Hello to all who read this review. I have dealt with Eleanor from Vision Travel on many occasions and I can easily say that she is the most reliable, punctual, informative, gracious, professional travel agent I have ever worked with. We had several issues to deal with when Covid-19 happened where we had to cancel several trips which included all the flights, hotel stays and shuttle/excursion bookings. Each booking had it's own issues, especially the flights which were insured but we had to fight still to get our refunds. One of the refunds was just received this past July after waiting from April 2020! Eleanor was there from the beginning to the end and we are still dealing with some of the remaining issues and Eleanor is STILL working with us. I would refer Eleanor to my entire networking circle without hesitation. I know Eleanor will come through and make sure your trip is worry free. Enjoy your trip knowing that Vision Travel has everything under control:)

Eleanor is a true professional. She helped myself and my bridal party plan my Bachelorette in Tulum, Mexico. She was very patient and professional. My group had a lot of different needs and she was attentive to each of those needs and accommodated us all. Anytime we had a question, she took the time to investigate and get back to us with a thorough answer, and in the end, she put together the perfect trip that worked for the entire bridal party even though it wasn't always easy! Unfortunately, we did not get to travel because a little virus called CoViD-19 shut the world down in the month prior to our trip - but Eleanor continued to guide us all through the cancellation process and was still available for us even after the trip was cancelled! I look forward to working with her again in the future and hope to finally take that trip to Mexico!

My sister and I had the fortunate experience of having our Italy trip arranged by Eleanor. The itinerary she planned for us was beyond amazing and met our every need and more. The tours she booked for us in Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Sorrento, Amalfi Coast and Rome were wonderful and exciting. The hotels she reserved for us were all lovely and in the best locations. She arranged every detail including train tickets and even supplied us with a detailed list of shopping, restaurants, and basic Italian vocabulary. Rob and I thoroughly enjoyed the wine, food and the guidance from Eleanor Dath from Vision travel during the Zoom wine tour through Spain. We definitely put the covid fatigue aside for one night as we had Tapas prepared by Bacio Trattoria in barrie and I believe Trent from Wine journeys chose the wine pairings and it was all quite lovely. I can’t wait to do this again.. hopefully not over zoom..lol I will definitely go to Eleanor when travel opens back up.
