Do not book on their website. The date calendar kept refreshing causing my reservation to book in the wrong month. When I contacted SkiBig 3 they were unsympathetic and charged me for a stay which I did not want or use even though I went ahead and booked for the original date that I wanted. The people operating the office seem to all be from the UK, they don't seem be at all familiar with North American standards of customer service. After this experience, I will never book through them again! Beware when booking through this website.

Friendly staff but poor quality equipment. I had to exchange my snowboard after 1 day because it was just too beaten up to ride. Find somewhere else to rent your gear!

Incredibly simple process. Rented my skis and jackets from them while I was at Banff. Went to the store the day before to get everything fitted and they delivered the stuff to my hotel receiption desk that night. Had to extend my ski rental for a day but could go to the store in time. Ended up just going to the store after that extra rental day to pay for it. No hassle at all. If you are skiing in Banff for the first time or don't have your own equipment, highly recommend! Use their website, it's cheaper and lots selection.

I got a good deal on a complex package. The purchasing experience could be a bit easier. I made mistakes a few times because I was going to start skiing the day after I checked into the hotel, and while there was probably a way to fix it, it seemed easier to just start over. So pay attention to details as you fill everything out the first time. If it was easier to correct mistakes in start dates, I probably would have given five stars.

Good customer service but I definitely do not their package of 3 days out of 5 days of ski lift. When I saw the prices on the resorts I realized the savings were minimal... with their package you pay ~USD 93 / day of lift... buying directly from the resorts the cost is ~USD 96 /day and they offer multiple discounts... i.e. store is good, customer service is friendly but is not a good deal if you are looking to save in your lift tickets

Being from the U.S. our trip could have been a very stressful experience with all of the Covid restrictions on the border put in place. Instead through SkiBig3 it was the exact opposite. They were responsive throughout our entire trip planning process which dated back to February of 2020 before the border was closed until this December when we finally got to go. They frequently updated us to make sure that our trip went as smoothly as possible. Between the Banff Airporter getting us to the airport in a timely manner and our SkiBig3 Lift Tickets being delivered right to our hotel to pick up when we checked in, our trip was better than we could have possibly hoped for! Thank you for your entire team's help!

Absolutely no compensation for this season due to Covid. Lost 1/3 of the season, and their solution was to get a discount for next year. What about this year? Though I am not one of them, there are tons of travellers who come for a ski season, and they'll get nothing for losing the season. Sent multiple emails before getting a response.

I paid over $130 each for 2 one day passes. Had I known it wouldn't be possible to ski at more than one place in one day because of their lack of frequent transportation, I would have just purchased cheaper tickets directly from one of the resorts. We spent maybe 1 1/2 or 2 hours at Sunshine, then tried to get to Lake Louise for at least an hour but then the shuttles and buses didn't get us there in time. We ended up paying $250+ AND another $160+ for rentals, for about 1 hour of skiing. I was extremely disappointed- even in tears at one point because we came all the way to Banff and spent hundreds of dollars to enjoy a full day of skiing and it did not meet our expectations at all. Although the employees in the office were nice, they couldn't even help us with the shuttle situation. It was a complete mess.

I would strongly recommend everyone to not buy their refund option. It is 99$ waisted. Last season I injured myself pretty badly so I could not go skiing for another year. Even though I gave all the info they asked for (medical documents, several doctors statements, receipts, forms, pictures etc.) I still did not get any money back. I had been skiing a total of 17 days but after a lot of emails back and forth they said I did not qualify for a refund since I had been skiing more than 13 days. I ended up paying over 1800$ on my SEASON PASS and got back nothing because the DAY PASS where more expensive per day than the total of my season pass. This makes absolutely no sense. I just want to spread awareness of this so no one makes the same mistake as I did. Stay safe and enjoy the snow!:)

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY FOR BIKE RENTALS! This company rented me a defective bike which resulted in injury. They refused to admit they were at fault and wouldn't issue a full refund. They obviously care more about $$$ than the well being of their customers.
