My mom booked a plane ticket to China with one of their agent: Ivy. The flight was later cancelled by Air Canada due to covid. We then contacted Ivy to ask Air Canada to refund us since the tickets she booked for us were refundable. However, Ivy forced us to pay 100$ of service fee to Concord in order to get that refund from Air Canada. This is completely a hidden fee. We got blindsided, why do we have to pay in order to get our money back for a flight cancelled by the airline and not us?? We paid them for a service that we never got. I contacted Ivy regarding this fee. She replied in a very rude manner: I don’t wanna talk to you since you’re not the passenger” . Very disappointing company, AVOID AT ALL COST!

The guide (Quan) is really profesional about his job. He answers all questions about the trip. He also takes care about all the people on the tour. He ensures all the group is happy and well treated. The travel has been so cool,fun and safe. The driver is always following the speed limits and he knows the road very well. I would really recommend to my friends and no friends :). TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! We booked a trip to NYC 3 days from montreal. The buses were extremely cheap and the AC wasn't working in a 45 degree weather! 50 people in a bus with kids. One of the kids even got a nose bleed and fainted because it was so hot! they let us off the bus in manhattan! Make us wait outside in the heat for 2 hours, the incompetant tour guide didnt know what the hell she was doing. After two hours, they convince us to drive to the hotel in the same bus with the promise of getting a new bus the next day. Having no choice we agreed. The next morning the new bus still wasn't here. They tell us that we would have to ride in the same bus to woodbury outlet, leave our luggage in the hotel and that the new bus would pick up them up and come get us afterward. 3 hours later the bus was there to pick us up, but! half of the passengers' luggage was forgotten in the hotel lobby! Again we have to drive back to the hotel to get the luggage and surprise!! No AC in this bus either!! We get back to the hotel and they make us sit in the lobby for 3 freaking hours! The tour guide running around like a chicken with her head cut off not doing anything to fix the situation! Not being able to give us any information! As if things cant get any worst. The hotel manager tells us that we need to leave. They take us to another mall in the same broken bus. And tell us to go kill time until the other new bus gets here. At this point everyone is exhausted. so anyways they tell us to come back for 6pm...which we do and guess what still no new bus.. We have to wait till 7pm. The new bus finally gets here the AC seems to be working everyone gets settled in. Were hoping at this point the nightmare is over, but then they let us know that the bus we are in will only be bringing us up to the canadian border and we would have to change into another bus. So let me sum this up for you 4 different buses, having to load and unload our luggage , forgotten luggage in the hotel lobby, getting to montreal at 5am in the morning instead of the actual arrival time being 9pm! Sitting in a bus with 50 other peole in a 45c weather! NO AC! No open windows! Ive been on many NYC bus trips never had that. Now dont get me wrong i can be reasonable, bus problems happen. But this is wayy too much! Ive never witnessed so much incompetence, dissrespect and unprofessionnalism in my life! This company shouldn't deal with the public! NEVER AGAIN this was my first trip with them and will be the last for sure!

Me and my family of 4 people went on a 7-days Gaspé & Maritime tour with the tour guide Mei. She is very knowledgeable and explains everthing in French, English and Chinese. We also got to learn lots of new stuff all along our journey. Although she did not really follow the events as written on the information paper, but she promised us she would bring us to all the activities written on it and she did make it. She also said that if we ever had any questions or troubles or if we ever get lost, we can give her a call. We were in very great care during these 7 days because of Mei. She's a very nice person, always smiling and an amazing tour guide! Thanks a lot! ????

I did my first one-day trip with Concord Tours yesterday to go to the Ice Hotel and Quebec City Carnival! It was the third time I went to Quebec City (twice on my own) but this time was probably the best! We were with the guide JIAN and it was AMAZING! He's such a good and kind man! Really the best!!! I think we were so lucky to have him in our bus! This trip was an extraordinary experience and I recommand Concord Tours 100 %, don't hesitate!! Long story short, worst experience ever! Now short story long, one ok thing this company has is punctuality, we left on time and we came back on time as advertised. Speaking of advertising, the claim on their website when you book a trip, x amount of activities are mandatory, they are highlighted and detailed, until you get on the bus, that is thrown out of the window. An hour into the trip, guide showed us a price list for all activities, so my friends and I decided to do the "obligatory" activity as stated on their website, that is when it got ugly. Guide told us he was in charge and he said that we need to do all activities, then he changed his tone and said we had to do at least one of the others, or else he would drop us at the nearest gas station and call the police, yes you read that right, the guide would call the police as it was his right to do it if we didn't do another activity. That is plain and simple extortion, we asked him to call the police, they never did. The issue here is false advertisement, nowhere on their terms and conditions said anything like that nor on the trip details page. What we wanted was a trip to enjoy but we got threatened and extorted. Maybe this was one in a million chance but people should know to be aware of buying from this company.

The trip was fantastic, memorable. Mr Thomas our guide was superb and the driver was too good. The whole trip including 1000 islands Niagara falls and Toronto was just superb. Even though in the itenary aquarium was there we could not see it And for vegetarians like us the stop for lunch was not good at all. We were hungry. We took the 1 day tour to Quebec city from Montreal and the coach was good and clean. Tour guide Jian was very cooperative and informative. He was trying his best to accommodate evryone's needs.The only drawback of the tour was that it's not as per the itinerary. The places mentioned in the description was actually supposed to be self explored during the free time. They had paid extra services which were not mentioned in the description. it was more of a medium of transportation to Quebec city (rest to be explored by ourselves).

I enjoyed the Gaspesie tour so much. We saw a lot of beautiful places in such a short time. Our tour guide Quan (Philippe) was very kind, fun and knowledgeable, he definitely made our experience so much interesting and better. He provided fresh face masks, hand sanitizers, bags for the trash and a smile on his face all the time. They suggest to have the lobster lunch, I had it and it was so good (and so much food). It was fresh and delicious. Something you can’t miss if you come to the area. La Gaspé is a region with so much to offer, if you can take the time off, come and discover it with Concord Tours: they offer comfortable tours, the guide tour, I took the option that includes the entrance tickets for all the places and everything was smooth and I didn’t have to worry about a thing other than be on time.

I highly, highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience the major highlights of the Maritimes, to make lifelong memories and take amazing scenic photographs of the beautiful eastern provinces of Canada. My family and I had an amazing time and experience travelling around the Maritimes with our tour group, especially with our tour guide Jack. Eating on patios, eating lobster and seafood dinners, going by the Atlantic ocean and even swimming at Cavendish Beach, this trip was amazing. The biggest highlight of the trip for my family and I was definitely the Percer Rock boat ride which was halucinatingly beautiful and magical, if you are an avid water/boat and bird lover this is one for the books. Another bigger highlight of this trip was our guide Jack who is probably the one who made this trip all the more worth it and made the bus driving very bearable. His friendly, kind, warm and patient demeanor was contagious and I raise my glass to him for dealing with us crazy folks so amazingly haha. From cracking jokes to supplying us with accurate and interesting information about the areas we were seeing and always keeping control of the tour including all 50+ of us, he was a superman on this tour. Jack even went as far as to speak, French, English, Spanish and Chinese everyday at every stop and location so that everyone could better understand all the information. He ensured everyone's needs were catered to while respecting the needs of the rest, it wouldn't have been as good of a trip without him as our guide. Our family will always remember this trip. If you are thinking of going on a concord tour and wanting to experience the beautiful Maritimes this is extremely worth your money and if you can have Jack as your guide you would not be disappointed. 5 stars for Concord, 10 stars for Jack ????????.

We were lucky all was booked before hand so no problems with the trip. The tickets are bought, but read carefully terms conditions as there are always extra costs for perks. Like a lunch which we took to save time. Overall the trip was good value, giving you all the options so you can make an informed choice. It's a good introduction to the region so you can plan your return. We had a great time and loved it alot. This review is only for the three-day trip to Gaspésie and for our guide Quan. Good points. 1. The second day of travel was fantastic, Bonaventure Island, Perforated Rock and Forillion Park are very beautiful. 2. Our guide Quan helped everyone a lot. He also speaks French, English and Chinese. 3. We liked the first hotel, the second needed better sunstroke. It was a wonderful trip with Concord Tour. We went on a one day Quebec City tour and a two days Toronto and Niagara Fall tour. We are very satisfied with the experience and the tour guide Amber was an excellent tour guide for both tours (She was our tour guide for both tours.) She is very helpful and is a very nice person that can speak many languages. Our drivers Carl and Roberto were excellent drivers. I would recommend these tour to anyone that want to experience the two places above. It was a nice trip that my family and I could sit down and relax and get to know so many places that I never thought of. It was a good deal in-terms of price. The buses were always nice and clean.

These two days of July 20-21 were fabulous. Our Anglia Guide has been adorable loving and she has a huge patience. We got ample time to stay at Grand Cannon Saint Anne followed by delicious cuisines at Buffet Des Continents. Afterwards we visited Montmorency falls followed by Quebec City. We went on the 1 Day Quebec Tour in August 2017. If you are the kind of person who likes to visit a place to take a picture and leave, this tour is for you. If you like to explore your environment, it's not for you. They pack in so much stuff in one day that you barely get time to spend at the falls and other places before you're carted away to the next destination. We would suggest lengthening the tour so that you have 1 hr at the falls; 1.5 hrs at AML cruise; and free time until after dinner time so you can fully explore and enjoy old Quebec. For people running low on money, skip the $19 fees for the cable car going up to the Falls -- just stay in the bus and they will drop you near the Falls' entrance while others go up the cable car (the ride is short and unimpressive). Also, skip the Observatory because there are plenty of places in Old Quebec that can give you gorgeous views of the city (e.g. the Citadel). Overall, great tour, helpful guide, easy coordination throughout the day.

Just finished 3 days New York tour. It was good and tour guide Thomas was also nice and quite an average tour guide not the best but not that bad also. Hotel was worst hotel I had with these tours. Before they chose Comfort Inn and it was really good but this time it was Raritan Hotel in NJ our room has a weird smell, blanket smelled like its never beem washed in 10 years, dirty floor (carpet) a small sofa with dirt marks in stains. Breakfast was just toast, bagels, cereals and watered down coffee. We had tours with Sinorama before and they have had best tour guides and best hotel accomodations. I wish Sinorama would come back maybe we'll try Vacances Dragon next time. Concord tours, cheap yes but you will get what you paid for. But not bad. Average tour experience.

I went with some friends on a 3-day Freedom trip with Thomas as our guide and M. Caron as our driver. I gotta say that it was a great experience. Even though some of the passengers were irresponsible, late and sometimes rude, they kept very professional, didn't lose their patience and got the job done! Big shout out to the driver who was super friendly and made it right on schedule despite all the setbacks. Will come back next summer with the events this time!

I am very disappointed with Niagara Falls 3 days trip. Its ridiculous force us take 2 night hotel in rural area of Ontario. far far far away from Niagara falls. they said it is normal. No Matter you can enjoy the night view of falls or not, they said never ever give compensation because they said it is normal(liar). How come? Ruined my trip. really sad. Not recommend.

It was a long road but our guide, Quan-xin, planned our trip with plenty of breaks for our comfort and provided us with plenty of resources! He is really kind, patient and well organized! Worst company to travel ever. Ive tried sinorama..wonder travel...but thought this one would be better, but no. Never chose toronto\niagara falls 2 days...The guide (claire) didn't give us enough times to do them activities...We were 5 including a child. she tried to charge us higher price because she thought she was older. we had to show I.D to prove it, but guest what she still said that the child take space in the bus. Like what did you expect? she's not invisible. Talking about the price she tried to show us a paper in which she said the prices have changed, but I was reffering to their website for the activities, etc. She said that their website wasnt updated. I just told her that it was not my problem if they didnt have time to update it n that it may cauz trouble to people trying to travel with them...Niagara packages is mandatory(45) include niagara behind the walls etc. But guest what she didnt give any tickets to NO ONE. many people were complaining about that she just ignore it . so they stole 45$ from about 50 people that where in the bus. breafast wasnt included at the hotel cauz we slept in a residence . niagara on the lake wasnt great at all. we had 15 min to go and 15 min to come back to the bus. could actually enjoy the view because it really takes 15 min to go and 15 to go back (another time they stole our money) she tried to charges us for a child under 5 even if at the reservation I mentioned that we wanted 2 rooms she tried to give us one room...Anyways guys think about, dont chose this company at all. I call the customer services and the girl( manager) said she didnt have time to listen to my complaint she only had 2 min.... why answering the phone if you know u can't talk?

Me and my mom took the 6 days Maritimes provinces tour from Montreal. The low cost is unbeatable, but the quality of the experience surpassed my expectations. The bus was clean and comfortable, and we stopped every 2 hours so it never got boring. The only critic is too many Chinese buffets for lunch. And by far the best part about this trip was our guide Song (He also goes by 'Jack'). He was so patient and so approachable, he is the kind of a person that you think about later and it brings a smile to your face. Song speaks French, English and Chinese fluently. He would come to every table at the restaurants and check on us as if we are eating at his house. He made sure we entered all the attractions quickly and without lineups. My mom was having trouble walking at Bonaventure Island and he offered to carry her!! Of course that wasn't needed but it shows how sincere Song is as a person. I wish him all the best for the future and A+ for Concord Tours.

It was a cheap day trip to Quebec City but, this tour didn’t teach us anything about the places we visited. We just got dropped off to take pictures and then back on the bus for the next stop. Quebec City is rich with history and they had nothing to say other then pointing out Chateau Frontenac.

Just completed my 2-day trip with Concord Tour. Love the Niagara and Thousand Islands segment of the tour. Warmly received and taken care by our tour guide - Jason Shen (aka Jian, Shen). His travel hacks were very helpful for us to bypass the non essential parts of the sites so that we have more time for the main attractions. He is also very thoughtful and detailed in addressing our needs. Would strongly recommend going on a tour with Jason.

Went to Boston with Thomas. He's a nice and enthusiastic guy although a bit slow in English and French since he's not a native speaker. He was nice enough to add an extra quick stop to the beach in Rhode Island which was a nice addition! I think this is a good tour for people looking for a cheap price but not too much in-depth history. Be aware that the lunches will be Chinese buffets.

I love their buses and escorts. However, I truly wish if they had better customer service personnel to answer customer calls. I once wanted to make a group booking and I had a couple of questions. I made a quick phone call to them and the executive who answered the call was very rude and impatient. Having worked in a customer facing role, I would never answer the call the way she answered mine:(. She didn't even wait until I finished my question ( I had only 3 questions :) ) and hung up the phone abruptly. I called them again only to listen to a comment in a different language followed by some laughter :(. Such staff would definitely undermine the organization's reputation. Note:- My doubts were very genuine and were pertaining to activities, stay and how to pay for the activities.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience with Concord’s 1 day Quebec tour with the lovely and very knowledgeable guide, Thomas. We were booked for a tour (with a different travel agency), but they cancelled it for some reason three days before the said tour. As my friend was ecstatic to go to Quebec, she looked for another agency that can accomodate us even in the last minute. And, I think it’s a blessing in disguise that our first choice was cancelled, because Concord made our first trip to Quebec so unforgettable. Now, let’s talk about Thomas, the tour guide.Thomas was very professional in so many ways. What I loved the most about him is his keen knowledge on the history of Quebec. Although, his English wasn’t fluent, he still delivered his stories well enough for us to understand. He can also speak other languages, which is A+Mazing! The only con of this trip was the restaurant choice. I think it couldn’t have been better. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with Concord’s service. Kudos to the driver as well for safely driving us around. I look forward to booking other tours with them again.

The service was aweful. They did not prebook any ride in thousand island that's why we missed it. Next day they did not let us to visit the main Niagara falls and rushed so that we can visit thousand island. But on the way the bus broke out. We (14 passengers) waited 6 hours on the road. Then they sent a car which can carry 10 people only. And they told us that 4 people have to wait for the next car which came around 1.5 hr later. It's a pity that they don't have any backup bus, or, simply they did not care that 14 people are waiting on the road in this summer to send a bus on time. Overall, it was worse than aweful and their service is really really bad.

I have been on two one-day trips with Concord Travels. I recommend them for their value trips and friendly guides and drivers, especially to students who want to explore locations around Montreal. The location information is shared on the bus in good detail in english, french, and mandarin. The buses are clean, well maintained, and comfortable. They have toilets as well but they dont recommend using them due to the current situation with Covid. I went on the Quebec trip last month and Mont Tremblant today. The pick up point is conveniently located near downtown and hotel pickup is offered. The itenarary is not packed with activities so gives ample time to explore locations or just chill out a place. The only feedback I have is that the your descriptions in three different languages can get a little overwhelming and it may be a good idea to just use an audio interface in the future. Coco made sure my experience did not end with that one employee. My son and I enjoy a beautiful day with Amber and Mario on another tour. I am now convinced that customer experience and safety is important to Concord. Note..Read the site carefully to understand the pricing arrangements. Buses usually have a washroom, but bring wipes for hands.

Very inconvenient! Very bad experience to visit Quebec city. They gave us only 1 hour and half to visit the city. The rest of the day was wasted visiting 3different recreational places (which were optional, But! we HAD TO choose and pay for at least one of them to support the tour!), which was a lot to see in one day. Plus we had to get back at 5pm. It was such a disappointment not to be able to see the whole city, when you choose Quebec city tour!

6 Days Gaspe and Maritimes- two busses 88 people! Drivers Jean Pierre and Jack Tour Guides Jason and Quran! This was one of the largest groups our guides have handled and we as a group were very impressed. They went out of their way to source hotels that had swimming pools (for our kids) breakfast included and were moderately priced. They sourced quality buffets that were clean and the food was fresh and plenty. The guides are very experienced and went out of their way to make our trip enjoyable and safe. The drivers were very professional and committed to their schedule. I would travel with them again gladly!!

Mai was a very rude tour leader, disrespectful, creating rules like a dictator. When you're alowed to speak and when not to. She wouldn't explain where you're going and if you ask her for more info she would give you a runaround. You should also expect to pay around $500 extra in the bus with no explanation. Will never travel with them again. Pay a little more and use other agencies. Cheap is not always the best idea...

If you are the kind of person who likes to visit a place to take a picture and leave, this tour is for you. If you like to explore your environment, not so much for you. They pack in so much stuff in one day that you barely get time to spend at the falls and other places before you're carted away to the next destination. We would suggest lengthening the tour so that you have 1 hr at the falls; 1.5 hrs at AML cruise; and free time until after dinner time so you can fully explore and enjoy old Quebec. For people running low on money, skip the $19 fees for the cable car going up to the Falls -- just sit in the bus that will drop you near the Falls' entrance. Also skip the Observatory because there are plenty of places in Old Quebec that can give you gorgeous views of the city (e.g. the Citadel). Overall, great tour, helpful guide, easy coordination throughout the day.

****TRAVEL AGENCY TO AVOID**** Just came back from a Montréal to Toronto 3 days bus tour and we felt we were kidnapped for the whole trip. This travel agency is a total scam. They do not do business in a honnest and legal way! First, when we registered to this trip, we were told and promised it will be a luxury coach. Even on our receipt its written "motor coach".It ended up being a small van. The seating is not comfortable, there is no heating in the van and the ride was extremely bumpy. Also, it is supposed to be a guide and a driver; however, in order to save cost, the guide was also the driver. The guide/driver was texting and talking on the phone while driving. Almost hit a few pedestrians in Toronto. Furthermore, there are a lot of hidden fees. On the first day, we were forced to have lunch at a buffet for a price of 17$/person and the food was terrible. Everyone complained, so the guide promised us that he's not gonna make any arrangement for us for the rest of the trip. On the third day, he again forced us to eat at a chinese restaurent for 17$/person. We refused to go and the guide told us that we still have to pay an cancellation fee of 5$/person. In order to force you to pay, he will collect a big amount of money at the begining of the trip, to which is will deduct the money. At the end he will simply not give your money back. As for the attraction, it is supposed to be spread on the 3 days, so we have enough time to enjoy each attraction, but he tried to put all the attraction on the first and second day and the third day he will only drive back to montreal. There are 3 mandatory attractions, but he still tries to make you register to all the optional attractions. If you don't register to an attraction he will tell you that he cannot drive you there and he must drop you off few kilometers before the attraction and you have to walk there to meet with the rest. The guide, Fr@nklin, did not speak French and just a little bit English. He may seem nice, but he doesn't seem to have any experience as a tour guide. Hotel, or motel, I should say, in Niagara fall was very dirty and cheap. The breakfast is included but there wasn't much to eat, only toast and coffee. In short, this travel agency is not honnest towards their customers, they try to make arrangement for all your meals in order to make profit and their tour guides are not professional. I took pictures of the van and the driver texting while driving. I will file a complain to the Association of Canadian Travel Agency. I am not seeking for an refund or anything, but I want to stop this travel agency from scamming more poeple.

The activities and the weather were well synchronized for this type of organized trip (and also the breaks to go to the bathroom ). Considering that this week was very hot, a good recommendation is to stock up on water and sunscreen (a jacket in case if it is chilly). We recommend this tour for those who do not yet know the Gaspé, a very beautiful region! Thank you very much to the entire Concord Tours team! Our guide Jason and bus driver make a temporary stop for my little son changing diapers..I appreciated for this as a mother. The three-day tour was very satisfying. Specially thanks to driver for saving time back to Montreal and safe driving, because my little son felt carsick. Good Trip planners with economical price. Well organised!

Not good. Not a professional company or tour guide. Too many activities in the 1st two days and not given enough time to enjoy them. Arrived late at the hotels and had to leave early. By the 3rd day, I was too tired to enjoy anything due to lack of sleep. On the web site it was stated it was english/chinese tour guide, but she talked mostly in french. I missed most of the instructions and needed people around me to translate for me. We were told not to use the bathroom on the bus (we were on a 3 day tour) At one point when we got off the bus, I went to use the bathroom, and the tour guide and groupe walked off while I was using the toilet. This was not professional, as we were not given enough time to use the facilities. The 1st hotel we stayed in was not very clean. During our trip, it was stated that break fast was included. The 2nd hotel we stayed in we were given a muffin and crossant. We were not allowed to have breakfast that was provided in the hotel. We left Toronto after lunch to head back to Montreal. We did have 2 stops so we can use the bathrooms, but were only given 30 min at one stop and 20 min at another stop. We were not given enough time to grab a supper and we didnt get into Montreal until 9pm. Please note any time we did stop for an activity, bathroom break or even our lunches, there were other tour buses, so the line ups were long but we were not given sufficient time to accomodate the amount of people. I do not plan to use this tour company again.

We just got back from our 7 day trip to Halifax. The tour was not worth it at all. The worst experience ever. Would never travel with them ever. The tour was actually around $400 but there were some obligatory visits to some places like the wind mill and chips factory ... altogether we paid around $500 each for the visits. Wish I could give it a lower than 1*! Horrible! Avoid at all cost! Just took 5 nights tour last week and felt like we were hijacked for entire tour. Where do I start?? Pros: NONE! Cons: * We got in the bus! Bus had problems! It was "fixed" before we could even leave (I will come back to it later again). Bus didn't even have a functional washroom. We weren't allowed to use washroom on the bus. * An hr into the bus, we were given the list of options which were optionals (Meal plans and admission fees for the attractions). Meals were truly optional that could be opted out which we did (since lunch buffet were priced at $17 and $19 while dinner buffet were priced at $45 and $48). * Now the fun begins: Admission Fees: For some reasons, our "tour leader" (His name begins with D) forced us to pay for all the attractions and CHARGED US MUCH HIGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE ADMISSION FEES. He basically ROBBED us. He told us if we wouldn't buy all the admission tickets from him, he would kick us out of the bus middle of the nowhere. And threatened us to call cops on us (like we were doing something wrong by not getting robbed by him), and when we said please go ahead and call cops so we can exercises our rights! Of course, he backed out and didn't call cops but then he came up with another nonsense. He said, if we don't buy admission tickets at his price, then he would drop us 5km away from the main attractions and we would have to go there ourselves! Doesn't make any sense! So basically he FORCED us to buy admission tickets from him at his own rates, which are MUCH HIGHER than the regular cost. * Initially, he told us that our kids (ages 3 and 4), will be free. Which made sense, since all the admissions for under 5yrs were free! But guess what?, He changed us for them too. Ie. Perce Rock & Bird Island Cruise admission fees: Kids 0-5 FREE. He charged us $31.00 per child. FOR WHAT? Halifax Harbor Hopper admission fees: Kids 3-9 for $9.99. He charged us $19.99. Youth 10-15 admission is: 16.99, he charged us $33. * They also charge you $60.00/Adult and $47.00/Kid for general admission to the places that are 100% FREE. Ie. Reversing falls, statue of lobster, cavendish beach etc. * Accommodations: Was good in Gaspe. From there... quality reduced significantly lower and lower and lower. To the point that one of the hotels we stayed, didn't even have hot water supply! Breakfasts were horrible! Like this wasn't enough! While we were at Hopewell Rocks, safety inspectors randomly check our bus and guess what? They found it was UNSAFE to be on the road. We were told another bus has been arranged but, NOPE! They fixed the same bus and it took almost 3 hrs! PLEASE AVOID THE TOUR AT ALL COST!

We just took the 7 day Maritime tour, with tour guide Mei. All events are explained in English, French & Chinese. The tour guide tries to accommodate everyone, which is not always easy, with so many different people & cultures in the bus. We did lots of sight seeings and many activities. It would also be great to obtain, at the beginning of the tour, the details of all activities, events & restaurants, on a piece of paper, which would facilitate people's decisions, in a clear & transparent way. The organization for all activities & hotels was as per planned and explained by the tour guide. All in all, everything was perfect. Thanks for a safe & adventrous trip.

Coco was very helpful in getting us the tour that we wanted. David our guide, did a great job as a guide for our one day Quebec city tour. Not to mention, he is a very safe driver as well. The only issues were (and these will be very specific to the Quebec City tour), the cable ride is a rip off, you would be much better off utilizing that time to spend as much time as possible in the Montmorency Park. Also more time in old Quebec city would be more preferable, but that also depends on when you want to get back to Montreal. I was with my parents, and we all had a bus to catch early morning next day, so I did not raise any arguments leaving Quebec City at 4:30 pm, meaning we would reach Montreal around 7:30 pm. If you don't have any early morning obligations the next day, you definitely should ask to stay in Quebec city for at least up to 6:30 pm. Overall, I am happy with the tour and service. Spending more time in Montmorency park and Quebec city, and excluding the cable ride and lunch from the itinerary would be great ideas. A light lunch in 15 mins is good enough, spending 1 hour + for lunch leaves less time for the rest of the tour.

I urge all of you to stay far, far away from this tour company. My parents just returned from the 5 day Maritimes tour and when they told me about their experience I was left shaking and in absolute disbelief. Both of my parents are in their 70's and retired and from the first day on the bus, they were bullied, disrespected, ridiculed and constantly belittled by the tour guide "Jake". All of this because my parents (who are both vegetarian) would not pay $45 each for a Seafood dinner, $18 each for a Chinese buffet (where Jake told them to just eat Salad) or $80(ish) each for Whale Watching (which they have already done). Jake demanded that everyone on the bus pay up front for ALL OPTIONAL excursions and meals - my parents explained it to me as though they were being held hostage. Jake was un-relentless in his "demands" that every single person has to pay for everything (including $7/day/person which is supposed to be for the driver and Jake). When my parents and the other Senior couple that they were travelling with refused to pay for food they do not eat and excursions they do not want to do, Jake layed into them and did not stop for the duration of the trip - every opportunity he got, he insulted them and mocked them. He began to yell at them and called them Cheap in front of everyone and told them that they should have driven themselves or get one of their kids to drive them around. Everything came to a head when they checked into a hotel towards the end of the trip. The room my parents got had a small double bed and an old pull out couch. Now remember - my parents and the other couple they were with are all in their 70s - so my parents asked Jake if they could possibly get a room with 2 queen beds. He began yelling at them in the lobby of the hotel and once again began throwing every possible insult at them and swearing at them. By this point, my mother was in tears. This was all witnessed by the lady at the front desk and all of the other people in the lobby. The front desk lady had to ask him to leave and walk away, and then made a special arrangement to put my parents and their friends in a different room. As they were walking to their room, Jake followed them and would not let them enter the room. He just stood at the doorway and continued to insult them and swear at them. Finally, my dad tried the door key but it didnt work, so he went back to the front desk and told the lady and also told her that Jake wouldnt leave them alone to rest. She walked back with them and told him to let them in the room. He stepped aside but once the door was open, he walked right in and sat down and did not leave. I am guessing the lady saw everything on the camera because she called the room and asked if he had left. My parents said no and that he came into the room and was just sitting there continuing to insult them for being cheap and vegetarian. She came to the room and demanded that he leave - he finally did. She explained to the hotel manager what happened and the hotel manager made arrangements for my parents and their friends to eat a proper meal at the hotel restaurant that night and even gave them dessert on the house. Before leaving the next day, the lady at the front desk gave my parents her personal cell number in case anyone needed to speak to her to explain what she witnessed. This tour company baits everyone in with very low prices for their packages but once you board the bus - they harass you and almost force you to pay upfront for everything else. They are a pure scam. It was hard for me to believe that there were people like Jake in this world who found pleasure in tormenting senior citizens who were travelling on a budget and paid for only the things they wanted to do. I will be posting this everywhere that I can so that the word gets out about Jake and this farce of a tour company. If you are still brave enough to take a tour with them, and if Jake is your tour guide - get off of the Bus ASAP and get your money back.

I went to Gaspesie with my family last week, it's not the first time I travel with Concord, but I must say it's the best one, thus I'd like to write it down. The 3 days trip was so much well organized by our tour guide, every single day she gave us enough time to fully visit the attractions, and always mentioned us the places for humain beings needy, I mean the toilets. Though the second day when we visited the island and the giant rock, the weather was foggy and windy, the guide mentioned us all the details to ensure we could enjoyed the view from all the aspects. I'm so happy to have her as our tour guide, she's not only a pretty girl but with all the patiences as dealing with everyone in the group. Not only my family, I can tell from people's face, everybody loves her. And also the bus driver, a man some sort of shy, but drives smoothly among the mountains. The 3 days trip New York City Thomas was our guide tour. He was very efficient and made sure we enjoyed ourselves during the trip. He gave us extra time to roam around by ourselves and was very adamant about the time so we can do more activities and arrive back to Montreal with no delays. Will recommend him to friends.

Participated in the two-day tour of Toronto and Niagara Falls on December 24-25, with tourist guide Quanxin Ren (Quan) and a lot of people from different countries. We experienced the Falls Cruise, Toronto City, etc. Fantastic experience!!!!!! In addition, though the distance is not close, driver and guide Ren would like to stop around a lot of attractions and small town. Never boring. Reasonable and detail explanation and introduction of Guide Ren are excellent!!!! Very clear. Even in different languages. Very patient and nice to us. We feel we are most welcome!!!! Highly recommend this tour.

Very rude tour guide. She (May) didn't give us any details about the tours. She speaks 3 languages but actually this is a disadvantage because she gets confused and some important information is always missing. For example we ordered food for one night but she was forcing us to take the same food two nights in a row and even threatened not to take us to the hotel if we didn't pay for the second dinner. She was very aggresive and anxious and doesn't answer any questions. As soon as there's an objection she starts becoming very agitated and says she "doesn't want to hear it". The tour included some visits like the wind mill which was a ripoff because we had to pay for something with was not in the trip itinerary, the worst part is that these visits are obligatory and you actually have to pay for something you don't want to see.

Had a wonderful two days at Toronto and Niagara last weekend. Thank you to our tour guide Mr Jason and our driver. Despite some hiccups, they were very patient. We enjoyed all the activities especially the boat rides and Ripley's Aquarium. We were also pleased with the hotel. It was clean with two beds, a microwave, a mini fridge and a big tv. I had a great experience travelling with this company, we took the 3 day trip to NY. The tour guide was very punctual and also made sure everybody was on time for activities, so we didn't have to wait around too much to move from one place to another. The bus driver was very good, he drove us around safely and efficiently, even when the traffic was bad. This is probably the most affordable way to travel to NY. The only thing that could be improved is the hotel. We stayed at the Fair Bridge Inn, and the breakfast and kitchen area are not very well kept. The rooms were pretty good though, very comfortable beds and no noise. Protip: if you wanna have a good breakfast, wait until you get to Manhattan (if you don't have guided tours booked right in the morning), or buy something the evening before.

We were stung by BED BUGS in the bedroom at Concorde Inn! They were found in the beds, tables, everywhere! We called the front desk and they sent a person. The only thing he did was to make us move into another room. And when I asked for an emergency kit because of the itches my family had, they said they didn't have one. What a terrible and dangerous experience we lived there!

I rarely complain about companies or stores, however, this is one of those unique cases where I cannot let things go. This company uses unethical tactics to scam and bully their customers and are simply cowards. Here is the situation, there was a promotion on their website, selling a 1-day bus tour to Quebec city for 10$. As this was an amazing deal, I jumped on it right away. In the description, It is stated that we must pay a $7 service fee for the guide and the driver. Then, there are a number of activities from which people can choose from. One of them is clearly stated as being mandatory, while the others do not have anything specific mentioned. To be sure about this, I called to verify (and ask other questions). The lady clearly tells me that, indeed, if I choose to, I can do none of the additional activities, as long as I make it back to the bus on time. On the day of the trip, our guide tells us that we need to choose an additional 2 activities, while we are already on the bus. Obviously, a number of people on the bus do not accept this as some of them had already done some of the activities and some others simply did not want to do them. His explanation for this (exact words): "Your ticket cost you $10, do you actually expect us to be able to make a profit if you don't choose any other activities? You must pay, otherwise we will leave you at the next gas station." Also, he tells us to call the agency directly to deal with this, but he clearly knew that the agency was not opening for a few more hours as he said so himself after we asked him to talk to his supervisor for us. Lol. I really wish I was exaggerating any of this. Now all is good for a little while until the end of the trip. Our guide tells us that since we are not enough to do the cruise (the last additional activitiy), it will be canceled. Instead, he will leave us more time to explore the city and we will leave at 4PM. Note, we were supposed to leave at 5PM as stated on the website and confirmed over the phone, this will be important later. 4PM comes, everyone's back, except for 1 elderly lady. Important detail that we were not aware of at that point, our guide was on the phone with her for 20 minutes, after she desperately called him trying to find the way back to the bus and he basically spent 20 minutes yelling at her for not managing her time better. Then, he tells us that he convinced the bus driver to wait an extra 5 minutes and that he did not have a choice, but to leave right away and leave the lady behind. Obviously, the lady also has some blame here, I am not going to hide that. However, was 1 hour of your life that important that you literally abandoned a human being in a completely different city? I could go on and on about this, but I've never seen such disgusting human behavior in my entire life. I would highly recommend avoiding because of the awful service, but also to not support a company like that. A number of passengers and myself have written formal complaints to the consumer protection agency.

Our 1 day Tulips festival tour could be enjoyable, But sitting at the rear of the bus, terrible odor from bathroom spoiled our trip! They couldn't [or didn't] do too much about that, and driver even didn't let us to open the hatch on the roof, So we had to stand it! Make sure they don't give you seats at the back, otherwise you won't enjoy your trip.

Not only was he a responsible and knowledgeable person, he was also an outstanding humorist. I fear one day, the renowned Mr.Bean would pale in comparison of his inborn talents. He was the only guide who possessed the ability to make tourists laugh before even saying the joke, utterly not because they didn't understand the language he was speaking and laughed to act as they did... All jokes aside, he really was top-notch and I would highly recommend anyone to take part of his group, thus I bestow upon him, the 5 stars review he deserves :D Also I do realise how cringe this is, but no one is gonna see this so whatever

I just want people to be prevented from the nightmare tours. Based on my experience from 4days tour to New York, this Concord tour has a lot I mean "A LOT" of problems when it comes to "everything". Firstly, our guide who's name was A**x apparently was not able to speak in English nor in French which made many people upset because he could not say things right and properly, and could not understand what people were saying in both English and French(his chinese sounded really good though). Second, we were so unfortured with schedules as well. The guide was not aware of the time at all which lead us not allow to have free day for the last day wihch it supposed to be " free time the whole day" and more importantly, we were late for all the packages such as, (statue of liberty, rockfeller building aircraft... ext.... our guide had no time management. Lastly, being inside of their bus was the most shittiest experience I'vs ever experienced. On the way to New york, it was raining and the water was leaking through the walls and the lady who was sitting where the water was dripping, her cloth were all wet not only that when the temperature was hitting upto -30 the bus did not have heater(when asked to the bus driver, he said it was broken) freezing cold air was leaking through the windows. I remember seeing one lady who was sleeping from the behind the seats, because she was in sleep she didn't notice it but her long hair was flying all over the place.( that was pretty fun to watch actually) Well, people were wearing their coats, mufflers gloves in the bus... and for the people who think i'm just making up stories, believe me, there were many people who took photos inside of the bus where they put tissues, plastic bags to block the wind where the cold air,wind was leaking into the bus.

The tour guide Li Mei is very professional, she can speak Engish, French and Chinese. This is an eye-opening experience for us, specifically the 3D games, Haunted Mansion, Avatar Flight of Passage, Smugglers Run （star war theme), and much more, the spectacle scenes and breathtaking sound effects blur the boundary of real and virtual worlds, present a truly immersive experience. The one improvement is we should book the tickets before getting on the bus, so we can reserve the games to avoid the long long waiting time.

Worst customer service! I called the night before the trip that I cant resume it because i have fever and cough, I also email them. The tour guide was very understanding and told me I should not go if im not feeling well since the trip for 1 day involves a lot of walking. But I called their office the next morning and they said that I cant get any refund or even move the date of my trip. She told me i should inform them 7 days before the trip!! Do I know that I will be sick 7 days earlier?? All in all, my money was wasted for a reason that unfortunately I've been sick to attend a 1 day trip!!
