Had an excellent experience with booking multiple vacations over the course of the years. Understandably, when I was looking to book a multi country vacation, I was asked to pay a service fee for the research. Research for trips (multiple airfare, car rental, trains, hotels) takes hours of research, which is why I went through an agency to ease the pain... Most people do that and get the info from the agents and then proceed to book all the given info themselves. Makes complete sense why they would require a deposit for the research. Nevertheless, I’ve booked with Margaret and Ewa many times for trips to Europe as well as All-Inclusive and A cruise. I will be booking again with Passport Travel soon!
