Wrong times on the slips. I got home and saw a slip that said I had a package waiting for me at the post office. The slip says they are open until 9pm on Fridays. I decided to walk the half hour walk down to the post office, and when I get there, the doors are locked and it's closed. Now, not only do I have to go out of my way to come back tomorrow, I also have just lost an hour of my time. FIX THE SLIPS TIMES!!!!

Delivery Parcel was shipped and arrived but was rejected by the store owner. That is terrible customer service on the part of Roulfs Travel. They have lost my business!

Roluf's Travel is a great little downtown Belleville gem! It's a postal centre and it's a great place to get your Passport photo. Roluf's is a travel specialist shop and as such a great place to being your vacation planning. When I got my Passport photo, I got a travel voucher for the full cost of the Passport photo! Bonus! They've also got what is probably the largest supply of luggage in the Belleville area now.

1:33pm on a Thursday, I've called the Postal Desk number four times and the Roluf's Travel number and no one is answering the phone. Does anyone work here? [UPDATE] When I finally reached someone, the owner answered and interrupted several times. Very rude and dismissive. Avoid this place.

Twice hey have booked 1 king-size bed instead of 2 double beds. I have arranged transportation with them and to be on the safe side had a friend call them to make sure. My friend was told it wasn't confirmed when l clearly stated l needed transportation from airport. Took travel agent over 24 hours to get back to me. By that point l booked a garenteed driver elsewhere. Not thrilled. My friend and l boy bought clothing from rolufs and they fell apart. My friend hadn't even taken the tag off a 50 dollar blouse that was already coming apart at the seams. Not booking again with them

I don't go there very often but when i do their attitude was very cold. I've a friend who is in a wheelchair he went to the post office to pick up a package and the guy wouldn't open the door for him. So i ended up going with him to pick it up. The guys attitude was very cold towards my friend
