an option to speak to someone. After hitting a couple of numbers I was finally connected to someone who after a lengthy conversation said I am not entitled to a refund or a credit because the sale was over. What sale and what does a sale have to do with a refund! This was wrong and unacceptable customer service. I don't know why anyone would think it is ok for a customer to lose $820, yes $820 gone after cancelling a flight in less than 12hrs! After pushing she said she would put the request through again. I am still waiting for my refund on Sept 30th. I will never use Flight Hub again!

After booking a trip and paying for it. I saw that there are other flights available, which will reduce the transit time with the same airline. I tried calling them several times, waiting for hours, but no response. If I want to change online I will be charged penalty for which Flight hub or the airline is responsible. This is not fair at all

I checked with 6 different websites to compare the cheapest air tickets and found Flight Hub was the best. In one site, I found a price less than the Flight Hub and finally entered my Credit card details too to book the ticket. Immediately, they increased the price by CAD 125 and fortunately I was managed to cancel the payment. Again booked through Flight Hub and without any problem, everything went through nicely. I got the confirmation right away. This was not the first time I book through Flight Hub as I usually go through this. They are very professional. Please be careful when you deal with little bit of unsound websites.

I have always booked my flights (domestic and international) with flight hub since 2015. I recently travelled international, but about a week prior to my return, I have been trying to reach flight hub multiple times but they put me on hold for no less than half an hour and most of the times over an hour. I arrived in YUL airport and I have now been staying at the hotel for 4 days now due to the mandatory stay until I received my Covid19 test result. Well, I received a negative result in two days and I have been contacting flight hub since I entered Canada (Friday July 9 2021) and every single time, they give me the run around and every agent I spoke with tells me something different. I am STILL stuck at they hotel and I cannot return home due to their incompetencies and inability to fulfil their work. Never will I book again with this company and I hope that no one else does. Last agent I spoke with told me that they’ll call or email me within 24 hours, well, it’s been more than 24 hours and still nothing. I call and no one responds as I am placed on hold for 1 freaking hour. I don’t know what to do anymore, but I have to get home in Edmonton.

Last year I had booked a flight, that got cancelled due to Covid. Friends of mine had also booked flights, however because of the AMAZING service of Flight Hub, I was one of the only ones who received an immediate refund. Their website is very comprehensive, easy to use, and manage flights. For years I've been using Flight Hub, and find they have the best prices, while not compromising on service. I definitely recommend booking your next flight with FlightHub!

So far the best site to book flights with. Flighthub is the only agency i book my flights with because flights are affordable and although it may not be the same for everyone since it is the pandemic there are lots of options to choose (in case of any changes in your flight) from which are really helpful for customers. The reason I deducted a star is because the refund takes about 12-18 weeks to go back to your bank account. It was also very easy for me to access my refund request/status online.

FlightHub is a very good site when you need to travel and look for a plane ticket, a hotel, to rent a car. There is only one small problem and that is that FlightHub is part of a big scam that has been agreed with the airlines, as well as how to legally put its hand in the pocket of every customer. I have a surgery scheduled for June 6 in Toronto and four days ago I regularly bought a ticket through your website. After two days I received an email and a notification from the SWOOP airline that there is no flight to Toronto on June 6 and that they offer me to exchange the ticket for June 7 or 5 or the option to buy a ticket via west jet which is 100% more expensive than the original ticket price and to fly with the same plane I bought the ticket for the day before. I can't change the day of the already scheduled operation and I am forced due to unscrupulous airlines and websites to pay my trip $ 450 more than the original ticket. Every day thousands of people are deceived in exactly the same way and customers are not able to protect themselves from such unscrupulous fraudulent companies as SWOOP, FlightHub, WestJet and everyone else. DO NOT BUY YOU TICKET THROUGH FLIGHTHUB. They basically stole 900$ from me. After COVID hit I was eligible for a refund. 13 months, of calling, talking to dozen agents, telling me I will receive the refund within 72 hours, then received nothing. They did that MULTIPLE times. Calling, waiting for HOURS. “A supervisor will call you back” then ...NOTHING. Calling back, waiting, and hours of listening to them promise the same lies. They push you until you give up. Site offer Manulife trip cancellation and insurance policy at exorbitant price stating it may provide coverage for COVID-19 diagnosed illness but in fact they are absolutely not. Does the job but could improve the website. The filtering feature is almost completely useless, you can unselect a few airlines or choose to fly nonstop, the results refreshes, and yet the airlines you didn’t want to see is still there dominating the whole first page. What’s the point of offering an option and still get unwanted content shoved in your face anyways?

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I bought flights 6 weeks before departure. Due to COVID the travel restrictions in my area changed... I suppose I still could have boarded the flight, it was only domestic, but out of safety for others I figured it was responsible to cancel my travel plans. 4 weeks before the departure I put in a request to cancel my flight, which has a $75 fee, and you're supposed to get travel credit for a future date. OK, no problem, they charge me $75 and send a notification that the cancellation is "pending." I keep checking, every day, it is still pending up until and including the day of travel. I try emailing, calling, searching the website. There is no way to contact a human! Literally its just a program that connects credit cards to real airlines! You call the # and it says: go on our website to book a call back with an agent. THIS OPTION DOES NOT EXIST! So now its been 2 months since the day of my flight and almost 3 months since I cancelled it, and I finally get an email that my request for cancellation was DENIED! Not only did I submit with plenty of time, but they kept the cancellation fee for a service they did not provide! This is THEFT. You cannot charge someone for a service and not provide the service. Oh the automatic email also said "we tried contacting you via telephone"... NO they did not, I had my phone on me at all times, no missed calls. I never entered an extension because its a fricken cell phone. The links in the email just take you in a circle of their online "help" centre... so you can pay for more things they won't honor. This business should not exist. Pay the extra $20 and book with a real company or airline. No one works here, support REAL COMPANIES with EMPLOYEES.

I will never book through flighthub again. Not only were we forced to use our credits during a pandemic, the rest of my family who could not travel just loses their money now. No extensions no nothing. Even after WestJet announced they would do refunds, flighthub didn't even try. So many people have lost so much during the last year and they have zero sympathy for it. All they care about is getting your money. They also charged me 80 dollars on top of my credit even though all flights listed with the same dates were actually LESS than what my credit was. Not to mention they tried to charge me more than a new ticket until I got upset. Don't use them. Don't even use them with insurance. They destroyed our chances of a refund through insurance when they gave us a credit. If you book early enough and pay attention to the flight sites themselves, you can get the same or a better deal. Fix the way you treat your customers you are going to lose a lot from what you did with this Pandemic.

The website gives the option of talking with an agent. This is completely false. There is no agent to talk with. There are only leads to articles and, at the very end, after exhausting all your options, it allows you to fill a form that someone will likely just proceed with - even you if have a question. I MAY want to cancel my flight. The website says to register on the airline's website - but the number is not accepted. Do I have a real ticket or not? How do I get it? Why doesn't the number work? Do I have to wait until the day before my flight? That is not acceptable. What if all the flights are booked and I miss my conference? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE that people can't talk with anyone. SHAME.

Be careful when you buy tickets from Flighthub. I just lost $2100 with them because my flight was cancelled and they wouldn't refund me or let me book at a better time when we will all be able to travel with less restrictions. I was also not able to book a less expensive flight even to the same destination and airline, they wanted me to pay extra $ to reschedule for a date I won't even be able to travel. You're required to book something of same value or more value, if not your credit is unusable. They also wanted me to pay the new tickets which cost more money BEFORE they could tell me if that new ticket would be cancellable later on if I can't travel. It's not the first time I have issues with a travel agency, but so far this is the worst experience I ever had. In my opinion, I suggest you to really think twice if you plan on booking with them.

On July 16th Travel Advisory Canada issued a travel advisory not to travel to South Africa due to the escalated violence. We reached out to Flighthub who cancelled the flight and informed us that we would couldn't get the money back for the travel insurance but we could get a credit for $850 placed on our account. An email confirmation was going to be sent to us. I have subsequently called over 6 times to get that email - I get everything from no records were captured to will call back and they never do. It is now over a month that I am trying to deal with this and now they say it is not refundable even though there is a recording saying that we were going to be refunded. The agents simply do not want to help or even transfer you to anyone else. I simply would like answers as to why the change. Customer Service said there is nothing they can do and are not willing to help. I used to use Flighthub all the time but if this is how they treat their customers then I am not sure if I want to be a customer and you should think twice about booking with them too.

Booking was quick and easy but trying to talk to a live client service rep for support is next to impossible. I am not a seasoned traveller and I arrived for my Ottawa to Toronto flight 40 minutes early but I was unaware that I needed to check in for this Flair flight no later than 45 minutes for departure. Flighthub did not provide this info in a readily available manner. ie there was no instruction or warning to do so that I could find. This info should be highlighted and obvious when confirmation is sent. It was not. I tried desperately to contact a service rep from Flighthub and Flair airlines but it was in vain. I was unable to get connected to anyone. As a result I was not able to board and not only did I lose my fare but I was unable to attend a funeral for my wife’s father. Customer service for both companies sucks!

If i could give negative stars i would give -100 stars!!! We have called many many times because Suning cancelled our flight and you sent us an email to get in touch with them. We have called them several times and every time they tell us because we booked with flight hub we need to speak to you for the refund. We wait on hold for hours on end, sometimes even get hung up on after several hours on hold. Ridiculous! Then once we get lucky to speak to someone not 1 person that works for flight hub can even give us the simplest information. Nobody wants to give us our money back. I never cancelled the flight and I paid flight hub the money (even bought the stupid extra insurance that legit does nothing clearly) So flight hub should be happy to issue a full refund but no they are trying to scam our money. Complete joke of a company. 4.5 stars on google ha! Must be nice to bribe people for fake google reviews. Literally the worst company out there! Book through a travel agent folks and not through this joke of a company! Give me my money back!

When talking with the rep she was abrupt and did not take the time to fully explain details. Finally got the flights booked but found several errors in the info flighthub has. If I could give a zero rating I would. There is no customer service, not to mention no communication when flights are changed by the airline. The airline confirmation numbers they provided did not work at all! I was on hold for over one hour, then tried to send an email and there were too many options. There was no space to explain your problem to have it resolved. I ended up having to call the airline directly to make changes. The airline changed my original direct flight to 1 stop on 3 different occasions and flight hub DID NOT send me notifications of the changes at all. I'm very disappointed with the absence of service and modes of communicating with customer service are poor and not user friendly. I will never use or recommend flight hub again

There is a lot of things wrong with this company and its subsidiaries (Voyages a la carte). I am extremely disappointed with the services that they are providing when I tried canceling my booking. The agents are kind and caring but they are unable to accomplish anything. When they say that they canceled my booking, another agent calls the following day and tells me that it hasn't been canceled and they pass the issue or blame someone else (like my bank, or their management team, or the airline). The problems are never resolved. Over and over again. I have called a total of 28 times now. Sometimes they call back with no additional information. I keep on getting put on hold and nothing is being done. Sometimes, their call-backs are at 2 AM (twice). I will never book again with Voyage a La Carte or with FlightHub again. Not worth the hassle. 0/10!

If there was a rating of less than one star I would choose that! I booked a flight to Ottawa from Calgary, then made plans, purchased connections and a holiday package from another company, based on my arrival time in Ottawa. My flight was then completely changed to an 8-hour layover in Toronto, having me arrive the next day. This is NOT what I paid for, and it has now ruined my holiday plans, costing me much more than the initial cost of the flight. I waited on hold to speak to an agent for 4 hours only to be cut off! I cannot believe that such changes are allowed without giving the traveller an option to accept the change or cancel the ticket for a refund. The company holds the customer hostage once they have the booking. This is not good business practice, their customer service is far below par, and I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. If FlightHub is willing to contact me and do better, I would be happy to listen to what they have to offer, but for now, FAILED!

I bought my tickets on Cyber Monday and I noticed double charges on my credit card. I called them right away and the lines were not open to call. After 3 days and close to 2hrs of waiting on the line I was able to speak with someone. The first thing the Rep said it was past the 24hrs so no refunds were allowed, she didn't even hear what I had to say. After I was able to explain what happened they saw two tickets were purchased for the same person. They first tried to blame it on me but its not possible to buy 2 tickets for the same person. After requesting to speak with a Manager, theyvdecided to look into it only to find out it was a glitch on their end, but hey were refusing to cancel and provide me with a refund. Finally after discussing everything they agreed to "try to get a refund fron the airline". After waiting for 30mins to determine what will happen, the call ended. Needless to say I've been contacting them to see where the refund process is at. Still no answer.

First time I'm using the service of FlightHub and I'm so disappointed. Before even having a complete experience. I don't want to imagine what would be if there is anything else in the future. The status of my booking shows they are processing refund request with the airline, although it's not the case. I've never requested refund but just checking overpaid transfer. So now the time of my flight is coming and I don't have clear status of my booking and no support after 3 times 3-5 hours on the phone. And it's 10 days now with no change!

Never again in my life I will book a flight from a third party application like Flighthub. My flight has been delayed, I consequently lost my connecting flight. The only option that Flighthub booking interface is to Cancel my flight with no refund, no guarantees, no idea or what you will expect. I have been trying to contact their customer service and been on the phone for 2 hours. Scheduled call backs that never come back. I will probably get a reply that I will need the reservation ID so they can look into it... then disappear in the dark again! Legalized SCAM, that's what it is. Thanks for nothing.

I was really disappointed. Booked with them then covid came. No refund ok, they put it on a credit. Tried to use the credit to book another flight. The program kept going in a loop saying I'll get an e-mail. Each time I check I read the following: "This process can take a few minutes to a few hours. (Be sure to check your junk mail too!).' 4 days later no e-mail. I submitted a request...5 days nothing. No one to talk to. No clear customer service... Or maybe they don't have any ????????????

I received a notice from Air Canada stating that I am due a refund due to Covid restrictions. Flight hub refused to refund my flights, and when I called them On Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. they do not answer their phones. It is now 4:18 p.m. and I'm still on hold waiting to talk to representative. I will never book through Flighthub again, ever! UPDATE: It's months later and Flighthub have essentially blocked any means of contacting them. If you have any doubt about using this company I would strongly, vehemently, unequivocally avoid using them. They have kept most of my refund authorized by Air Canada which essentially means they have stolen our hard earned money. I hope they go under and they can only do that if customers do not use their services. That seems to be the only justice we will enjoy. Do I sound bitter? You betcha!!!

I have never had any issues in regards to tickets or confirmation numbers. I've never given any negative review, but now enough is enough. Since November, I'm trying to get a refund for a flight that has been canceled during Covid pandemic. Extremely hard to talk to somebody. It takes hours before somebody calls you back. Never managed to talk to anybody immediately. And when you get to talk to someone, and they try to transfer you to a higher department, the line cuts, and you have to repeat the same procedure again and again. And when they call you back, what often happens is that you accept a call, but the line cuts. So frustrating. I will never ever use this agency again. I just hope to get my money back.

Even when trying to call their customer service, everything is automatic by sending you a text to do everything online yourself and there’s no option to speak to an actual agent. I am glad to see the FlightHub is a Canadian company. Below I will list out few good and bad experience with my recent booking with FlightHub Good: The price, The customer service before purchasing the ticket. Bad: Once I booked my ticket and got a ref. no, there was no way I could get a hold of any of the agents. They didnt have any options for me to receive any support. Because my phone number was saved under their system, I felt I was blocked from getting any help after they got my money. One of my tickets had an issue with the payment and after trying to resolve it over phone or emails I failed or FlightHub failed terribly to rectify it. My booking was suddenly cancelled. I wasn't told anything. Luckily I checked my spam and found out my booking is cancelled. This was the scariest experience. Just imagine if I didn't check my spam, which is very normal for me, I wouldn't have known that booking is cancelled. From that moment till now I could not talk to any agents. Currently, I am typing this review while I am on hold with FlightHub and wishing that they will help. I want to support Canadian companies and probably will book my future tickets via FlightHub again. I am requesting FlightHub to improve their customer service for existing clients so that they could have good return rates. Bad customer service will make them just like many other flight ticket booking companies out there.

I did an online exchange to change my departure date and their website showed that there is $0 difference, and they charged me $75 for processing fee (that I accepted). Everything was confirmed but I received an email from them after a couple of hours and they asked me to call them! I called and was informed that I have to pay $218 extra because of a change in the flight class. It is not acceptable. You sent me confirmation and documents several hours before that email. I had a screenshot that clearly showed their confirmation but they said "we are sorry but we can't do anything"! It is the dirtiest way to upsell. Be professional.

There is a lot of things wrong with this company and its subsidiaries (Voyages a la carte). I am extremely disappointed with the services that they are providing when I tried canceling my booking. The agents are kind and caring but they are unable to accomplish anything. When they say that they canceled my booking, another agent calls the following day and tells me that it hasn't been canceled and they pass the issue or blame someone else (like my bank, or their management team, or the airline). The problems are never resolved. Over and over again. I have called a total of 28 times now. Sometimes they call back with no additional information. I keep on getting put on hold and nothing is being done. Sometimes, their call-backs are at 2 AM (twice). I will never book again with Voyage a La Carte or with FlightHub again. Not worth the hassle. 0/10!

This was my first experience booking a flight with FlightHub and was extremely disappointed. I tried to book an online flight displayed on their site and was constantly told one or more segment was not available. I contact their customer service for additional support and the agent tried his best to book me a flight however same thing happened. I was first quoted $784 and when he tried to book the flight, it was also no longer available. He tried on two separate occasions and quoted me $1,018 and $1,500 and all flights were no longer available when he tried to book them. I was frustrated with the system and tried to book online while the agent was still trying to find another solution. To my surprise, the system allowed me to book a flight for $7,84. Agent was very professional however he told me I was very lucky to have found a flight online. Very frustrating and odd booking system

My only negative experience would be Transfer times on layovers. 1.5 hours is not enough time to pass through most airports during Covid. It's hard to book a flight when you have a timed destination arrival, when you know you could miss your connecting flight because of airport delays.

Two years ago I had a flight booked thru flighthub when Covid hit. Although the airline, Copa, gave their customers credit and then extended the credit another year, flighthub clawed back $100 when I cancelled my flight. The credit that remained had to be redeemed thru flighthub, so I couldn't deal directly with Copa. In order to claim my credit, I had to phone flighthub to make a new booking. They would not allow me to use the credit on any other Copa flight, only the same origin and destination as the original. But the worst of the experience was that after a week and several phone calls to the organisation, they still did not email or call me to confirm my new flight. I finally gave up. I had to sacrifice my credit with Copa because flighthub are evil and greedy. Don't expect good customer service from this company.

Honestly, don’t do it. Just book with the airline directly or anyone else. If you need to make any changes, or even ask a question, you will be on hold for hours. In addition, they don’t do what they say will, and even if you click “accept quote” within minutes of getting the email, they don’t book it. In fact, they do nothing. My initial flight got canceled and the FlightHub personnel booked a new ticket for me with the same airline company without my consent. I could not use that ticket as there was an internal flight involved in the new ticket for which I needed a visa. I have booked a flight with a stop in Vienna. Without my confirmation, the flight from Montreal to Vienna is canceled. It is nearly impossible to reach customer service. Then they say we will call you and they dont. Nobody cares about me as customer and how I can get to Vienna without flight? How long I have to wait to find an answer? They give numbers to call that does not work. If I want to book a new flight there are agents to answer but to ask for customer service no one:(((

Reserving with this company has been the worst experience of my life. They have absolutely zero knowledge on international travel. I have been stranded at the airport unable to check in for the third time in three weeks. They provide no information or updates and are completely unaware of each countries policies. My original trip was to attend a wedding for my friend--missed it due to their lack of understanding. I scheduled my flights so I could return home to attend my engagement party--missed that also. After all this, they still have the audacity to refuse refund. Run from this company as fast as you possibly can because they will leave to stranded without any recourse at every stop.

What a horrible experience! my flight got canceled, according to the airline, flight hub was informed but failed to inform their clients. So i paid for a pcr test uselessly, went to the airport only to be sent back home then had to redo a pcr test and the airline placed me on another flight the next day. For my flight back, i needed some help, I tried to contact customer support and waited more than an hour and a half on the phone and no one replied. They tell you to fill out customer support forms but those forms are unavailable. All together their service leaves a lot to be desired. I recommend you book directly with the airlines because if my experience is anything it sure is not positive. Only giving 1 star because google does not let me put 0.

Very happy with Flighthub. As far as pricing goes, they are similar to the other services. What stands out is they were able to provide perfectly connected flights with short layovers (around an hour in my case) while the others had ridiculously long layovers like 8 hours or more. Make sure you hit the "shortest time" tab.

It was a bit challenging to navigate around website. However very disappointed at the very end when we were excited to finally find airfare (even with extensive layovers) ???? Prior to the current climate we are all living in, that being the COVID-19 pandemic we are finally able to travel. However for the record, in all my 54 years and my hubby's 56 years and even our sons 22 years we have traveled all over but never have we been charged for seats in normal accommodations. This was a bit outlandish. We have paid for first class understandably however this is not that type of trip. So, as we do in all our travel arrangements we always take travel insurance. But the other disconcerting option was insurance on losing my luggage! Is this a common occurrence? ???? Airlines normally have their own protocol for incidents of this nature. But these other last minute charges I felt like I was was dealing with a car salesmen. I truly hope and pray my $1500.00 will get me back to see family that we haven't seen in over a year 1/2. Just my thoughts.

Horrible experience on line! They advertised $121. One way fare and after entering passenger info me all credit card info, a message came up and said “ fare has increased by $100. Would you like to continue?” I said no They redirected me back to the start. I saw that the fares had increases by $40. To make a long story short they charges my card $121. Immediately and then another separate charge of $40. I tried canceling and could jot contact them. The phone recording says” if you booked a low fare with a cheap airline such as spirit, frontier, etc. we cannot help you. Goodbye”

Worst company to book your flight with. When covid happened, I had to cancel my flight, then only refund me credit for my flight there but not the return flight credit. The credit is only available for one way flight and can not be used for the flight back. It was a family vacation so I booked flight for all my family. Now I want to use my credit and they said the credit only apply to each person and not as a whole so I can only use the credit that is under my flight name. I was the one that paid $2500 for my family’s flight and only $1300 was given back to me in credit. Not cash! What’s more ridiculous is that only $200 of that credit can be used by me. For me to use the credit, I can’t change the flight online. I can only change it as a group. So I had to call in on the phone. It was a call center in the Philippines,it was their service plus team, waited 1hr and 10 mins for the first agent, then got transferred to another one and had to wait another 40 mins. All I wanted to do is use my credit to book a flight, ended up having to pay another$250 for the changes and finally got it changed after waiting for 2hrs and 32 mins. I still haven’t gotten an email confirmation for the flight I have tomorrow. This is the worst company you can book a flight with. Never go through flight hub, the $5-10 savings compared to other companies is not at all worth half of the headache!

I booked a flight in 2020 and cancelled due to COVID, when we went to rebook, oh how difficult! I ended up booking new flights because the fees FlightHub wants to charge to rebook are horrendous! I could book new flights for almost the same amount of money as the fees they want to charge to rebook! Also, I could not get through to FlightHub and had to leave a message, so I did, and they tried to call me back at 2 AM EST! Took weeks to get to talk to a person, got cut off in the middle of the transaction, had to call back, got another person who was RUDE! Once we are done with this flight we are done with FlightHub, what an awful experience this has been. I would recommend you go directly to the airline you want to book with and be done. Price gouging for the people who cancelled due to a Pandemic! Never again!

I rescheduled my flight, and when the new itinerary was emailed to me, it was for 3 days in the past. I have spent hours on hold waiting to speak to a customer service rep and still have yet been able to get a hold of someone. Actually I'm still on hold right now. I do not recommend anyone use this site. As a software developer, I can see that there Dashboard is filled with bugs and there isn't adequate staff to handle large volumes of customers.

This is the first time I used this site and had just stumbled onto it in a search for cheap flights home for the holidays. On the site itself there were a few glitches. When I picked a flight and tried to find out about the baggage rules for the flight selected I kept receiving 'error page not found' so that needs to be fixed. Another thing I didn't understand and wanted more clarification was the cancelation insurance and travel insurance. One cost $38 and the other $20 and I couldn't see to much difference in what exactly these 2 were. Other than that site needs a little tweaking but overall a good experience so far.

Flight had been cancelled due to COVID. Wanted to rebook another flight, with the same airline (WestJet) going to the same place. They wont honor my credit as they say it had expired two days ago. Westjet’s policy on this is 24 months from date of cancelled flight to rebook. Flighthub says its 24 months from time of booking (which had been in Nov.,/19, prior to COVID. I have been back and forth with them on Westjets policy. It is so frustration to try and get a hold of anyone. I have spent hours on hold. Prior to this I have always used FlightHub. They have lost me as a customer now.

Last change cost money, guessing that's the game ... change again for more money?! I won't be, especially since THEIR SITE shows available flights for the day booked. It was the first time that we booked our flights with Flight Hub and unfortunately, we did not had a very good experience. I have to say that we had a very good price but if I had known that we would be treated like second class clients by West Jet and Air Canada, I would have paid more for sure. We had book a DIRECT flight from Montreal to Vancouver leaving at 8:25 am on August 10th. A few weeks before, I received an email to inform me that our flight was changed to an earlier flight (6:30 am) with a change of aircraft in Toronto. Of course, we contacted West Jet to try to change at least for a flight leaving later during the day or another day; the agent told us to contact Flight Hub because West Jet could not do anything. We were quite flexible on our travel dates but Flight Hub could not accommodate us in any way. When we arrived at the airport, the West Jet agent who was super nice, could not find our reservation from Toronto to Vancouver … the changes has not been done in the system !!! Now, for the return flight with Air Canada, I did our check-in very early on the day of departure because we were leaving at 11:20 pm. To my big surprise, my husband's seat was in row 28 and I was in row 11 !!! I have travelled all my life and not having seat together when you make your reservation months in advance is quite surprising, that is why I think that when you book with Flight Hub, you are treated differently than passengers booking directly with the airline ! Anyway, I was able to find 2 seats in the center of the row one row behind the other and told myself that could be changed at the airport. Well, of course not, because the flight was full. We were lucky that it was not a very long flight. The funny part is that I had a friend coming back from Vancouver (she also booked with Flight Hub) and the same thing happened to her and her husband). All to say, that next time, I will book directly with the airline to avoid to be treated like this.

04 Dec 2021 I booked using FlightHub a Sunwing. 24 Dec 2021 Sunwing contacted me to state that they canceled this flight and to contact FlightHub for a refund. NOTE THE FLIGHTHUB WEBSITE STILL INDICATES THAT THIS FLIGHT IS NOT CANCELLED???!!!! TO-DATE I’ve been on hold with FlightHub for 4-hours waiting for a human to answer the call, at exactly 4-hours the phone line was disconnected by FlightHub so I didn't speak to anyone! 28 Dec 2021 & 02 Jan 2022 I submitted a FlightHub Help Request online and received two emails from them stating they will contact me within 3-days - STILL NO RESPONCE TO-DATE! I had to purchase another returning flight with a different airline (directly from the airline this time!) to ensure I will be able to return home! ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! WILL NEVER USE FLIGHTHUB AGAIN AND TELLING EVERONE I KNOW ABOUT MY EXPERENCE WITH FLIGHTHUB. Do I need to get a lawyer or media involved to get my refund!?”

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. After a 2 hour wait on hold, the "customer service" agent could not even answer simple questions, such as: "how much will that flight (which you just offered me) cost"? Back on hold for another 20 minutes, to a return of asking me irrelevant questions/accusations about my previous flight booked through Flight Hub, of which they had cancelled. But he still hadn't found out the price of the flight. So I ask again. Now he says he needs to cancel the call and will call me back within 30 minutes to complete the booking, as it will take him "some time" to find the information. The next 8 hours and whole day come and go, and not a word back. So 3 hours of my life wasted with their useless service, to still not have a flight booked in the end. If it wasn't for the fact that I have a flight credit from my cancelled flight, I would never deal with Flight Hub again.

I had the worst experience with Flight Hub. I had a simple issue of my daughter surname and first name being other way around and I asked them to change it. Firstly being on hold to get through an agent it took over 3 hours and then their agent were rude and on top had no idea. I even called Turkish Airline, and they said it needs to be done with Flight Hub. Due to the nature of the issue, all Flight Hub had to do was simply send a request not through their automated channels, but with some person to reach Turkish Airline and get it done. I was asked on every occasion by the reps to fill online form and every time i got automated reply. I called Turkish Airline and they said we can act once we get request from Agent being Flight Hub. Though, luck on my side one of my connection got delayed by 1 hours and 10 minutes, and being on phone, turkish airline guy told me that you qualify for full refund since this delay is considered a major change. I went ahead and cancelled the booking with name issue and only Flight Hub charged me over 900 dollar as cancellation fee whereas they shouldn't since Turkish Airline didn't charge them anything.

Dealing with Flighthub is a nightmare if you need to change your flights. I have been trying to do so since a week after initially booking. I went through the time consuming calls, dropped calls, website emails as expected the first attempt to be told by the agent on the phone the flight changes were confirmed. A week into our trip I receive an email stating they were unable to complete the process. From what I’ve read online, those customers who are successful manage to get the airline to make changes. However for me, Aeromexico (very easy to get through on the phone) point blank stated the change MUST be completed by a Flighthub agent on the phone. Additionally, the change flight option mon my Flighthub page is grayed out, leaving me without any options but to call daily. The agents are kind and helpful but in a different department from those who actually change the flights so there is no continuity to the process and no accountability. More than 7/10 calls drop if you can actually get through in the first place. DO NOT BOOK WITH FLIGHTHUB. Go direct to the airline and save yourself expensive and time consuming headaches!!!

Horrible customer service! I waited over 6 months for a refund that was guaranteed in 4 months and still have not received my money back! On top of that I had to call multiple times and no one has followed up!! The call center people are condescending and a bunch of liars!

Love having the option of flexible dates. I was able to save more by flying out of one airport and returning at a different airport. Both airports are easily accessible. I also like the price tracker for price changes.

Customer service left me on hold for over an hour, when a rep finally came on they asked for my information. As I was giving it to them they hung up. I tried calling back was on hold for another hour and no pickup.

Great flight cost but customer service suck i could of swore that I had for my gender as male when I got the ticket it was female... No problem I will just edit it but then how?? No customer service and you can't edit it without talking to someone..

Service is really good! Only issue is that, the selected paid seats were not allocated by Air Canada. Both the times. I am sure I will get the refund for the same by flight hub.

It was a horrible experience booking flight through them. I booked my flights through their website for sunwinga airlines. After sunwings had cancelled all the flights and notifies all the customers who bought their tickets directly even after that after two days they did not know that the flights were cancelled. I called to speak to a representative after waiting for 2 hours i was offered to get a call back by automated service after 2 hours i received a call back from a representative who did not know anything about the status of the flight who transferred me to his higher department after waiting again for one and half hour i got connected to another rep who could also not tell me anything. Please dont book flights through them or you will know on the date of your flight that it is cancelled.
