I cannot say enough fantastic things about Ontario Coachway. Both by mother who is in her 80's and myself have used the service to Pearson Airport previously. They go over and beyond to take care of their clients, ensure they are very safe during this pandemic, deep clean their vehicles after each trip, drivers wear masks, are pleasant and at a decent price. When we need them the most, they are there and so very pleasant to deal with. They take care and actually care. Highly recommend this service. :) :) :) :)

Myself and 7 friends did a wine tour with Ontario Coachway last fall and it was great. We set up the stops and they accommodated all of our requests without hesitation! Our driver, Rick, was awesome and lots of fun to have around for the day. Denise and David were wonderful to deal with in advance as well as after our trip. They even arranged to mail me an item that was left on board! I would definitely recommend Ontario Coachway to anyone visiting the PEC/Belleville area and in need of group transportation!

they are great when you can find someone else besides yourself going to Toronto as they want at least 3 going there. It is getting harder and harder to find a way to the airport if your flight leaves at noon

Great Experience with the folks who picked me up at home on the 18th July and delivered me home on the 7th August. I feel bad that Immigration at Pearson delayed us for over 3 hours but Rick was a real gentleman and understood that we needed to get home after all day travel. We were flying in-and-out of CFB Trenton this Christmas and due to our large family a standard taxi would not suffice. I reached out to Ontario coachway Trenton/Belleville office and they were great from the start. They were able to provide us a Sprinter Van with a driver at a prearranged times . The driver reached out to us and kept in contact with us as our flights was delayed a few times and on the way back also contacted us to make sure were good to go. He did his research and made sure we could find a place that we were able to quickly run in to grab a food on the way back to the base at 5 AM. Our driver Rick (same driver both times) was phenomenal, friendly and superior service. We greatly appreciate their service that they provided us especially during covid and followed all covid related Protocols. I highly recommend and will definitely use the service in the future.

That was after driving to the Airport in a snowstorm, and having the pick up time changed multiple times due to flight changes and cancellations before arrival at Pearson. Denise was also helpful and professional with good communication through all of the changes on that stormy Saturday!

Our late night trip home was very quick and smooth despite the weather. I always use Ontario Coachway to get home because VIA isn't available and the personalized service offered is a definite benefit when I'm at the end of a tired day of travelling.

I recently used Ontario Coachways for the first time and it was a great experience. The drivers are very pleasant and courteous. And each trip was comfortable and relaxing. Terrific drivers! My return flight did not arrive until 2:00am but this was not a problem for scheduling a pick up. I recently moved from the Caledon area where we used Airport Limo exclusively, and there was always a limo available upon our return. So to know that this service is available outside the GTA is a blessing, no matter the hour of your departure or return. I am so thankful and will continue to use Ontario Coachways for any future air travel.

4 star for very good service, friendly driver, always on time. A little pricy compare to its competitors. Unfortunate military dropped budget drastically for traveling, I may need to find other travel service in the future if my budget cannot be met.

I needed to get to Kingston from the airport to catch a conference in 2014. I used Ontario Coachway because they offered private airport service. My family was travelling with me, including a one month old baby. When I called them up to book, they were polite and told me that they could help me out. I asked them if I needed to bring my baby's car seat, they asked me how old he was and I said, one month. The girl on the other line said, "no problem, we have car seats available here that you can use." I went ahead with the booking. Day of my travel came and 40 mins before I boarded the plane, they called me to say that they don't have a car seat for my baby. I said, I was told at the time that I booked that they have one and I even told them how old my baby was. The girl on the other line, named Kim, was irritated and told me "Well, it's not our problem. Now, what do you want me to do?" Mind you, I paid these guys $350 to receive this tremendous amount of stress and rudeness. I was extremely disappointed with the way they handled the situation. The only redeeming grace was that their driver was friendly and polite. Nevertheless, this company should train their 'phone operators' on customer service and to not promise anything to their customers.

As a current employee, I have to say working at Ontario Coachway is a lot of fun and very busy! Our friendly and experienced contracted drivers are always professional and courteous to our passengers. We receive numerous calls of praise for the outstanding service that they individually provide on a daily basis from happy customers at our call centre! :) I am proud of the positive representation they continue to provide as ambassadors to Ontario Coachway and I am happy to be part of the Ontario Coachway Team!

Extremely poor service. Still after them for reimbursement. They just don't care . The driver never got me to the airport on time and I ended up having to buy another ticket on another airline . Weather was bad that night but I personally called driver the night before asking if maybe he should come even earlier to pick me up but he said no .Any Canadian knows if it rains in Canada in winter it usually freezes especially in the middle if night . If the weather is bad this company is not trustoworthy!!! Cost us an extra $360. Not a campy camper .

Nothing the matter with the ride itself but the pick-up spot at Toronto International Airport was absolutely awful. No room for drivers to manoeuvre, far too many pickups there and it was a complete free-for-all. Highly stressful and after waiting for over 2 hours for my luggage, it was not what I needed. I texted the driver that I was going to stand at an illegal pickup spot, and he picked me up there.

This was a hectic time as I was moving my mother to live with me, the drive was to the airport. A 4:00 am pickup was made on time and we were even able to share with a military person thus reducing our cost. Thank you for the great service that made this trip so easy for us!

Our wine tour was awesome and our driver was a great tour guide. Fran helped with the planning as we are not from the area. She even suggested a great place to stop for dinner before taking us back to our hotel. We were picked from Via rail Belleville as we travelled from Toronto, dropped back off and all to suit our schedule. Definitely recommend if you want to be taken care of!! Helpful and easy to work with.

Great service! We were traveling home from Pearson airport. Our driver sent us a text message as we were waiting for our luggage and we were picked up within minutes of checking into the counter for pick-ups. Our driver, Rick, was a great driver and accommodating with handling our luggage and bringing it right to my front door. We were very pleased to have a safe, private, and efficient way to get home from a great holiday. I would definitely hire them again as I won't drive to the airport on my own.

Terrible service for seniors. We had five passengers in a small van. Three were seniors. There was no step stool to assist them with getting in the van so each struggled quite a bit to get in and the driver was no help. Also, there wasn't enough room for luggage, even though we each only had 1 medium sized suitcase. Because the luggage area was full, a walker was put in with the passengers, leaning against one of the passengers the entire trip from the airport. Not only was it uncomfortable for the woman, it was unsafe. The driver drove between 90 kph and 125 kph on the 401. I never want to go in a vehicle with this driver again and I will have second thoughts about using this company in the future. I tried to reply to your comments below but there was no place to put them. So to respond, I could see the speedometer by leaning forward over the right shoulder of the passenger in front of me. As well, I know the walker was leaning on a passenger because it was my mother it was leaning on. Had the driver slammed on his brakes, the walker would have gone forward. It's too bad the other passengers didn't give you the truth in their responses, or perhaps they were just happy to put the experience behind them.

Anyplace that picks me up at my door, takes me to airport, then back to my door deserves 5 stars. i use them quit often for work. The drivers are professional, friendly, safe and reliable. I don't have to worry about driving, the road conditions or parking. Its all taken care of. Will use them again for my my next trip.

Update: Hi Dave, After reading your reply to my review, I was not only shocked but a little upset with the false statements made within your reply. There was never a change in passengers and between Friday and Tuesday, there were a total three phone calls made. There was one call on Friday between myself and Denise where I gave her our wedding date, number of passengers and we discussed the pricing for the two buses. The end of that phone call was a confirmation of Denise sending me the contract. There was a strand of exactly 5 emails with questions, but sometimes questions are a part of being a customer. As a consumer looking to rent or purchase a service for such a special day, I feel it necessary to have every aspect clear and confirmed before moving forward with hiring a business. I should not be spoken down to for being thorough. With regard to your contract, the clause that I was not comfortable with and requested clarification on reads “Ontario Coachway reserve the right to substitute vehicles of comparable type and seating numbers based on availability on the day of charter.” This clause makes absolutely no reference to “…the need to switch out any vehicle on the basis of safety or mechanical concerns” as per your statement in your above reply. If this is what that particular clause is referencing, I highly suggest that a clarification be added into your contract in order to avoid any future confusion as the current clause is extremely vague and can be left to interpretation. Finally I am extremely disappointed in the fact that shortly after I wrote this review, you felt it necessary to seek out my Google Business page which has no connection to this situation or review whatsoever and spitefully write a 1 Star review when we in fact, have never done any real estate business together. If nothing else, the spitefulness and illegitimacy that you have shown by writing a fake review truly speaks for itself. Google Review is there for customers to share their personal experiences with a company. I simply shared my experience. ..................... ***CAUTION***This company has terrible customer service! Take caution when booking with them. I spoke with one of their representatives this past Friday and got a quote for two coach buses we were going to rent for our wedding. I told Denise we would like to move forward with using their company and she told me she would send over a contract for me to sign and email back on the following Monday as they are closed on weekends. She took my personal information and my credit card info and assured me that I could sign and return the contract to them on Monday. On Monday, I sent the contract back to them first thing in the morning but got no confirmation email, no reply, nothing. I called the company to confirm the receipt of my email and to clarify a few clauses they have in the contract, and was told Denise was busy and I needed to leave a message so she could call me back. No phone call. This morning, I get an email saying that they have already booked one of the coach buses that was supposed to be on hold for me!!! READ THEIR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! There is a clause in their contract that says they can, at any point, change or swap out the vehicle you originally rented, so on the day of your event you could end up with a completely different type of vehicle and have no say in the matter. For a wine tour it might not be so bad, but for something like a wedding, it would be awful to book a coach bus, and end up with two minivans or another combination of vehicles! Their lack of communication, and common courtesy is outrageous and I would take caution when booking with them - pretty sketchy way to retain new business.

My trip to Oshawa for international flight covid testing clearance was scheduled smoothly. I prepaid the trip and knew there will be no refund in case of no showing, and in case of changes day or time my request will be accommodated with certain extra charge applied. However, when my appointment at the pharmacy was rescheduled and I tried to do same with my trip, the other person on the phone wasn't sympathetic and sounded almost relieved. My bitter feeling is just about reaction of the customer service representative. At the end, I had great time with friends helping me do this round trip to Oshawa at the day and time when needed, and would prefer do it this way in the future. If no one will be available - I may be back to Ontario Coachway.

I called to cancel my private car reservation shortly after making it by phone as I have found a more affordable means of transportation. This was two days before travel and the agent confirmed that my reservation has been cancelled and my credit card was not charged yet anyway. However the night before travel they called me to say there was no record of cancellation and the card has already been charged. At that point they gave me two options, either 50% fee to cancel or to keep the reservation as is. Apparently my reservation was not cancelled as I requested two days ago and I was stuck with using their service. Very unprofessional tactic and you should avoid them.

Excellent service from booking to delivery at Pearson Airport. Driver was great and didn't even get upset when we found the 401 closed in both directions. He hardly batted an eye and hopped on a side road and got us to the airport on time. We even had time for a quick pit stop halfway from Kingston. Would highly recommend and I will be using their services in the future!

Service worked great on the way to the airport, but on the way home, after a 3.5 hour wait and confusion about luggage that was pre-booked, we finally left the airport on the return trip. I won't be booking the service again for an arriving flight.

I have used this service many times over the years both as shared rides and private service depending on what is available at the time to meet my flights. The vehicles are always clean and the drivers friendly. Given that from Pearson to my home is a little over 2 hours it helps to have some friendly conversation to pass the time. Andrew, my driver this trip, was a prime example of this. Great to see some things haven't changed for the worse in this pandemic era...
