Just returned from Portugal with Approach Tours and it was AMAZING!!!! The ALL-INCLUSIVE package made everything worry-free from the airport transfers, flights, meals, attractions and assistance with options for free time. All we had to do was pack! The upscale hotels were conveniently located for "free time" exploration and the meals were sensational (you will never go hungry)! The itinerary allowed for sufficient aside from exploring the many wonders of the area. Our guide, Alexandra was FANTASTIC! Her knowledge of Portugal and her story telling ability made the history come alive! She was also EXCEPTIONAL at adapting to the needs of the group. Portugal is so much more than just Lisbon (not to take anything away from the city which we LOVED). However, the rest of the country has so much diversity to offer and it is absolutely safe wherever you travel. We will definitely return to Portugal again in the future as we now have more of a comfort level with the various areas. Thank you Approach Tours. I was privileged enough to join the Croatia and the Balkans Tour with Approach Tours in September. Upon reflection, it was quite an incredible experience, surrounded by open, fun-loving and well-travelled companions. Most importantly, I felt taken care of, always looked after, and it seemed they were always one step ahead of us. Some of my favorites were Korcula, the small island that is known as the original home of Marco Polo - a spectacular Venetian outpost. I would also add Plitvice, which I consider to be a world wonder with its interconnected lakes - truly a unique and bewildering sight. We have recently returned from our African adventure with Approach Tours. We had an intensive and exciting trip, learning from our local guide, Mark, and sharing many experiences with our 16 travel mates. We are hard pressed to choose a highlight, each day brought something new, but driving down the road and seeing elephants wherever you looked was unforgettable! Our Guru, Kosta, was super, always participating, personable and thoughtful! We were well taken care of. Our initial questions about the tour were handled expertly by Daniel, then Julie followed through seamlessly, always available to answer questions with unending patience. From our home pickup, until our driver found us at the airport to deliver us safely home, we had a great time! Thank you, Approach Tours, for the thoughtful gifts-the backpack, water bottles, chargers were all well used and appreciated. Little treats during the trip added to the fun. When I first learned of Approach Tours from a brochure received in the mail, I was very reluctant to commit to the Morocco tour as this company was just getting started and had no online reviews. I have toured as a single with other companies and decided to give Approach a try. That was the best decision that I have ever made. Rather having to pay for meals, excursions and tips not included in the itinerary, Approach covered everything from a limo ride to and from the airport, travel insurance, three meals a day, a spa and all tipping. There was no need to convert your currency to dirhams unless you intended to buy something for your personal use. A company rep (Amelie) met us at the airport to help check us in and spent the entire trip with us 24/7. She was a terrific help in organizing our daily activities and other problems that came up. Our Moroccan quide and driver were top notch and very professional. This was a very well organized trip with good accommodations, excellent food and a chance to visit a country so diverse, historical, safe and friendly. I would recommend putting it on your bucket list for sure. The old saying goes, you get what you pay for and this trip was more than worth it. Well done Approach Tours.

I saw pictures posted by Approach Tours of Morocco on FB and I made a snap decision to book. So glad that I did. Recently returned and had an amazing time, even though I caught a little bug and missed out going to the desert. We had both an Approach guide, Amelie, and a local Moroccan guide, Lofti, very knowledgeable and interesting. It was Amelie's first time in Morocco but she worked to make sure that everyone was taken care of from diet requirements, doctor visits, listened to feedback provided by the travellers and did her best to accommodate requests for that which she had input to i.e. more couscous with meals and a camel ride for me, as I missed out in the desert. It was a small group of 12, which for me was a great, and we all got along well. We covered a lot of ground in 14 days and saw what many would expect to see when visiting this country: medinas, riads, ruins, souks, mountains, cities, desert, ocean and camels. There was a couple days of long drives time spent on the bus getting from 1 destination to another and the roads are not straight in Morocco so you go with the flow (our bus driver Karem was fantastic) with stops along the way organized for photo ops and bathroom breaks. This trip was very memorable and I would go back again.

Our trip to Ireland was extraordinary. The staff at Approach Tours were fantastic always there for us and other people in all situations. If we had a concern it was dealt with immediately. Ireland is a wonderful place and I would reccomend this trip and Approach tours to anyone. Approach is working very hard to make sure everyone enjoys thier time and trip. We even stopped at a location that was not on the adjenda as my wife requested to see the dark hedges. The bus driver was excellent and even though it recommended that busses should not go down the road she did anyway and did a mavelous job turning the bus around. Our guide was also very knowledgeable about his Country and answered all of our questions. It was nice having all inclusive, even tips, made it a very easy was to travel. The adjenda was not rushed and we were provided some free time to shop or visit pubs as well. Great tour.

I have been traveling solo for 15 years and this trip with Approach Tours has been my most memorable. Our group was certainly like family and as for Joe, our guide, to say the least was the kindest and most helpful of all gurus. We enjoyed our meals and free time together and the magnificence of Machu Picchu was beyond my wildest dreams. The Spanish guides were excellent too, and I actually added some words to my vocabulary. My wife and I recently returned from an amazing trip to Morocco with Approach Tours. Morocco is a country of changing landscapes, fabulous food, changing colours and a rich history. Approach Tours did an excellent job of showing and explaining this diversity. Our Approach guru, Amelie, local guide, Lofti and bus driver Karem went above and beyond to make sure all the groups needs were met. Being a small group of 12 allowed us to get in and out of restaurants, hotels, historical sites etc a lot easier and faster than a group of 35-40. The Approach all inclusive concept is the way to go. No worries for the traveller, just relax and enjoy. We have recommended Approach to our friends and we will definitely be travelling with them in the future.

Back a few weeks ago from Croatia. What a wonderful trip! As travel kits, we got nice backpacks filled with little gifts needed for such a trip. Book informed us of everything we needed to know re weather, itinerary, travel tips, etc. We were treated like royalty and even had the opportunity to spend a week with one of the owners of the new company. I'm still bragging about it to friends who may just experience it for themselves. Chauffered to and from airport and best of all, no tips anywhere which is a great relief for all travellers. I toured with Approach to Croatia and the Balkans and thoroughly enjoyed it! I was picked up by Lincoln Town car at my door and taken to the airport and picked up and driven home on arrival back in my city. Another perk was for $100. the airfare from any city in Canada to the take-off city of Toronto is covered. The tour was thorough, covering 4 countries, plus a few islands. An excellent guide accompanied us all the way. She was very knowledgeable and spoke good English. All in all a great adventure!
