Best experience ever. My kids weren't interested at first lol but as soon we lifted off the ground, they were so excited, the mountain top was literally heaven. We decided to do this trip every year.

On recommendation from a fellow visitor we booked the 20 minute flight for us and our 2 children (aged 7 and 10). It was the first time in a helicopter for all of us. The pilot was very experienced and cracked jokes to keep us at ease, making the ride a very delightful experience. Our package included a small hike above the tree-line with a beautiful view. They packed snacks and hot chocolate for the kids. An amazing and unique experience, were so glad we did it!

The front end staff were great to deal with, and the location we flew too were great. However after spending and abnormal amount of money for a 20 minute experience the Pilot/Guide was not friendly at all and refused to answer any questions we asked. Simple questions that were not inappropriate or out line for someone to ask at a helicopter tour. As I said overall it was a great experience but the individual we had to spend the most time with and entrust to take us safely to a mountain top lacked customer service and simple politeness.

We booked a heli tour for our wedding photos and the experience was incredible. Booking the tour was easy and quick, they even said we could bring our dogs (we didn't bring them so I can't speak to that, but having the option is cool.) Ralph was a great pilot, we felt very safe despite it being a windy day. He was also very engaging, personable, and knowledgeable while we were getting our photos done. They packed some hot chocolate for us since it was pretty cold in the mountains, so that was a nice surprise. They also had fresh bread waiting for us at the end, another nice surprise, especially after a long day of photos. Overall the heli tour and all the staff were great.

Best experience ever !!! Surprise birthday gift from our kids and took the trip as a family. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment in the air and don’t look at the mountains the same way anymore. First time on a helicopter, checked one off my bucket list :) Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Ralph was amazing with tremendous knowledge of the land and surrounding.

Amazing experience. The pilot was very informative and had some great stories to tell. Will never forget the experience. My fiancé and I have used this company twice and both times have been great. The first time we took a ride to the top of a mountain and touched down. The second time we took a ride into a valley and then hiked to a beautiful waterfall.

We took the snow shoe adventure on Dec. 29th. It was amazing. We have a lot of fun. The fly was a great experience and the view was marvelous. The pilot was very friendly and very attentive. There was a misunderstanding with our tour but they were able to fix the issue with no problem. base on our experience, I recommend this company 100%. We drive there from Calgary taking the road to Banff and Jasper but the Jasper's section was very icy. We drove back to Calgary taking the road to Innisfail it was way better. I think this is the only company that offers snowshoe tours.

First time riding an helicopter and I managed to bring my entire family. Staff was welcoming and warm and we even had the chance to have the chance to be served in french. The tour was breathtaking and our pilot was great at pointing out the sights and he even spoke french as well. We had an amazing time and my dad keep talking about his experience. Definitely a one in a lifetime experience to do and if you are wondering if the 20 minutes ride is worth it, it is !!!!

One of the best experience for everyone of all ages! A must try, Every staff is excellent they will let you feel at home,ull be greeted by Timothy and more staff to accomodate your needs. The 6 glacier tour is magnificent Ralph the best ever pilot who will guide you and show the hidden gems of the rockies, best part too is snowshoeing on top of the mountain with the complimentary hot chocolate and snacks. Will definitely comeback and try more of the winter and summer tours! Love it

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful time. We have travelled to many places and experienced many thrills, but I would dare to say this ride has to be one of our favourites. Who knew it was only 5 hours from our house. Ralph, our pilot, was personable and knowledgeable. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and he went above and beyond to help with it. We will be coming again and recommending this experience to our friends and family.

AVOID THIS PLACE, THERE IS BETTER OPTION FOR HELI TOUR IN THE BOW VALLEY !! If I could, I'd put 0 star. My girlfriend bought a helicopter tour with snowshoeing as a Christmas present last year and we went in March or April this year. The pilot/owner ruined our first experience in an helicopter. He was opinionated, often mentionning conspiracy theories about covid, the goverment and about other thing during the flight. He made fun of my french accent and when I mentionned I work in the hospitality industry, he asked me if that was because I couldnt get any other job!!!! We stopped for snowshoeing and he served us a hot chocolate and add so much bailey to it that it was undrinkable. Back at the camp, the lunch was good and the server was really nice. AVOID THIS PLACE, THERE IS BETTER OPTION FOR HELI TOUR IN THE BOW VALLEY !!

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Rockies Heli. We highly recommend them. Charles was very accommodating and promptly responded to our queries during the booking process. Alex, our pilot, made us felt safe during the flight and this allowed us to enjoy fully the whole experience during the flight and the one hour picnic on the lakeside. One of our memorable experiences this far. And we’d like to add more to it, hence, when we plan for a summer trip to the Canadian Rockies we will look into booking a tour with Rockies Heli again.

These guys know how to run a show. I forgot my wallet a half hour away. Susan and Tim let me and my boy fly now and pay later.....Pilot was great, equipment tip top shape, and they did a last flight of the day for us....Tim even kept my truck running so my dog stayed warm. Great job...and we will be back. Tx

Do it!!! My husband and I did the 30 minute ride with a 1 hour snowshoe session and I will never forget it. We had and amazing time and everywhere you look is stunning views. The staff here is also fantastic. They are all very lively and fun. If you are reading this debating on whether to spend the money seriously sign up and spend the money, it is absolutely worth it!

The current staff is amazingly kind, thorough, and professional. A rescheduling was done due to weather to ensure we had the best experience, and we are beyond thankful for their expertise. Our pilot was skilled, resourceful, and entertaining. The $ is well worth the sights and adventure.

Rockies Heli Canada are amazing! We went to Banff for our adventure elopement which included a private helicopter ride with our photographers for an amazing sunset. Leading up to the day they were prompt and professional in answering all questions. The original plan was for Tuesday June 15/2021 however Mother Nature had other plans with severe thunderstorms. The Rockies Heli team were able to last minute reschedule us for the next day. The helicopter ride was amazing. The views were stunning. The pilot even took us to a second location when it got too windy at our first location. When we arrived back on the ground, they had delicious fresh bread waiting for us to warm up after the cold mountain top! We cannot thank you enough for giving us such a memorable day. When we return to Banff in the future, we will definitely come back for another ride!

Mind blowing experience! We received a package for one hour horse ride, helicopter ride, and lunch. We had a pleasant experience. They provided us with a healthy vegetarian lunch at the top of a mountain, surrounded by mountains, a glacier lake, and a fall.

These guys are fab! My husband and I took a trip with them as part of our wedding day and the whole experience was perfect. Our photographer and dog came along too and our pilot ( so sorry - i'm terrible with names and can't remember who it was!) was amazing! He was on hand with giant parkas and gloves for in between photos (it was rather cold that day!) and even held the dog and bouquet when the weren't needed, really made us feel special even though he must see so many couples on their big day, he truly made us feel like we were the first! An awesome adventure for sure!

The staffs here are life savers! We were trying to drive to Jasper from Banff unfortunately road #93 was closed and we stuck at middle of nowhere - no signal no data half tank of gas… after randomly driving for an hour, we finally found Rockies Heli with lights on! Two staffs there let us in to warm ourselves, and printed us map directions to Jasper and gas station. I can’t imagine if we’ve not met them!

My son and I went on Aug 1. The tour was amazing! Scenery was breathtaking, and even despite the smoke, was able to see everything quite well. Could have done without the political ranting from the pilot though. I get everyone has an opinion, but maybe be a little less vocal about it. Overall, still a positive experience and would recommend.

We booked this as part of our honeymoon! Sean who worked in the office was great to deal with and gave us a call leading up to our day to let us know that the weather was looking bad on Sunday so asked us if he could change our flight date to Saturday instead. The location was super easy to find. Their building is beautiful and they had clean washrooms onsite to use before we headed up for our 20 minute flight and 1 hour hike. I was a bit worried about the hike as my husband has a disability but it was super casual and we went at the pace that worked best for us. Our group meandered around the mountain top area we landed at and took a bunch of pictures there. Ralph, our pilot, was so friendly and made us all feel at ease. He has been flying a helicopter his whole life in a variety of different jobs so the amount of hours and experience he has in the pilot seat is amazing! We shared the experience with a mother and her 2 daughters who even brought cake up for all of us to enjoy at the top of the mountain! It was a really great experience and I'd highly recommend people to "splurge" on this activity if you get the chance to!

One of the best experiences of my life. A true YOLO day. This tour is worth every dollar. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. The ride is breathtaking. Don’t debate making the drive out, you will not regret it.
