I was so impressed with the customer service I used to get. I've been working from home for almost a year . They raised my insurance a month earlier and now I'm being charged $60.83 more a month for using my vehicle once a month and total insurance is now over $200.00 a month. I have never been so upset. I asked why it went up and of course no answer. No claims, no photoradars no accidents last ticket was 3 years ago.

Horrid customer service, not only do they hang up on you when trying to dealer with your account, constantly get put on hold....

If i could give less than 1 star i would give it. I switched Insurer to get a more reasonable policy. However, Dominion charges a month in the back which at first seems ridiculous, but i still proceeded. I signed the policy to have the insurance deducted on the 22nd of the month which they completely ignored and deducted the insurance on the 15th of the month. They corrected the date and still proceeded to also deduct payment on the 22nd of the same month. This means 3 payments in one month. Stay far away from this Insurer.

Terrible, you try to negotiate with buy out price on a vehicle that their driver wrote off, & they tell you to take them to small claims court.

Booked a 3day rental car for a 10day repair. Got a guilt trip when I reported the issue saying it was a courtesy to waive my deductible even though they had the other drivers info for a hit and run. Police report says it was not a courtesy and I was lied to for the sake of false customer service
