Booked a bachelor party to Cancun through Hay's that was cancelled due to Covid. Air Transat were dragging their heels on giving us a refund. Gord worked tirelessly to get us our money back. Communicating regularly. I will use them again.

Had a group trip booked through Hay's Travel and unfortunately, COVID-19 hit before we could leave. Air Transat was taking a long time to refund us but Gord was relentless in trying to get our money back. Today, I have all my money back, including a hand written letter from Gord apologizing, which he did not need to do as it was not his fault but it is still very appreciated.

They do not care about you once you are on holiday. Our flight was cancelled due to storm we couldn't reach Hays by phone email or Twitter. Completely abandoned. Had to pay for another nights stay food drink and transport. Still haven't heard back.
