DO NOT GO!! I have been ziplining many times in my life and this is NOT worth the money or the experience! The website makes it sound like it's this huge place but they only have 1 line to go down, lasting about 10 seconds, costing you $95! We had to book over the phone with a credit card and once showing up there and deciding not to go, we would still be charged so we just went. Also, the ride up with the bus was a nightmare. He kept on drifting up the hill, almost tipping the bus! VERY UNSAFE! Once again, I repeat myself, DO NOT GO! This is a waste of time and money!

It was my first time zip lining. I had a great time and the staff was very informative and helped me relax prior to zip lining. They have you do practice jumps so you know how to jump off the edge. They also triple check all the harnesses to make sure they are snug. It’s not about heights but it is about flight. I truly felt like it was superhero experience. I would do it again.

I see many people complaining about price, It is a little high, but for how safe and extremely fun and nice the staff are(as well as the awesome bus ride), it's worth it. Has a campsite close to it as well. Had a great time, gonna come back again.

Outrageous prices $160.00 for 2 people and a single run that last no more than 15 seconds. They definitely have their selling game down, makes you think the experience is gonna blow you away, if they mean your money, then its on mark. Avoid!!

We had a great experience with the Zippline! The people, who work there, are so enthusiastic and welcoming. I've read a review about the Zippline that it was too expensive, but for these kinds of activities (zipplining, bungee jumping, paragliding and where there are more risks involved) it's normal to pay a little more than a city tour for example. Anyway, we had a great superman experience. We felt like we were flying and did the single flight twice and one tandem flight. We recommend it to everybody!

It was a great experience being able to fly through the air, but the price is a little rediculous; $125 for a tandem and you only fly once.. not really worth it, they should really considering changing their prices!!!

We had such an amazing time. My 7 year old and 10 year old jumped tandem and alone. The staff talked then thru their fears and made them 100% comfortable and excited to go. Bring a picnic lunch and make a day out of it.

We were there this morning. The were very busy and down staff but the two who were there were absolutely amazing. They drive you up to the launch in a wild bus ride that gets your adrenaline up. The man at the launch was amazing and he coached me the whole way through. He totally made me feel comfortable with the experience. Absolutely amazing. And I would take the wild ride if I do it again ????????????????????????

What a great way to break up the drive to Jasper. Fly like a Superhero! The super friendly and enthusiastic staff make the experience fun, especially if you are nervous. The shuttle ride to the top could be the scariest part for some. Great view and fun for everyone.

Had a great time today on their zipline with my daughter. Terry and Darrel were fun and professional. Those who whine about the price need to understand it in the context of what seasonal attractions in a tourist area cost to operate. The prices are clear, so it's either in your budget, or not. Doing it and then writing a negative review about it seems poor form. We loved it and will certainly go back.

Very rude staff that answered the phone. Didn't even want to think about visiting the place after. Can't imagine what they must be like in person. I tried calling to ask about the rental rates and the guy on the other end cut me off and said they didn't have time to answer my questions. Like if you know that it's going to be busy because of the season, get someone dedicated to customer service. Or just don't be rude maybe ?

Great experience. Crew was fantastic and no pressure. They had very nice dogs, too! Flight is pricy, but was overall worth it. I'm afraid of heights and they made me very comfortable about it. The flight is maybe 20 seconds and the view from the starting platform is great. You basically leap off a roof, but their cable system looked well maintained and they explain and show you everything in detail. Even my 6-year old went with me.

I WAS FLYING like Superman!! This place is AWESOME and absolutely worth the money. There is NO place on Earth like this. You can go bungee jumping for $200 somewhere else but where can you do a FLYING experience like this? I think Jasper is the only place in the world that you can do it and well worth the money. And Alberta has some of the strictest laws in the world with regard to safety. This zip line is connected to a massive metal pole rather than some tree in a jungle somewhere. It's inspected regularly so that means you're safe. The owner has decades of experience and he's the one who actually hooks you up. If this isn't on your bucket list then it definitely should be. It's one of the things you have to do in life!!! FLYING!

It was an amazing fun filled time. You are greated entheusicasticly. The training is fun filled, and the flight instructor is at his best to keep you entertained. When it comes time to make your jump off, he is all professional and if your hesitancy is getting the better of you, his calmness assures you and in no time you are zip lining down.

We stayed at the campsite there on August long weekend. We were worried that there might not be availability as we didn't reserve a site but there was ????. Its right off the highway (you could hear the traffic but not overbearing), still close enough to Hinton that you can wake up and grab Timmy's it's only ~10 minutes away (for all those lovers out there). The campsites were tidy with plenty of available firewood and a view of the mountains. Staff was friendly, was probably the cheaper of places we were looking at which is always a plus! We didn't get a chance to go ziplining, but definitely will when we are in the area again!

This was an amazing experience! I took a group of Rangers (Girl Guides) this past weekend for our initial flight. The owner and operators were so supportive, professional, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I was so frightened to fly, but they talked me through it by explaining exactly what I would feel. They told story after story about others’ successes and made me feel very confident about them and their knowledge. I went first and each girl after me had just as an amazing experience as I had. Go if you get the chance. It is totally worth it!!!

Darryl and the ladies were awesome. They made sure you understood what to do once your in the air. Darryl made sure you understood the tension adjustments. Once you step off the roof you feel free and calm. This is one experience my wife and I took and are glad we did. I would recommend this to anybody going to or from Hinton to Jasper. AMAZING ! So much fun, the staff Darrel and Terry were great as well as Lego the dog. Unlike regular zip lining you actually feel like your flying, as you have full control of your body and the direction you would like to go. Would recommend to anyone !

Amazing experience... very friendly staff.. esp Terry.. she explained sooooo much and very friendly. We actually were convinced to do the zipline because of the way she motivated and explained. The ride itself was amazing and well organized. Only thing we dint like was the duration. They too really long time to prepare for ride. The guy who owns the zipline was amazing too. His bus ride was the besttttt... almost felt like we were on rollercoaster. He was too nice with the kids esp , very patient, friendly and with good sense of humour.. overall fantastic experience.

Total rip off. $75 bucks to go once or $125 to go twice. The total time zipping is like 10 seconds. They also told us pictures would be taken but afterwards they didn't give us any. I've been on other ziplines and you usually get a few different runs in the package. This is cool because you zip horizontally but not worth $75.

I suffer from extreme anxiety surrounding my children (I am a helicopter mom) and felt so comfortable with the safety and professionalism of this place that I let my daughter go alone!! In respect to our appearance and cleanliness - We are usually only available by reservation mid week . You may not have realized that we were closed and working on campground clean-up , painting , and operating equipment when you arrived . . . if we are on site we are always open for business so I am sure myself and my staff were immediately at your service for ziplining . Awesome experience!! It is not $160 for 2 people lol... The system is 1200 feet long but people travel 1500-1800 feet on it, by trolling through center. If you could cover that distance in 10 seconds it would be a record quarter mile time lol

Decided to stop in to break up the trip from BC to Edmonton. On par with other ziplining companies as far as length of ride and the owner does seem to know what he is talking about. That being said, helmets are not sanitized/wiped between runs, the "drifting" in the van for the sake of entertainment is unsafe and the constant sexual innuendo toward my 17 year old daughter ensured we will never return. Save your money if you are looking for a safe enjoyable experience.

Caution: Faster when wet! This place was a blast and both Terry and Darryl were very welcoming, informative and hilarious! We felt appreciated from the beginning and absolutely safe even with the rainy weather! Just took a flight for the second year in a row with my 4 kids and it was amazing. Last year myself and my oldest and youngest daughters took the flight. My oldest daughter suffers from extreme anxiety and depression I would have never in a million years thought she would jump but Darryl was so calm and so reassuring that she did it. And all I can say is THANK YOU with all my heart since she took her first flight she has become a different person. In the last year since her first flight she has met all her fears head on and is actually living and loving life and it all started with jumping off that roof last year. I see people complaining about the price but had I known what it would have done for her before hand I would have paid 10x the price. So thank you Darryl and Terri for changing our lives we will fly every time we are in the neighborhood Sincerely Supeene family **next year mom flys too***

The Pricing is stupid and they expect a group of 11 to pay 35.00$ a person to have a tiny person pull each person up a hill as far as she can and drop us down the line it’s just ridiculous and WAY OVER PRICED. When we found out we couldn’t get a better discount for “the Adventure Line” and that no other zip lines offer “This cheap of pricing for such a good experience” we were expected to pay over 600.00$ for the whole group to go and it would have only lasted what maybe 5 minutes we just left STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DON’T GO!! This Not Happy Man is a Not Happy Dood whose Not Happy With The Prices
