have used tripcentral now about 6 or 7 times , never a hitch anytime agents are awesome, one time within 20 minutes of booking an agent phoned the house to say she found a supersaver room for the family that saved us $300 on the cost of the trip also one time in vegas the check in counter told us we needed to pay some sort of resort tax each person which i paid in advance, i called their tripassist line and it was sorted out within the hour sorry i dont have specific names of people to deal with, but we havent encountered one who wasnt a pleasure to talk to love their website as well, you can go to classic vacation grid and see all the resorts with all the months and compare prices easily keep up the good work!!!

Regards, Jim & Irene HERE IS THE RESULT OF OUR VACATION EXPERIENCE AT COFRESHI! It would appear that the resort was not as presented by Trip Central. I am pursuing this with Transat as I definitely feel we were given information that was dubious at best! NO HOT WATER for 10 days, sewage smells around the complex, a limited few staff actually spoke and understood English. The stairs to the lobby/buffet meals were 73 steps from beach not including the flat areas! My wife had to get a cane to get around! As seniors we did not appreciate the staff putting 21 Queens University students to surround our room for 5 or 6 nights. We do like to sleep at 1, 2, 3 and 4 o'clock at night, strange as that may seem! There are other issues, but I am sure you will get the message. We will definitely not be back!

This was my first time booking a vacation here. Much better to do in person instead of online. I received the best service I have had with a travel agency and the agent Teresa Gates. She's very nice and helpful will use her and this place again providing nothing goes wrong with my vacation in April lol. But I think it will be just fine, can't wait to get to Jamaica, Mon Merry Christmas.
