You pass the talk of the high season and the impossibility of changing it (even if such a bus is inadequate for the type of tour carried out), but what has indisposed is the denial of what ALL the tour participants complained about, primarily the guide and then to the various agencies. Alle lamentele receptour ha risposto che quanto lamentato non era vero e che comunque, essendo alta stagione, non ci sarebbe stata la possibilità di un bus sostitutivo. Passi il discorso dell'alta stagione e dell'impossibilità di cambiarlo (anche se un bus del genere è inadeguato al tipo di tour effettuato), ma quello che ha indisposto è il negare quanto lamentato da TUTTI i partecipanti al tour in primis alla guida e poi alle varie agenzie.

(Translated) I have just completed, with my wife, a trip with Receptour (Eastern Canada). Nothing to complain about the guide. Regarding the absolutely negative hotels the sheraton in Montreal, modest rooms, poor room cleaning and following my recommendation Receptour simply apologized via guide. Last day, although a b & b was planned, reciptour refused to have a box breakfast prepared by the hotel in Toronto (since we left the room at 5 am) claiming that this request had to be made before the tour starts (this despite that Italian travel agency, from which I bought the trip, had informed us that the breakfast box would have been due). Barely acceptable meals or dinners (in the tour there were also 4 days out of 8 of only b & b). Traveling on honeymoon, although communicated by a travel agency, no particular attention from the hotels we stayed in. --------------------- With reference to the response received and reported below, I specify that Receptour knew, from the moment the trip was signed, our departure time and regarding the breakfast box we were accused by the guide of having stolen the package from another couple . I forgot to warn any future participants that upon arrival, on the first day, only a pick up service (driver) is guaranteed but there is no guide waiting for you on the first day, either at the airport or in the hotel, which is unusual compared to others tour operator. (Original) Ho appena concluso, con mia moglie, un viaggio con Receptour (Canada est) . Nulla da eccepire sulla guida. Riguardo gli hotel assolutamente negativo lo sheraton di Montreal, camere modeste, pulizia camera carente e a seguito della mia segnalazione Receptour si è semplicemente scusata tramite guida. Ultimo giorno, benché fosse previsto un b&b, reciptour si è rifiutata di far preparare da albergo di Toronto un box breakfast (poiché abbiamo lasciato camera alle 5 del mattino) sostenendo che tale richiesta andava formulata prima inizio tour (questo nonostante che agenzia viaggio italiana, da cui ho acquistato viaggio, ci avesse comunicato che ci sarebbe spettato il box breakfast) . Pasti o cene appena accettabili (nel tour vi erano anche 4 giorni su 8 di solo b&b). In viaggio in luna di miele, benché comunicato da agenzia viaggio, nessuna attenzione particolare da parte degli hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato. --------------------- In riferimento alla risposta ricevuta e di seguito riportata, preciso che Receptour sapeva, fin dal momento in cui è stato sottoscritto il viaggio, orario nostro di partenza e riguardo il box breakfast siamo stati accusati dalla guida di aver sottratto il pacco ad un'altra coppia. Mi dimenticavo di avvertire eventuali futuri partecipanti che all'arrivo, il primo giorno viene garantito solo servizio di pick up (autista) ma non vi è, il primo giorno, nessuna guida ad attendervi né ad aeroporto né in albergo, cosa anomala rispetto ad altri tour operator.
