Live that they have the total price for all with taxes as child rates vary at hotels, so that makes it a lot easier when weeding out what’s in your price range. How many times can I recommend Bobby-Jo? Cause I would recommend her every time! My family and I wanted to go on a nice trip because it was my sister's 40th, my 30th and my sister and brother in law's 19th anniversary all within a week! Big things to celebrate. I reached out to Bobby-Jo as she was recommended to me. I've never used an agent before, so wasn't sure what to expect. Needless to say, she was SO amazing and accommodating and was able to get us exactly what we all wanted. It wasn't easy - we only had one specific week we could all travel so the dates were locked, and we also needed to fly out of 2 places (1 from Calgary, 4 from Winnipeg). I was trying to arrange everything but when you have multiple people going, it can be tough. Bobby-Jo was nothing but patient with us while we all gathered our replies and got back to her. When the final destination was decided, Bobby-Jo even stayed after her work hours while we gathered all our info so that we wouldn't miss out on that price! She was always super fast to reply or call, had all answers to any info we requested and was very quick and accommodating! And of course always extremely polite (and funny!). If you need an agent - give Bobby-Jo a call, you won't be disappointed. Thank you Bobby-Jo, we all had such an amazing time and will definitely be messaging you again for our next one!!

The service I experienced at the sell off location was perfection. All staff were friendly professional and knowledgeable, the office itself was very clean and bright and inviting. My travel supervisor's name was Ashley Stamp and she was phenomenal. Very efficient, personable, extremely patient and knowledgeable and meticulously detailed. She made sure we knew all of our options including little extras like the Mobay VIP experience and Elite plus, which was well worth the extra cash. Once we arrived and realized what the VIP experience included we were immediately grateful. Ashley followed up with us after our trip and also worked with my now fiancé to arrange a beautiful sunset dinner on the beach beforehand and was in touch with the hotel to ensure everything was going according to plan. She really took the extra step and we cannot recommend or praise her enough. We will be travelling again for our wedding in April 2019 and we will be booking through Ashley Stamp Selling Supervisor at Sell Off Vacations.

I explained to her what type of vacation I was looking for. All inclusive, 4 stars or better, great beaches with good food for one person as I would be travelling alone. After 2 weeks I didn't hear anything so I emailed her and she responded saying she was sick. She said she would send me info after the weekend. Went in with a few friends to book an all-inclusive in the Dominican Republic. The agent, Ms. Rowsell, was able to find and offer a better package in 20 minutes than I had been able to find in 3 days of searching online. Despite a rather rocky couple of months in the exact composition of our group she has been understanding and helpful, transparent with price demands and what to expect. This has taken a lot of guess work out of the process and for that we are fortunate. Selloff is a Westjet company so at least you know you'll be paired with one of the more reputable airlines too, and they are able to tap into the network of Westjet reps and resources on the resorts.

Originally booked our trip online, but when I couldn’t get through on the phone to cancel (when the government advised against international travel) I went to this location and talked to Don. He was great. There was a lot of uncertainty surrounding travel when we cancelled, but Don took great care of us and made sure we were able to get travel vouchers from the tour provider for a future booking. Would highly recommend a visit here for your vacation needs.

She called Air Canada and had this error (on my part) corrected without any additional fees from AC. We just returned from a 7 day all inclusive at the Riu Emerald Bay in Mazatlán Mexico The weather was good with no rain just a lot of sun. The ocean waves were crazy high and very strong the whole week there. The Resort is very nice and very clean !!! The staff were great !!! The food was Fantastic and the daytime activities were all lot's of fun. The BIGGEST complaint was the ZERO night time entertainment. Lacking in all around entertaining shows. Too much just sitting around and looking at large screens. We have booked a few trips with Sunwing agent Holly D. She is always very helpful. *****

I pulled up the vacations on my phone and needed assistance with booking flight's....she flat out refused to help, made rude comments made fun of us calling us kiddies and calling me "hunny" then practically shoved us out the door.

As frequent flyers, we have had now 3 trips since March 2020 canceled due to COVID19. All trips have been paid for in full and are now sitting as a voucher. 1 of those trips are supposedly being refunded (air fare only) but we have been waiting since May. We have made countless upon countless phone calls to airlines directly and Sell Off Vacations where we purchased all our tickets from. Bev Young as so far been the most helpful, respectful, responsive, timely agent we have ever dealt with!! Our flight got cancelled last night for unknown reasons flying to Florida next Saturday. We have important work to do and had to scramble to find another flight. Only American Airlines now is showing flights from Toronto to Florida with connection each way. Bev Young made this process very simple for us within 30minutes of us calling. We communicated this afternoon and she would always respond within minutes and go out of her way to help us ensure we have everything we need and ensured us our cancellations do have vouchers waiting for use. We only wish to find out what the status is from Air Canada on our air fare refund(again purchased with Selloff) which we have been promised and documented both with Selloff and Air Canada That a refund is pending. We are told 8 weeks—this has been since May. If someone can help us expedite that would make our day! Thanks again Bev Young for your help. We have your information and will be only contacting you for all our future trips. Thanks

We stayed at the San Marino Hotel and the location was great as it was central to restaurants and the ocean. The hotel itself was clean but rather tired. We understand that it is under new ownership and they are updating the facilities. The shower was hot and had lots of pressure. After a day at the beach that was important. Kara tried everything but the resort was totally booked for the whole month. She made other suggestions in Jamaica but none appealed to us. I never was able to get registered on the Sun Wing web site as it said my email address was not a valid email. This non valid email address is the same one you just emailed me on and I have been using for 10 years. On check in there was no one from Sun Wing the to assist with check in as it was needed because the front desk did not have our room assigned for what we paid for. They told me to come back at 9 am with my invoice to prove what type of room I had paid for. It took from 9AM ro 5 PM to get our room key. When finally at 5 someone in authority got involved. Other issues; food was terrible really terrible mostly slop. Locked out of our room three times Charged for a phone call we never made Told there was free wi fi there were hot spots just use your rm # and last name. Got to our rm found there was wi fi must be one of the hot spots? Put in password rm # and last name as password and it connected. As it turns out 4 days later we were being charge $5 a day. That the only hot spot was in the bar. Got lied to by hotel staff getting a free Wi Fi it was a time share scam couldn't get out of it for 3:1/2 hours. Started with going to the buffet to have breakfast with the con man we said we already had breakfast he said you have to go and he eat breakfast while we watched and then he said tip the waiter. Front desk said we have to give up our wrist bands at 12 noon on checkout day even if our shuttle to the airport doesn't come unti 8:30 PM. Called Sun Wing they straightened it out How many people get jerked around? Plane was 4 hours late for the 2 midnight departure. Didn't get out until 4 AM. There was no notification from Sun Wing that our plane was late and that our pickup time was changed. Saw a Sun Wing rep at 11 PM down at the bell hop station he never came up to the lobby to see us and advise. We asked him what was happening he said he doesn't know anything just waiting for the bus There is more but this should be enough to keep people away from here. Gary Keena
