We had Marcy as a guide she was excellent great at explaining and always making sure everyone has a good time. Out of all the rafting expeditions I’ve did this one definitely focused the most on safety and customer service. They really put our experience first! They went out of their way to make sure we were warm, had fun and that the process was seamless. Only point of feed back is that I felt the exciter wasn’t that thrilling. We were nervous based on the description to sign up for the more extreme one but the exciter didn’t feel as challenging as we thought it would be.

If you're looking for a great white water rafting experience then I would strongly recommend Wild Water. It's a super organized and well run business with an incredible team. Carlos was our river guide and he kept us excited and comfortable the whole way down. He also has training well beyond what's needed for the kicking horse river tours. I know that I was in good hands having him as my guide. Thank you for an awesome experience. I would definitely recommend and will be going again!!

Absolutely amazing experience! The guides were beyond friendly and did an excellent job of explaining the safety in a way that didn’t make it seem scary. They were very good about answering questions. The company provided all the gear needed and it was very clean and sanitized. Killer company and amazing people! Definitely recommend this group!

Beautiful place to go, never seen water as blue. Very colourful area, blúe of water, greens of trees, colours of surrounding mountains. Anyone artistic, as I myself am, would find lots to spark the imagination. My pics made onto tapestries, lovely reminders of fantastic holidays.

The guides were hilarious and very informative. They gave us all the help and safety information we needed, and made accommodations for my girlfriends asthma. We had so much fun, the river was fast even in the driest part of summer. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Amazing staff and an amazing day trip! The entire day us full of events and the guides try to go above and beyond to make the experience and great one for everyone. The pontoon boat ride at the end was also excellent. I was only disappointed with not getting access to my photos online. But other than that, I highly recommend them.

This was a bit of a spontaneous adventure, and it turned out to be the best time I’ve had in ages! Super easy to find, friendly faces (Landon and Jess were super pleasant and welcoming), instructions were easy to follow and honestly, it was not scary at all! Though, it was ice cold, and I was floored that the wetsuits, along with heaps of warm gear was all provided. Big Andrew was our guide and he was awesome. Really knew how to steal the boat to soak us properly. Not one person got off dry, job well done! I’m coming back again for this. Well worth the money.

We went with our 10 and 8 year old in the rain. We had a great time! Our guide, Matt, was fantastic. Rafting in the rain is the perfect way to use a rainy day. We all loved the experience. They provide everything you need. We recommend it highly!

Wow!! What a great day! We had a wonderful time (2 adults & 2 teenage girls). Staff were brilliant from beginning to end. We ran the Traditional trip as middle-aged, out of shape, first timers and were really impressed with the amount of care, instruction and practice Josh took with us. The waters were running med/high so we had a pretty wild ride through the Shotgun. Thanks for the amazing memories! We'll be back.

We had such an amazing experience. Our tour guide Ben was fantastic. This was our first time white water rafting and had so much fun. If you are in the area it's definitely worth the trip out here. Staff was great and we were well taken off. all you need to bring is a swim suit, towel and change of clothes and they take care of the rest. As a first timer we did the exciter run we were nervous at first especially that it has at least one class IV rapid, but after we were done we can't wait to go back. Kudos to everyone at Wild Water Adventures!!

Their staff are so kind and very entertaining! They are very hyped and make you excited. We took the generous course (for family) and this route still had couple of rapid points which was really great! One thing i hope they improve is their photography quality. I bought their photo pack for $33ish and most of the photos were blurry and not super sharp.. and the composition wasn’t that great..... other than the disappointing photos everything was amazing. They explain everything from start to end and also does guidance, explaining surroundings and history etc. Loved that part!

It was my first time doing this. I went with my husband and sister in law, they have went before. They said this the best experience they have had with a company. I was super nervous but excited. All instructions were super clear and the instructors/guides we're confident in their own skills but also yours. We had Simon as our instructor and we thoroughly enjoyed him as a person, guide, and etc. He was also quite funny and was very informative of all the mountains. We are excited to do it again and we hope we get Simon again cause he was pure joy

Wild Water Adventures is an amazing company with absolutely brilliant employees. They make you feel right at home, The safety standards are completely up to the mark and the rafting itself is surreal. Our instructor was Andrew and he was the best. Not only made the whole activity fun and safe but had great tidbits about the area and history and ensured that everyone on the raft got to experience the fun. I would definitely be coming back to them again and again.

We came with a pretty mixed group: different ages, experience, degrees of fear and our guides Marci and James made the whole ride so much fun in both boats everyone had the time of their lives. While they take the fear away by making you laugh, they take your safety very very seriously. We would follow these two down a waterfall...thank you for an incredible day.

Danny was our raft leader and made our experience all the more special by being personable, funny, and laid back yet very professional the entire duration of our journey. I initially felt uneasy rafting as it was my first time but I instantly felt comfortable and confident with Danny as our leader. Would highly recommend this tour.

My wife and booked sorta last minute while staying in Banff. We wanted to do something that wasnt the same old shopping or hiking. This was a really good decision on our part. If you feel nervous about flying down a fast moving river, you should. But dont worry too much beacuse you are in great hands. These guides are wonderful people. They seem to know this river like the backs of their hands. Our guide was Juan. Very professional and personal. He was great, thank you Juan for the great experience. You made this trip very memorable. The whole team was great and they seem to have adapted well to the Covid problems. I felt very safe the whole time. I will definitely be back. We did the Gentle trip - two kids 8 and 10 and had a great time. We commented several times to each other how well run the whole show was. There were a lot of people all going out at the same time, but the staff moved everyone along very quickly and efficiently. Marcie was a super friendly guide and everyone enjoyed our float. Sounds like a blast, I have only seen their website though and have not actually been, so, that being said, I can only comment on what I've seen and read on the site, however, it seems very professional and they have decades of experience, so sounds pretty safe as well, definately interested!

Whitewater Rafting was the highlight of our quick trip to the Rockies! It was an awesome and thrilling experience for me at the age of 63 with health issues. I was hesitant when signing up for it since I have mobility issues and was unsure if I was physically capable. However, after reviewing all of the valuable information on the website, I decided to jump at the opportunity to go with my 19 yr old daughter. As always, Mother Nature delivered splendidly despite the smoke and haze in the mountains from the BC wildfires. It was a lovely 45 minute drive from our accommodations in Lake Louise to the Wild Water base camp. However, the exclusive scenery along the Kicking Horse River is an experience like none other! All of the guides at Wild Water Adventures Inc. were amazing! They were totally organized and gave a warm and informative welcome to ease any anxiety or answer questions that we had. Safety was clearly a main priority and our individual needs were attended to before we were even aware we required assistance. Our guide on the river was Mike. He was like a modern day Viking Voyager - adventuresome, inquisitive, strong, willing to take challenges, caring and gave 100% in assisting you in any situation that required his help. Mike was alert and reliable to his clients as well as his team. As we became knowledgeable of our adventure and each other, Mike was eager to entertain us with his quick wit and enthusiasm. Thank you Mike and Team for keeping us safe and giving us a thrilling and memorable ride with Mother Nature.

A group of 4 of us (only 2 had been rafting before) signed up for the "Exciter" but we're upgraded to the Traditional due to small group size for covid restrictions. The traditional includes the "Gentle" which was very family friendly. After we continued on passed the gentle section to the rest of the traditional, I was immediately surprised by what we went through.... This was much more intense than what I had seen before on other rivers. It was so fun and so much excitement. Probably had the best pictures that we ended up buying after as well. Last but not least, we were set up with the guide "Josh", he was super down to earth and knowledgeable. He also was able to keep things light hearted and fun, making sure to get everybody wet. This was the perfect intermediate rafting with enough chill time involved. Thanks from the 4 of us for the great time!
