Got extra educated, got insurance I needed anyway and the price was a little less than internet. BUT a lot easier. Advice you can't Google for. Done and DONE.

Traveling can create many challenges from a need to change flights, re-arrange schedules, or clarify accommodations. Erin was up for each challenge. I want to give a shout out to Kevin who works their at the Cameron st location. It's the second time he helps us booking hotels from gift cards that we had. We are not so fortunate to pay lots of money for trips but Kevin did a very good job helping out on both occasions.

I get that covid threw them off but they did not have good communication both with us the client and internally within their own offices. We had a terrible time trying to get in contact with people from their offices and even when we did they wouldn't always fallow through with sending us the information they said they would. We ended up having to go through the insurance company ourselves to get the paperwork we needed to file our claim after their office stopped responding to the insurance company, letting our claim expire and the waiting period to start all over again. I would not recommend them.

(Translated) I went to this agency for a trip for 5 people to Florida. I had a lot of confidence in the person who served me because of his years of experience with this agency. She reserves a house for us, the plane tickets with the Van for 28 days. She emailed me to tell me that the insurance for the Van was $ 650 american but if I wanted I could check with my insurance for a better price so also if I decided to take out insurance with them I should send her the driver's no with the driver's license information. I do what she tells me, I check with my insurance and they can't do anything for me. I decide to take out insurance with the agency so I send her my driver's license information, I arrive in Florida to look for the car and I had to sign an insurance contract in the amount of $ 1550.american (2135.20 $ canadian) otherwise I did not have the Van. I contacted the Bathurst agency and she forgot to tell me that I had to pay the insurance before If she had told me we would have paid it for sure. I had booked with a judgment agency to avoid this kind of misunderstanding. (Original) Je suis allée à cette agence pour un voyage pour 5 personnes en Floride.J avais bcp confiance en la personne qui m a servi à cause de ses années d expérience avec cette agence.Elle nous réserve une maison , les billets d avion avec la Van pour 28 jours. Elle m envoie un courriel pour me dire que l assurance pour la Van était de 650$ american mais si je voulais que je pouvais vérifier avec mon assurance pour un meilleur prix.Aussi, si je décidais de prendre l assurance avec eux je devais lui envoyer le non du chauffeur avec les informations du permis de conduire. I would leave less than 1 star if I could. Do yourself a favor and not book with Harveys Travel. They lie and make promises that they can not keep. We booked our down south wedding through them and had numerous problems. We paid for upgraded rooms that were closer to the beach that we did not get, nor did I get any of the vouchers that the bride and groom that we should have. Should have received a $400 voucher but they did not provide that either. Our group never even received our tickets on time and had to fight with the travel agent to get them, we ended up getting our tickets less than 1 week before we left. Very unprofessional customer service and I will never deal with them again. If you read this take your business to Legrows or Sell Off.
