I’m not a person who normally Wright reviews. But I think this place has to shut down. I called on Thursday as I needed information on tickets but this girl said leave your number with me and I will call back but no one did so I called back again on Sunday she said it again leave your number and I will call back so I told her u said the same thing before but u never did so she said she will call me she called me after one hour and she was so so so rude, I can’t even explain. Wore customer service, no manners at all. I hope the owner of this business should read this and fire this girl. Worse experience of my life.

I went there today ,told them that I visited their office the other day as well ,one of the staff members an elderly lady was not professional at all.I asked her if the flights are running from different routes .She asked if you want to book right now as we can't just tell the prices and we will only let you know if you are booking right now .Making me feel that I am not valued or I am just asking price to waste their time .And she said nobody will tell you just the prices the way you are shopping around .I was thinking will go for booking our tickets with them but won't do it now specially after today .

Heard on Red FM that they offer good prices on tickets, but actually they are nothing but the crooks and thieves. They gives you wrong information and trap you, once you pay the fare you regret. Don't ever go to them. Jas is one of the RUDE person I ever met in my life. I would suggest book your tkts online and avoid this if you can.

One of the worst and literally liars. I was in a rush to buy tickets for India due to medical reasons. I surfed various web sites, which were giving some absurd prices due to late November timing. I went to their office in Edmonton and was given reasonable price, or so I thought. As I had a kid ticket (9 years), I asked for any discount for that. I was clearly told that as the kid has crossed nine years there will be no discount and each ticket will be $xxx. I was not sure whether cut-off is 12 years or has changed. I agreed to pay the total as 3x$XXX. It was @ 2:30 pm MST and I requested to block it till next morning so that I can confirm our plans with relatives in India. I was told that they can't do it and I have to buy the tickets the same day before 5 pm, as the office was closing that time. As I couldn't lose time, I called the relatives in India at 4 am and confirmed our plan and confirmed buying of the tickets over the phone. When I checked my credit card statement, one ticket was charged @ $300 less than what these guys charged (4 separate transactions - 3 for each ticket going to Air Canada and one for the agent itself, but my total remained the same.) When I checked with them and asked to refund me the difference due to kid ticket discount, they didn't responded well and was directed to check with the Calgary office. I have left message almost two months back and no response yet. I think I have given enough time and will start taking other actions – going to BBB, consumer forums and other social networks. NEVER GO TO THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPLORED OTHER OPTIONS AND STILL GETTING A BETTER DEAL - APPLE TO APPLE.

The staff is not at all welcoming...they have problem with people asking them questions, they think we should blindly hand over money to them without thinking twice or inquiring about ticket in detail...I went there and an elderly lady attended me...she was arrogant without any apparent reason and was thinking that I am wasting her time if I am asking about how its going to be like since things are uncertain because of Covid..I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. 0 stars. My friend and I both booked a flight through this travel agent, and the WRONG NAMES were put on BOTH of our tickets. What the agent did, instead of entering our first name as our first name, and our last name as our last name, they combined my first & last name and entered it as my first name, and then combined my first and last name again, and entered it as my last name as well. To explain better- my name is Ishpal Singh. The travel agent entered my name on the ticket as: Mr. Ishpalsingh Ishpalsingh. Idiots. I am soooooo angry. Our flight is tomorrow afternoon. I called the airline, and they have told me that they are 90% sure that we will not be allowed to board because the name on the ticket does not match the name on our passports. The travel agent's website says that they are open "24 hours". That's a lie. I have tried calling for the past 3 hours- no answer. (I started calling at 5:30PM) I will be going there in person first thing tomorrow morning to see if it can be fixed in time for my flight. I am stuck in this situation now, but if I can prevent someone else from having to go through this stress, that is the purpose of this review. Save yourself. Please, don't let yourself be put in this situation by taking a chance with this agent. They are clearly not experienced enough to be booking anyone's flight- if they cannot even do something as basic as entering the first name in the slot for the first name, and the last name in the slot for the last name. Ridiculous.
